He realized the online ordering slip behind him and said they didn't get to it"because we've been so swamped!" He was like angry. I said ok fine i'll wait. I was very pleasant by the way. As I'm waiting, in front of the other customers he YELLS AT ME that "YA KNOW, WE DON'T DO ONLINE ORDERS WHEN WE'RE SWAMPED!!!" Now I realize this guys a real maniac. The young guy was nice and was trying to deescalate. I yelled back that" how am I supposed to know youre swamped when i ordered FROM HOME?!" Like seriously, TURN OFF the ordering systems, or simply don't offer that service if you can't emotionally handle shit. He was trying to act nice after that but I was over his shit. Fire this guy before he destroys your business. You lost me thats for sure.

LOVE Flynn's Deli! Frequent the deli often, and just used them again to cater a family gathering. Billy was so helpful in figuring out what we needed for 75 people and even accommodated special diets! The food was on time, hot, and amazing! You also can't beat the reasonable prices. This is a great deli Been going there since the old Emerson location Bill and his Mom do an amazing job Food is fresh and good quality Their specials each day are a good deal.
