WOW!!! my husband and I went tonight and we had never been there before and they definitely exceeded any expectation that we had. We both gave them a 10 out of 10.!!! So we asked for a table by the window and it was perfect! You start out with a very big salad bar with lots of choices besides lettuce (lol) only because of the lettuce scare right now... the Brazilian potato salad was yummy. They also have some white rice bean with pork. It was excellent.. We were very pleased with the choices on the solid bar lots of cheese and different meats as well.! Then you can order off of the food menu or you can do the one where they come to your table and slice the meat in front of you if your green card is faced up. They will stop by with all sorts of different meats and chickens, pork and lamb. It just depends with which option you choose. There's also a seafood option and we saw the table next to us get a seafood tower. It was huge. I've never seen anything that big in my life.! I had the yellow bird alcohol drink, and it was beyond yummy!!! the filet mignon was my favorite meat... then you can have a dessert it was our anniversary so they gave us a free one which we took to go so honestly, we have not tried it yet, but we went with the chocolate Brigadaire and it looks yummy!! So much food so make sure you go hungry! Plenty of parking as it's in a strip center, and there is handicap parking and accessibility. This is my 10th Brazilian Steakhouse Experience, and my 2nd time at Fogo. It is about to be complicated. I went to location in Jacksonville and my experience was not the best so I figured I'd try it again. My experience started off HORRIBLE! I am a solo traveler and we usually get treated like less than, and this started off as no exception. I was given a table at the very furthest distance from the sides table in the back corner. It was the size of a coffee table. I don't think it was made for food. Secondly, I sat there for about 10 minutes and didn't get waited on AT ALL. The Spanish speaking people who came in right after me, were waited on immediately. I was ready to leave a harsh review and write this chain off as a complete joke. Thankfully, things Dramatically turned around. I was greeted by a guy in a gray suit with glasses, (i believe his name was Richard, short guy with glasses- it was too loud in there to hear him) and he addressed me not being waited on and moved me. He went above and beyond out of his way multiple times to make my experience great, AFTER I expressed how I felt to him. I can tell that he said something to the servers as well. He said he was apart of the guest experience team and it shows. If it wasn't for him, I would have actively told people just to head to Texas De Brazil, save some money and get a good meal with good service and to skip this place. I've been going to Fogo De Chao for 13 years and I always have a good time. Well, this time I decided to take my wife to its new location which is by Vineland outlets. Beautiful inside and out, it almost looked Mediterranean Once my wife and I got seated at one of the tables, we got to look at the set up and of course it's different than the other Fogo de chao that we always are accustomed to going. Everyone was hospitable towards us. Our server Rafael was very respectful, professional. the lady mgr who used to work at the other Fogo De Chao. Is now working here and she was very vibrant and happy when we were speaking with her. I normally never got to talk much to her cause she's always busy but she took time to say hi to us when we were at this Fogo and Of course when we came I guess they started to have staff that were coming in to start work because we had to wait a while to get our meat and of course, when I told my server what I specifically was interested in getting the gentleman who brought the meat went and brought me something that I really wasn't interested cause I told him what I told my server at looked at my server kind of like I don't know if he was bothered cause he had to bring me something I didn't want but anyhow, the meats were fine. I had no complaints, but I I did have to add some salt to the meat normally when I go to the original Fogo de Chao I am good to go. All I ask is for some barbecue sauce if possible unfortunately for some weird reason they didn't have bbq sauce and the other server who was taking care of us he gave kind of a lame excuse to why they don't have barbecue sauce, gentlemen named Kayake was great. He was able to bring me A1 steak sauce, which hit the spot because I like to have barbecue sauce with my meat, later as we were waiting for grilled white cheese that was coming to us. I went to get two small plates and as I went to the area to get the plates. I had to ask someone if they could bring me 2 and it was a female manager or something that was gonna bring me the plates. Well, unfortunately I waited so long that the main manager of the restaurant was a little bit dumbfounded that I was waiting and waiting and he asked me what am I waiting on? I told him I'm just waiting on two plates. Luckily, he was able to bring me the plates cause I had no idea where that other lady was and then finally when she came by, she was asking oh they brought you your stuff and I told her sure no problem. I was trying to joke around with her because you know honestly I don't know how long it takes to just bring two small plates, but she then started having long conversation with my wife, which was starting to make me feel uncomfortable because I really just wanted to relax and talk with my wife, but of course I didn't want to be rude, but she was a little out of line continuing to talk with my wife and joking around when we just wanted to relax? I almost thought she wasn't gonna leave cause she was there for over five minutes joking and talking with my wife. Normally when I've experienced the manager or the other managers that come to our table it's usually asking do we need something? Do we find everything OK. Cesar who runs the original Fogo De Chao on I drive he has everything organized. The experience could've been better but now I know why I like coming to Caesars for de Chao and I drive. Meal was great, all you can eat salad bar, the special pricing offered many cuts of meat except for prime cuts but that was fine. Picanha was a favorite. Our server Matthew was great, friendly and attentive. The special also includes dessert, so I chose the Creme Brûlée! Great location too, not crowded and less touristy. I feel as though these types of restaurants are always kind of "fun" so that always pushes them forward without them having to really try. I will say that this experience was pretty standard and the food was good but our waitress was great! We came here on a Monday night for a late Father's day dinner with my dad, mom and husband. It was my dad's first time eating at this style of restaurant and our server definitely made sure he left happy. Service did get a little slow but I figured it was due to the rush of people probably doing the same thing we were doing but all in all it was a good time. Unfortunately, my family and I had a very disappointing experience at Fogo de Chão tonight. We are a family of 5. The service was extremely poor, and we felt completely overlooked throughout our visit. We sat at our table for over an hour without receiving new plates, and we even had to find a server ourselves just to get our drinks refilled, not to mention also, when it was time to leave we had to find a server to check us out. What was especially frustrating was watching multiple servers walking around and attentively helping the tables around us while our table continued to be ignored. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but the lack of attentiveness and customer service was unacceptable. We felt misplaced and mistreated during our entire experience. A dining experience should make guests feel welcomed and taken care of, and unfortunately, that was not the case for us tonight. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the level of service, because the quality of customer service can make a huge difference in whether guests want to return. read more

