Nice ambiance, large dining room area. Like the decor. Decent service. Food was okay, the meats were not well seasoned and they were fatty. I'm definitely a Texas de Brazil kinda girl. I also like the all day happy hour specials. Overall, 3/5. I'm not sure if I'll be rushing back here.

Iryna and Tristan were so awesome! They took excellent care of us during a recent visit to celebrate a birthday. Highly recommend this location for any special occasion or just a delicious lunch. Ambiance and service are top notch. Excellent selection of rotating meats. Impeccable atmosphere. Overall a great churrasco experience! The crème brûlée cheesecake was an unexpected highlight and the perfect way to end the meal. Highly recommended. Seating consists of movable armless chairs that can be easily rearranged to accommodate a wheelchair. Along the dining room's outer wall, there is ample space to park a mobility device, such as a walker, without obstructing foot traffic. Free parking includes several accessible spaces directly in front of the restaurant. The restrooms are clean and easily reached via a barrier-free hallway off the main dining area.

Great modern atmosphere with even better service. Jordan was an incredible server-- very attentive and gave the best recommendations! Food was super yummy as well. I'd definitely recommend the filet mignon!

Update since I haven't been here in a few years. The Salad bar still under whelming. Which is sad because this is an easy cheap fix. Where this place goes wrong is quality control. Over cooked meats should not be in rotation. The "rotation" is flawed. Please don't send the same cut of meat out with four different people to the same section of the restaurant. It's supposed to be a rotation so we get variation. First impressions are everything and our server missed the mark here. I brought people who had never been here. Take a moment to explain your establishment... not just "let me know if you have questions"... they did warm up and slowly began to deliver "service" but that's only when he saw us talking to another server to explain things..,

Chilean Sea Bas - absurdly delicious

This is some of the tastiest food I've ever had, but the table service took away from the experience. I've been to Brazilian steakhouses before, and I know that there are people with skewers of meat roving around, offering to carve some of it onto your plate. This, of course, depends on what you've ordered, but I understand the concept. I ordered the Chilean Seabass, and my wife ordered steak. Not long after that, somebody showed up with a tiny plate of mashed potatoes and a tiny plate of fried bananas. The mashed potatoes were buttery and delicious, but there should have been two of these plates, and there should have been an entrée next to these plates. We were told we could ask for more with our meal. The fried bananas were also good, but something I would've preferred at the end of the meal. The Seabass arrived, but my wife's steak didn't, so I waited. We tried to locate our server, and we couldn't, but we asked somebody else to find her for us. My wife told me I should eat some before it gets cold, and I'm glad we did. It was absolutely flawless, with the natural sweetness of the fish framed by a light vegetable medley. We finally found somebody to help us find where my wife's steak was. Apparently, the waitress flipped that card with the red side up, and nobody would stop by with that skewer of meat. But, someone finally figured out that her sitting there with literally nothing in front of her was probably not what she wanted to do. A man with a skewer of steak came by in short order, and shaved off maybe 10 ounces of some gloriously charred sirloin. The guy with the skewer was not the mashed potato guy, but he said he'd send somebody over with mashed potatoes for us. Things eventually came together, but the service experience was strange. Lesson learned. There are also amazingly delicious mini dinner rolls. We finished those off pretty quickly as we waited for the meal. These also were eventually refilled, but we had to ask 4 times - including the waitress twice - before somebody finally brought some. Since we arrived during happy hour, the beer was only $5 and the cocktails were a really reasonable $10. The price for everything before tip was $110, which is very reasonable for all that you get, and for the amazing quality of the food. There are some seriously talented chefs in the kitchen here. The table service experience was weird, but the food is good enough that we are definitely going to be back.

First time here for all day, everyday happy hour. We sat in the bar, everything was delicious, the bartenders were delightful and the restaurant was packed on a Sunday night. Can't wait to go back and try more food.

This is more of a review update, same restaurant, but a different state. My experience at this location was completely different from the one I had in Florida. Our server, Gabriel, was absolutely amazing, attentive, caring, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. Dennis was just as attentive with making sure our table was well stocked with whatever we needed. The manager also stopped by our table to personally ensure that my husband and I were well taken care of, which we truly appreciated. The food was fresh, hot, and served in generous portions. The entire establishment was clean, and the staff across the board were welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend visiting this location.

Finally tried Fogo for a private event. Great tucked away dining room and really great service. I definitely need to come back on my own sometime.

