I would highly recommend that you avoid this dealership. Look at my past reviews. I did my research on the GMC corporate site before I arrived. Was told that this dealership might have a truck that met the criteria for a GMC incentive. Was greeted by the worst of the worst salesman. The type that won the 1980s salesman of the year award. It was comical. He was so cliche and acted like he didn't need my business. He used a technique that said you need more than I need you. - I think he felt that he could insult me into buying the truck. He was dressed sloppy and had food stains on his dealership polo. I looked at him and told him... looks like your not interested in selling me a car and walked away. Another Gentlemen made eye ci tact and I said to him... what the #&$! Is wrong with your salesman. He acted like he was concerned and I trilled to explain the situation and he cut me off and couldn't even explain how I was treated... what a Joke!!! By the way - The salesman said we can't honor the GMC incentive because it will be hard ..Blah blah blah.... Don't waste your time here... look at everyones ratings. I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership last month and here was my experience. This dealership was a 3 hour drive from where I live but it had the particular vehicle I was looking for so I decided to make the drive. I called the day prior to let them know I was as coming to look at the vehicle the next day. The vehicle had been sitting on their lot for weeks. It was obvious because the truck was absolutely filthy despite me giving them the heads up I would be going to look at the vehicle. It had been sitting so long that a month later I still have not been able to get the marks off of the window when the write on them. I'm afraid the word "check" will never fully come off. To add to it, the vehicle had several scratches, one very deep. The dealership offered me $100 so I could get it detailed and assured me they would make it right if the detail didn't remove the scratch. This was the case but when I asked them how they planned to make it right they offered to come pick up the vehicle and drive it back to their dealership to fix it. Admittedly I initially said yes but I needed the truck for work and the thought of adding 600 miles to the truck didn't sit well with me. The salesman I had been working with said to me "get an estimate on the paint correction and I'll speak to my sales manager to see what we can do". I did so, but when I reached back out to the dealership I was told they would not help. Overall, the experience with this dealership was less than mediocre and I would not recommend them nor will I be a returning customer. I know when it comes to making a business deal that getting everything in writing is a must, but I took their word that they would make things right and that's where I went wrong. I should have left as soon as I had arrived and found the vehicle filthy even though I told them I was driving 3 hour to look at this specific truck. read more

I drove two hours away to buy a Canyon and was prepared for whatever situation I might of faced including bate and switches. I was still hesitant even after getting there but after talking to them and the experience they provided I would come again. Will not return to the service department at this dealership. In short brought my wife's Yukon in for service and received it in an unacceptable condition. Our vehicle was covered in bird droppings. Bird droppings etch into our paint. See photos. Emailed service department and got no response. Called to follow up only to get a response of what do you want us to do. I was not notified that I had to call you back!(You really thought I contacted you just to waste my time?!?! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! While my purchase experience was worthy of 5 stars, once you drive off their lot and they have your money they stop caring about you as a customer. Immediately after purchasing my 2020 GMC Acadia at this dealership on July 23, 2020, the rear camera system stopped working. I brought the vehicle in for repairs and was told that they needed to order a new rear camera and they would call me when it came in. Upon arriving home that day, I noticed a dent on the rear tailgate just above the chrome strip adjacent to the rear camera area. The dent was NOT there when I purchased the vehicle and it was NOT there when I brought my vehicle in for service. Fast forward to today, August 24th, and I have not been contacted by the service department regarding the rear camera that they supposedly ordered and no one has followed-up with me regarding the dent that the service department put on my car!! Absolutely the WORST customer service I have seen from any dealership!!! I purchased a brand new car that I have had for only one week and it has a faulty camera system and now a dent!!!! I called looking for a specific vehicle they had and spoke to Charlie, he confirmed they still had it and we set up a time to check it out. Charlie was kind, treated us respectfully. The manager was also very nice and made sure we had a good experience while we waited for the paper work to finalize. There was a power outage while we were in the middle of financing but they quickly came up with a solution and did a temporary borrowers hand written agreement and let us take the car until they could get everything back up and running. Charles in finance was also amazing as you can imagine adding a power outage to and already long process we spent a good amount of time there and my 4 year old was extremely tired when we returned later to finalize paperwork and Charles dealt with him like a champ. Every employee we encountered was friendly and sweet to us. I would recommend looking here first. I would come back again in the future to purchase more cars if needed. Went in for another oil change on my 2021 gmc. I've bought a 2020 GMC Sierra from this location and a 2021from the Roseville location but use Folsom for servicing and the older lady that works the customer service is always pretty rude and confrontational. They scheduled my oil change at the same time as 3 other people and said sorry your wait time is now 2-2.5 hours instead of the hour we told ya over the phone. I understand things happen but when the service advisor is snarky and rude it makes the situation much more of a big deal. I asked the rep about it and she just laughed at me and told me it is what it is. Won't be coming back here it's the second time that lady messed up and was rude about it.