Wow, guys I don't have an exhaustive list of everything I ate, but man did I sleep well after this meal. Some standouts for me were the grilled pineapple- it was warm with a cinnamon-based glaze, such a treat. The flank steak was my favorite, I had a medium cut, bloody, tender, absolute gold. I loved the prime sirloin- that was my second favorite and didn't pass up a chance for a slice. I had a nicely charred top sirloin which was heavenly to bite into- crunch with a tender ending. There was also this cheese onion thing, I don't know the details, but it was so yummy! Also the salad bar was amply stocked and I loveeed the basil dressing. We had the chocolate cake for dessert and it was fluffy and warm with vanilla ice cream and strawberries as a sweet compliment. This unit is really beautifull! It's like a brand new one, so it has a nice atmosphere and decoration. We went on lunch time, didn't have many skewers going around, I missed the carpaccio from buffet (I don't know if they removed but used to have on international drive) service was really slow, out waiter probably finished her shift but didn't let anyone know so we didn't have waiter for a while, also the sides weren't replaced when finished. This location is much nicer than the I-Drive location. Less crowded and a beautiful building design for Fogo de Chao rather than retrofitting a building on I-Drive, plus less tourist crowds. We went for lunch and enjoyed the very reasonably priced Seasonal Market Table (aka, salad bar). The selections were endless, with cheeses, charcuterie meats, marinated and grilled veggies, potato, egg, and chicken salad (although chicken salad was not available on our visit). Loads of accompanying sauces. Pork/black bean stew over rice and corn chowder. The candid bacon is pork dessert. They serve delicious light fluffy cheese bread along with fried bananas and crispy polenta. It was a Tuesday afternoon and not crowded at all. We will definitely be back for the lunch deal and maybe an evening grilled meats package. read more

This location is fairly new to the area, and I'm really glad to finally have a Fogo de Chão nearby since it's one of my favorite restaurants. We arrived around 2:30 PM, which is unusual for me because I typically go at night for the full dinner experience with the full buffet and meats. When we walked in, there was no one at the host stand, so we waited. Eventually, we approached a staff member to ask a question, and unfortunately, she was very rude and even rolled her eyes. I apologized because I genuinely didn't realize she worked there, and her response though she confirmed she was staff was still delivered with a bad attitude. I wasn't able to catch her name. She also told us that because we didn't have reservations, we were not able to sit at the bar and that we could not order a full meal from there, which is not true. Thankfully, once we sat at the bar area, the bartender and waitress took excellent care of us. They were attentive, kind, and provided great service, which helped turn the experience around. Still, I was disappointed that the initial greeting especially at one of my favorite restaurants was far from professional. I also learned something new during this visit: you can choose to order just the salad bar, just the meat service, or the full experience, each at different price points. I think that's a great option, especially for lunch. I also didn't know they offer a happy hour, since I usually come only at night. Overall, despite the rough start, I will return because the food and concept are great, now that I know about the lunch options and happy hour, it gives me even more reason to come back. read more