I was glad to go with a group of friends after work. I had a coupon thankfully as I don't think I could eat enough to cover the full charge. Overall, it's a unique experience everyone should try once. Would I go back? Hmm, maybe if I had friends going again and a coupon lol. They do send nice birthday coupons too so sign up on their website.

    Lamb is on menu

How is the patio seating? Are there heaters? Do we need to dress warm?

There is heaters, if your an outdoor person you'll like it and if you want you can dress warm

    Is the meat halal?

Good Morning Israth. Thank you very much for your question. We appreciate your interest in Fogo…

On Sundays the Fogo web site says that Brunch for the Full Churrasco Experience is $37.95 from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Is that your reservation time or is that the time you pay your bill?

If you walk in there at 15 minutes before 2pm, they'll give you the brunch price. I've actually done it.

What to order in Fogo de Chao with two 12 years old?

Children under 6 eat for free. The salad bar has lots of fruit and veggies, there's a variety of meats, including chicken. I'm sure there's something for every toddler.

I ordered the BBQ Chicken Salad. The avocado was rock hard, the chicken tasted off, and there were visibly rotted pieces of lettuce mixed into the salad. I let our server know, and she agreed it "didn't look normal." She took it back and asked what I'd like instead. I ordered the Chicken Giardiniera. It didn't arrive until the rest of my party had already finished eating. I've had this dish here before, and this version wasn't anywhere near the quality I remembered. The server even brought me a to-go box without asking because, at that point, everyone else was done and ready to leave. When the bill came, the salad was removed, but I was charged full price for the replacement entrée--even though it was served so late that I barely had a chance to eat it. What was most disappointing wasn't the food itself, but how the situation was handled. There was no apology, no manager stopped by, and no effort to make things right. For the prices Cooper's Hawk charges, I'd expect much better food quality and customer service. Very disappointing experience, and after seeing the quality decline over multiple visits, I won't be returning.

She had an attention to detail, commanded her team, and went above and beyond to build a relationship with us as customers. We started with cocktails- bubbles and berries, martinis and they were glorious. Next, an order of calamari and deviled eggs. Calamari- crispy and chewy two great components. The deviled eggs were topped with caviar and had a great texture and mustard. These are way better than the church potluck! (This reviewer loves a church potluck so this is high praise.) For soup and salad we had blue cheese wedges and lobster bisque. Both great! Best lobster bisque in Michigan. It rivals bisque from the best on the east coast. Entrees we had T- bone steak, cod, branzino and salmon. All fantastic. The cod was also our guests favorite fish meal ever! Last we were tempted into dessert and that also was a fantastic choice. The peanut butter "pie" was absolutely amazing- hats off to pastry! All in a great experience! Best item of the night- Lobster Bisque and that Peanut butter pie! I would go back for just those! Things I think are strange- charging for bread- The dress code- why are we wearing baseball hats in fine dining? When did I get so formal? (I'll save the rest for counseling.) The day before our reservation, I stopped in to drop off flowers, a card, and a bottle of Fabric of the Land by Quilt--the same wine my wife and I shared at our wedding. I simply asked if they could help make the evening special. What the team did from there went far beyond anything we could have expected. They even thoughtfully decanted our wine a couple of hours before our arrival so it would be ready for us. From the moment we walked through the doors, the hospitality was extraordinary. The host team was incredibly kind and welcoming and escorted us to a beautiful booth they had selected for our anniversary. Every detail made us feel as though the entire team genuinely cared about making this occasion special. Nothing, however, made our evening more memorable than Teal. Her warmth, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality were absolutely exceptional. She helped turn an already special anniversary into something my wife and I will sincerely never forget. Managers John Scholl and John Hall were also tremendous standouts. Both went out of their way to make us feel not simply welcomed, but genuinely valued. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it speaks volumes about the culture of the restaurant and the people leading it. And then there was the food--which was absolutely phenomenal. We started with the calamari and baked sea scallops, followed by the French onion soup, and everything was outstanding. We were kindly told that we could order half portions of the sides, so naturally we decided to try several: the wild mushrooms, jalapeño au gratin, street corn, and truffle mac and cheese. They even went above and beyond by bringing us the truffle popcorn from the lounge menu while we were dining in the main dining room. Every single item was incredible. For our entrées, my wife had the salmon and I had the ribeye. Both were cooked to absolute perfection, and the off-menu zip sauce with the ribeye was superb. As if the evening had not already exceeded every expectation, the team also treated us to a sample of Inniskillin Cabernet dessert wine, something we had never tried before. And because we were far too full by the end of dinner, they sent us home with an anniversary peanut butter pie to enjoy later--which was absolutely to die for. I want to give a sincere thank-you not only to Teal, John Scholl, and John Hall, but to the entire Ocean Prime team--from the hosts and service staff to the chefs and everyone working behind the scenes. An experience like this does not happen because of one person alone. It takes an entire team committed to hospitality and excellence, and that was evident throughout the entire evening. You helped create a memory for my wife and me that we will cherish for years to come. If you are looking for more than simply a great meal--if you are looking for an elevated dining experience where the food, service, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality all come together--I cannot recommend Ocean Prime Troy highly enough. We walked in excited to celebrate our anniversary and walked out as absolute raving fans. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you to everyone at Ocean Prime for making our sixth anniversary something we will never forget. We cannot wait to come back as you have made raving fans out of us for life. May God truly bless you all for everything you do. Your Raving Fans, The Deane's

