Terrible customer service department. I've been a customer for approximately 5 years. February 2024 I purchased a brand new 2024 Yukon Denali with extended service package and I was hoping things will change. However, I've taken it in 3x and still have not had my tires rotated because they don't have the wheel locks. I have told them I didn't receive the wheel locks and that there are some pieces missing where my spare tire equipment should be. Almost 15k miles still haven't heard a peep regarding my tires being rotated. Unexceptionable. IMO read more

First time to service my GMC Canyon (love my mini truck) here. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the advisor here. I have dealt with unprofessionalism and a lack of composure when managing an unhappy customer due to the delay in picking up the said truck. 3 1/2 hours for oil change, tire rotation, and MPI. Please avoid Lily the service advisor. She apologized multiple times (10x, we counted together) for the delay, but her tone of voice and negative body language lacked sincerity. In the first place, she never introduced herself and my initial requested advisor was Khae (randomly) In fairness to Lily, she's the only one who greeted me when I entered their office. Oh yeah, if you are a first-time customer there, you have to step down from your vehicle and go to the office because no one there will bother you or tell you something like " we'll be right with you ". I have waited at least 5-10 minutes (they can review it on the surveillance cameras if they have one). Also, during the uncomfortable moment with Lily, the assistant manager was actually there and witnessed it all. He never intervened at that moment. He apologized sincerely afterwards after I went to the manager's office to voice my complaint. Overall, poor customer service. The good thing is that as a customer we have choices and we can just hope that there will be service improvement moving forward. read more

I bought my 2022 GMC Yukon at GMC Folsom and also purchased the service package. I have been taking my GMC there ever since and I've got to tell you never in all my life have I had so many problems with ANY business as I've had with their service department. Today was the last straw when they couldn't locate my keys or my car after my service. They wanted to charge us even though we bought the service package and now my radio and Car Play aren't working. When you have problems with service this many times, it's clear this place has horrible management and their staff are just running around like chickens with their head cut off, giving out wrong information and losing everything. The only nice thing I can say about this place is that their shuttle driver is pleasant. I've had to talk to the Manager in the past but nothing has changed. I will never trust my very expensive vehicle with this poorly ran service center ever again!! read more

We purchased my 2022 Acadia in 2021 so of course we did a lot over the phone due to COVID. Amber and Rich were incredible. We have never had a problem with any services with them Butch was always amazing. So now fast forward to now 2024. We do not live in the area at all, I had a problem with my fuel sensor (didn't know at the time). So I called Amber and she helped me told me to use OnStar to find out what the issue was and also since we bought the extended warranty she said that I can get my car towed for free. The nearest GMC to us is an hour away. She also told me that if the GMC where I had to take my car had a loaner car to get it for free. Long story short she went above and beyond with helping me long after I purchased my car. read more