I asked for Gold rush, extra strong*, it was not extra strong. This was our first time visiting Fogo de Chao. Walking into the restaurant it's nicely decorated and a little on the loud side. We had reservations but we still had to wait quite a bit. The salad bar had a nice amount of options, the black beans and white rice were delicious. Once we were seated we were served maduros, fried yucca, Brazilian cheese bread, and mashed potatoes. All the table food was really good. We waited over 20 minutes to be served any meat, and when the meat was servered it was one worker at a time. So while waiting for the meat to arrive all our other food got cold and it was an inconvenience to keep getting up to get hot food. For the price Fogo de Chao charges I would expect the meat to be served on a more consistent basis. When we did get served, the meat was delicious and very tender. The servers were friendly and generous with the the portions. Will I be coming back? Probably not, for the price Fogo de Chao charges I expected better service when it came to serving the meat and being able to have a hot meal all at once. read more

Had an absolutely awful experience at this location. The service wasn't good, a lot of the beef was over cooked (past well done), and had a lot of mix-ups. To start when we sat down they gave us incorrect menus, we didn't have any glasses at our table, and they brought an incorrect drink to our table. When we finally started to eat they didn't offer us mashed potatoes, polenta, and banana until we were almost completely done eating. To our servers credit she seemed busy so this may be a staffing problem. We asked for lamb a few times and it still didn't come around until the end and the table beside us asked for lamb for over 30 minutes. We also asked for a dessert menu and our server took so long to come back that we ended up not order dessert. Overall one of the worst restaurants experiences i've had in a long time. read more

One man came by after 20 minutes and offered to expedite it never to be seen again second one came about 10 minutes later as the same questions that the same thing never saw him again. Overall, we had a great experience at Fogo de Chão. The food was excellent, with a great selection of meats and a well-stocked market table. A nice bonus is that kids eat free, which makes it an even better value for families. There were a couple of minor issues. The bathroom door slams very loudly, which can be startling and disruptive to the dining atmosphere. Also, some of the meat servers would offer cuts to one person at the table and then move on very quickly before others had a chance to respond. We didn't have reservations as their system is having issues but we were promptly seated and selected the Full Churrasco. Fogo de Chao may be a chain, but it really sets the standard for Brazilian steakhouses. Upscale service standards, a well appointed salad bar and really delicious cuts of meat, the price makes you save it for special occasions but you wish you could go more frequently. This is a small location that is shoe horned in a shopping mall so the service and experience may vary a bit compared to some other locations but the food quality doesn't. Valet parking is available but not needed with the amount of free parking in the plaza. They also do have some good bar and happy hour specials that are worth checking out. read more

The space is beautiful with tons of natural light thanks to the huge windows all around, tall ceilings, and one large, open seating area that feels bright and airy. There is also a beautiful outdoor patio with a bar. We did the Full Churrasco Experience for $68 per person, which includes endless cuts of meat brought right to the table, plus a variety of sides and access to the Market Table which includes everything from charcuterie and fresh salads to rice, soups, and more. We also ordered caipirinhas from the happy hour menu. Service was excellent as expected from this restaurant. This is a great restaurant but pricey so it is only for special occasions for us. read more

I've been to multiple Fogo de Chão locations and this by far was the most disappointing. The wait wasn't terribly long but when we were seated, it felt like we were invisible. No one came to the table for 5 min, the restaurant was extremely busy.. The salad bar at this location did not have the same items as the previous locations and looked empty with most of the items down to the last servings. It seems like they all of sudden had more servers and the manager kept walking around asking if everything was ok and what he could get us, I think they knew they were not providing good customer service initially. The cuts of meat at this location were not as good as previous locations. Disappointing to say the least. read more

This place was fun. I went with a group of friends and basically enjoyed the meat-a-palooza. Our service was a bit slow for a table of 5. We saw a few tables turn over around us quick. The market sides were fresh and constantly being cleaned up or replaced. The gauchos came by often even if your card was red. The creme brulee cheesecake was my only complaint. Made a reservation for a family reunion for 19 people (including 3 babies), and unfortunately didn't feel the service was up to par for Fogo, they didn't have a high chair for my toddler (ran out) so we had to wait for another family to finish eating. So the first 30 min of our meal, we had to hold the toddler. Then, they forgot water for several people at the table. And even though we marked our cards "green" - many of the meats coming around skipped parts of our table - didn't feel like flagging them down out of courtesy, but probably missed out on a few cuts of meals. Gorgeous looking restaurant which has an inexpensive bar menu. The bar itself was very nice looking and the waitstaff was very attentive and accommodating. I ordered the hearts of palm and spinach dip which was wonderful. It had a lemony flavor too it that really added to the taste. My friend ordered the spiced chicken sliders which she enjoyed. I then ordered a perfectly cooked medium burger and she had the lamb lollipops both of which were excellent. In the last few months they have lost some very good mangers (Jose) and servers ( Nicole), etc. The service has gone down. I have been twice recently and will not return. You will have to beg for meat choices and the grilled pineapple is now a upcharge. Tonight I visited and my family sat at the table 26 min and hadn't been offered one serving of any kind of meat.