From our server Quinn to the amazingly prepared and fresh tasting food, it was back to what I originally thought of this chain. It was a Monday night so it was not busy and there were 7 of us so we were seated right away. Our food arrived very quickly after we ordered and looked amazing. I love that they offer seasonal menus so you are almost always going to find something new on the menu. Additionally, the summer menu is all under 600 calories. That's a bonus! I ordered the Grilled Corn Flatbread, hubby had the Avocado Toast, and my niece got the Filet Mignon. I didn't take a pic of every person's orders - just those flanking me. The Flatbread was excellent - it had cheese and spiced bacon as well as sour cream so the taste combination was excellent. Hubby said his Avocado Toast was the best he had ever had. I had a taste and it was very good. My niece said her Filet was perfectly cooked and not dry or tough. I'll be back again - thank you, Quinn, for how personable and helpful you were to our family.

The 9 oz wine pours were decently priced. Loved that they have a dessert tray to show you all their options. Our server was great, and my father in law couldn't stop talking about how we could talk to each other because although the place was full, it wasn't loud. Will definitely be back.

Having visited the Troy location on multiple occasions over the years, most recently on Mother's…read moreDay, I have consistently had a disappointing experience. The food quality remains subpar relative to the premium pricing, with steaks frequently served overcooked. Beyond the poor execution in the kitchen, management's failure to enforce a basic dress code or standards of decorum significantly degrades the brand, reducing what should be an elevated fine-dining atmosphere to the feel of a casual Detroit sports bar. On my initial visit, a guest inside the dining room was permitted to wear a full sweatsuit, sunglasses, and a baseball cap. Upon leaving, I discovered discarded Hennessy liquor bottles left directly beside my vehicle's front bumper. Years later, on Mother's Day, the overall ambiance remained severely compromised. An adjacent table spent considerable time individually declining multiple credit cards for baked chicken dinners, while another patron seated directly at the bar wore sagging basketball shorts below his rear end leaving his exposed undergarments directly on the stool seating. By tolerating these conditions for so long, Ruth's Chris Troy has fundamentally undermined its own culture and standard of hospitality.

Our server, Derek W., truly went above and beyond--attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. We will absolutely be requesting him every time we visit. We loved our seating, which made the evening feel even more special. The food was phenomenal--starting with the calamari, tuna, and caviar. The caviar was especially outstanding... absolutely delicious. And of course, you can never go wrong with their fresh bread. For entrées, my husband had the filet mignon and loved it. The Chilean sea bass, as always, was perfection. The sides were equally impressive. Consistently a 5-star experience--Eddie V's never disappoints.

I couldn't bear to spend the amount they charged for an entree, so I got the warm goat cheese salad, and my sister & I shared the crab fried rice. Both were delicious, but the price point was awfully high. Our server, Jessie (?) was very nice and efficient, but very, very rehearsed. I felt like she was over the top with the "Is everything tasting delicious this evening?" and other such comments. It almost seemed like she walked off a stage to be the server. But, her service was good, and she was very polite, waiting until people stopped talking before she started telling us whatever she needed to say. The young man who refilled the water and bread (I didn't catch his name) was also very efficient without being obtrusive. Overall, I did enjoy it, and I certainly liked the atmosphere. Although, it was loud and very difficult to hear our tablemates.
