Sergeant Rock Burger with curly fries
    Angela J.

So Jocelyn was our server and she was great. Very attentive and very nice. Honestly she was the the highlight of this restaurant. Don't get me wrong it's not bad food but it's just not good either. It was very bland and just unimpressive. So we ordered the sergeant burger with curly fries and pizza cheesesteak with waffle fries. My cheesesteak came out just barely warm and the fries were cold. Jocelyn did bring us out fresh fries which was nice . The burger was just ok. Honestly nothing special didn't really have any kind of flavor I think the most flavorful thing at the table was the curly fries and even those weren't that great. The presentation was nice and just off looks alone I thought it was going to be amazing. Like I said it wasn't terrible I mean it just kind of was what it was. I don't think I'll be returning . For two entrees it was about $45 and you can get a wayyyyyyy better burger at the red fox for the same price if not cheaper. The only kinda good thing is the portion is huge. I honestly don't recommend coming here unless you're a person who generally doesn't like bland food.

    Pulled Pork Sandwich

The food was terrible, so my daughter ordered the pulled pork baked potato when we got it it looked yummy but ad she began to eat it had a really bad odor. She flipped into another dish, bottom was black and reeked of propane. Another meal was the pulled pork burger it was also burnt. My granddaughter ordered popcorn chicken with french fries and the popcorn chicken was overcooked, especially for a toddler. Complete disaster of a birthday dinner. I do have to say though the waitress was very kind. I think that was the only good experience we had there tonight.

Visiting Fairbanks, AK and my kids really wanted us to try this family restaurant. Game on the TV & a load of options on the menu. We tried a Cobb salad, coconut shrimp tacos, side salad, and a delicious Philly cheesesteak on cauliflower rice, no fries. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was decent. Definitely check it out!

Hand Breaded Boneless Wings and Tater Tots

TVs | Wings | Chill TVs - the place is ideal for watching a game, Saturday college football, or Sunday NFL football. They have tons of TVs all over the place, and you have great views of multiple from pretty much every seat in the house. Wings - I had the 1/2 lb bbq boneless wings with a side of tater tots. Overall the meal was pretty good. The wings were tasty and well-seasoned. The tots were properly salted (not too much, not too little). The wings come in 1/2, 1, and 1.5 lb increments. However, they cannot mix and match flavors for the 1/2 lb size, which is a bit of a bummer. I would highly recommend the meal I got if you are moderately hungry. The half lbs had about 8-10 boneless wings that took about 1 to 1.5 bites each. Chill - Overall, it has a chill vibe. It is great for big groups to congregate or families to share a meal. The dress is very relaxed. So come as you are. Why not five stars?: - Service was less than stellar. They brought us the wrong people's checks twice. Then they handed us someone else's credit cards at the end. It was pretty busy, so I am only docking 0.5 points for this. The other 0.5 points are deducted because it was super noisy, and the price was a bit stiff. Pro tip - there is a lot of parking, so there is no need to plan for extra time. Pro tip - call ahead to see if there is a line/wait. It is a pretty popular spot on game day. So, try to plan your arrival around the game windows.

Went to Food Factory today for lunch and it was fantastic! My BLT was full of bacon, lettuce was crisp and tomato was ripe and juicy. I had chosen clam chowder instead of fries but ended up with both. The chowder was a little too thick for me but I added a little water and it was delicious. Tasted a fry or two and they were crispy and fresh if I had room would have finished them off. Washed it down with a ice cold Stella and was way more happy than any of those clams

A great option to consider if you are in Fairbanks. This casual dining restaurant is great to grab a casual dinner or lunch at on any day of the week. Their menu offers a wide selection of items to order, and their food always tastes good. Their service is decent, but the restaurant can get busy on the weekend. Overall a great place to dine at in Fairbanks.

Everything we ordered tasted great, including the chowder soup, which is a very common dish everywhere. Personally I enjoyed the works very much-all the ingredients offered a great combo of flavors that created pleasing fireworks in my mouth and brain (that Ratatouille scene, if you know what I mean; if not, just know I loved the dish). The server was incredibly sweet, patient, and understanding. When my younger sister unreasonably tried to order four dishes for herself and did not listen to us, the server nicely reminded her that would be a lot of food and avoided a terrible waste.

We were sat quickly and our server was super nice. The menu has LOTS of choices, so you may want to look at those pictures to have an idea of the choices. We ordered the Little Human's meals first of mac n' cheese and a kid's cheeseburger and fries to give us more time to peruse the menu. We decided on the Ruben with onion rings and Extreme Snowboarder Mushroom Blue Cheese Burger (minus the mushrooms)With curly fries. The Ruben looked really good, but the meat was dry and needed more dressing. The onion rings were battered and just a tad overdone. The blue cheese burger was really good and the curly fries were fried perfectly.

It definitely has that curb appeal that screams "family dining, check us out." It's an interesting restaurant. It's maintained to where it's noticeable enough to stop in. Exterior is inviting and the interior is well maintained. The menu is super extensive and it has everything you want and need and more! Including shakes! I would describe it as, "the Cheesecake Factory, but on American food classics, excluding the Cheesecake Factory's items and more casual dining experience." So, with this extensive menu..the quality is definitely in question...and to my surprise, the food is good. The shakes are good, food was ok, atmosphere was very family casual and the service was really really great.

For this town, 5 stars means it's good food. So when I give this 5 stars, it's not because the food is incredible. It just means the food is better than anything around. That said, the Philly cheese steaks are tasty. The cheese was melted into the meat and mushrooms and onions. The bun wasn't overly baked, so it was nice that it wasn't crazy crunchy. We got the cheese sticks as an appetizer and they are good. The Jalapeno ones are better than the plain, in my opinion, but they are both still good. Service was good. They told us to sit where we wanted but it did take quite a while to have a waitress come. Once she did, it was great service. The only true complaint about the place is it is a bit pricey for what you get. The cheese steaks are over $20 a piece and the appetizers range from $10-20. I'm not sure it's worth it for the price, but at least the food was better than everything else in town.

Highly recommend! Fiancé and I got their sweet glazed chicken I believe, and the dumpling ramen with beef. Their Thai iced tea is also soooooo delicious!! Note: you will be waiting a minute so don't go in expecting it to be something quick. But even with the wait it's so worth it imo!!

Waitress warned me that it would take a while and I could either take a seat or wait in my car (it's a rental and I'm from SoCal during October early snow weather). So I chose the former. I only really looked at the front portion of the restaurant. Didn't seem too busy but one of the higher rated KFC spots and that was my craving. Plus, I went ahead and ordered for to-go since I wasn't too hungry and was more in preparation for the season's first snowstorm. Seemed like any other small restaurant layout with booth seating on the outskirts. Fried chicken smelled good once I walked in. Now the food itself: I appreciate how it wasn't overly sauced so the crisp wasn't completely gone by the time I took a quick bite for the night. I'm sure it would've been better straight out of the fryer. All pieces were still juicy. So overall very much up to par. Just not top tier. Before I got out of my car, a Transient came up to my car door to ask for something. As a solo traveler, I respectfully shook my head at him. He went into the shop next door. As this is in their downtown area, not surprising to have such an interaction. Unfortunately that lowers their rating though.
