Very bad experience RACIST DISGUSTING BARTENDER *pay first and tip first without having a bite of our beers * no menu provided after sitting down food a while until we asked for it * refuse to give water. Ask us to do it by ourselves using the plastic cup, while other customers have water in glass. 0 star. Not recommended if you are not white and local New Yorker.

Duck confit poutine & fried buffalo Mac N Cheese

(Half eaten sry) duck confit poutine + mac w fried buffalo chicken added. The duck gravy goes insanely hard and the mac is really fucking yummy. The chicken was good (maybe house fried) not just frozen tenders tossed in buffalo sauce like you get sometimes. We also got the pumpkin beer (yummy!!!) and i got the espresso martini. Absolutely LOVEEEEE that they use wheatley for the espresso martinis. Strong but well balanced. Demerara was a lovely touch. We were grumpy and had just gotten off of a delayed and annoying series of plane rides and this got us back on track of being excited for our trip!!

I came here and enjoyed a couple of margaritas in between a meeting and a dinner reservation. This is a classic sports bar setting with a ton of televisions. If you love beer on draft then Fools Gold will be your new favorite place. It seems like the beers change on an almost daily basis. I'm not a huge beer fan, so I got their mango margarita on tap. It's not too sweet and well balanced, and I enjoy cocktails on tap. I think the price point for a draft cocktail ($15) is a little steep. Attentive service, friendly bartenders, and a good place to watch the game!

I came here for a birthday party recently on Saturday night. This place is hard to miss with its outdoor tables and large signs outside. When I entered I found my friends on the large tables at the back of the room. The music was somewhat loud and the bar was slightly full. Being that it was a Saturday night I expected a large crowd of people. Located right on Houston Street you can expect a very young crowd here. My favorite thing about this place was the large beer selection. They had tons of options to pick from. There are food options as well but I did not get a chance to try anything. They are known for their trivia nights. I would come back here again on a weekday for trivia and a nice dinner. Located right on 2nd Ave you can expect this area to be packed no matter what night you come by.

Awesome bar just seconds away from the Gatsby Hotel It's all craft beer and a decent choice of spirits I didn't try any of the IPAs but the lager and Pilsner were very good and refreshing. The bar also as trivia Tuesday nights and board games

Came here on a Saturday night for a birthday gathering. A very dive-y bar and a pretty chill place to get together for drinks. I was hungry so I ordered a few food items. The Steak Tacos were pretty good which came with marinated steak, feta, lettuce, jalapenos, onions, and cilantro lime sour cream. I also got the Smoked Gouda & Fontina Mac N Cheese which I highly recommend. The tacos went for $13 for two while the Mac N Cheese was $12. They have a pretty good list of beers that they offer which I assume they switch out every now and then. I got one called #12 Gunhill - Void of Light. It is a black as you can imagine it would be. Maybe as dark as the soul. Definitely was worth the $10.

Their delicious Irish nachos (with fried chicken added)! Plus an IPA and a ginger cider for drinks.

I've been to this place a handful of times by now and I just had to rave about how AMAZING their Irish nachos are. Instead of actual tortilla chips, they replaced them with waffle fries (YUM ) and topped it with ranch, guac, salsa, cheese, etc. I opted to add in extra fried chicken pieces this time and that was definitely the right call. It comes out topped high in a giant pan, enough to share with 4 people! They offered an expansive amount of options for their drinks with a focus on their beer selection. I loved the rustic decor and lax atmosphere of this place. Given that I went on a weekday, it was relatively empty besides the bar. On weekend nights I would imagine they'd get a lot more traffic. They have a ski ball machine at the back end of the bar as well for those interested in catching a game with friends. I would definitely recommend this bar as a great place to relax and socialize with friends in the area.

I've enjoyed many great football Sunday here. The service is always great especially when roger is working. They have a great selection of craft beers an their food is always great. I highly recommend the sriracha honey wings an garlic fries Keep up the good work guys
