This is the first time I have ever posted a review on Yelp...that should speak volumes. I bought a new Bronco Wildtrack Sasquatch. I purchased rock rails through Ford Accessories. But, they won't deliver the product directly to you instead it can only be delivered to select dealers, and the dealer I purchased the Bronco from not being one of them, so had to be sent to Fairfield. After waiting well over a month, they were finally delivered. Fairfield is at least a 3 hour trip for me. Made the trip only to have to wait well over an hour to be told they couldn't find them. The parts rep assured me that they would be sent to me and not wanting to wait for ground shipping and taking several more weeks to get, I asked to have it sent expedited, and I was assured it would happen. The following Monday the Parts Manager called to confirm I wanted delivery (even though I obviously confirmed when I was in person) but I work and am not on my personal phone during business hours. On my lunch break I called and left the manager a message stating yes, confirmed My address, and if he needed anything else to leave me a specific message. At the end of the week, the same person I originally met called me and said she needed to know when I'd be home because they were going to require a signature or I could come by and pick them up. Let's be honest, that is really what they wanted me to do and not spend the money to ship to me, otherwise they would have been shipped on Monday (Like they were supposed to have been). Ford Accessories, the delivery function is incredibly inefficient unless all dealers could receive the accessories and not inconvenience the purchaser (especially with the large sum of money spent); and Ford Fairfield don't promise something and not do it. If they had, the product would have been shipped to me on Monday or I would have had the Manager follow up from my voicemail, on Monday, specifically letting me know someone would have to be home or they could deliver it to the local dealer if that was not an option I was really excited about purchasing directly from Ford and not purchasing from 3rd Parties but clearly this is the avenue that will need to be followed. Update. After coming to an agreement with Ford, they wanted to give me 6k to take to a body shop if my choice. They no longer wanted to deal with the issue. I had to sign a paper agreeing to the terms and that I would not pursue legal actions. In addition asking me to take my review down. Since receiving the truck back, I had to pay the body shop additional money beyond the 6k given by Ford due to the extent of the body damage. In the end the truck was still not in the new condition as promised by the dealership, this would not be possible without replacing the doors that were damaged. Costing more money that I did not have. I was recently able to get a different dealership to buy back the vehicle. Losing about 5k from my original deposit, not to mention the monthly payments since Ford gave the truck back to me, with it being in and out of body. This experience has costed me about a 15-17k loss. A lawyer may have been the best route to take, Ive just been tired of dealing with the truck. Needless to say, don't think I would ever do business with this dealership again. If they wanted to make it right and cares for their customers, it would have been made right from the beginning. read more

This dealership screwed me. They sold me a 2018 Jeep Compass with so many problems that they refuse to fix. I traded my car in here back in April 2022 my experience was great. Fast forward a month later when the Jeep I got from here broke down the sales people treated me horrible. All of a sudden everyone is in meetings all the time. I have been calling for three weeks but could never get a manager on the phone, the one time I did he informed me there was nothing they could do for me because I'm passed the return timeline. Stated he would call me back after speaking with the guy who's name is on the building but here we are months later still with no phone call. I walked in and no one in charge was available at 9am or 1pm what a joke. They told me they wouldn't trade the Jeep for me because I had just purchased it, and that I needed to take it to Jeep to get fixed. After going back and forth with the service department they finally agreed to fix the problem kept my car for three weeks with no update I had to continue to call them. Now six months in the car has another problem made an appointment and was send away to Jeep once again who now is telling me that I have to pay out of pocket because the warranty I purchased does not cover the car issues but back at signing the lady stated "these warranties are awesome they cover everything you just need to pay the $100 deductible" all lies now I'm stuck with a $25000 car that does work. This is so frustrating I don't have the best credit and I think they took my car got the most they could just really screwed me. Shame on them. read more

Went to look at a pre-owned Ford at Ford Fairfield. I was greeted by Gregory Franklin. I told him specifically what I was looking for and he showed me the Ford. We chatted a little about my other Ford vehicles (F150 and Focus wagon). He let me look/evaluate the vehicle prior to a test drive with an inspection of the engine bay/under the car, run a diagnostic, etc. Although the dealership allowed me a test drive without a salesperson, I had Gregory come along with me for the initial drive. Throughout the whole interaction, he was knowledgeable and very customer focused and he never made me feel pressured or made me feel like I needed a constant sales pitch. Dishonest! I need to buy my son his first car. I saw a 2013 Ford Focus online that met all of our requirements. I called and spoke with a sales person named Daniel. I asked him if they still had the 2013 Focus. He asked if it was the one with 71,339 miles to verify it was the same car. It was. I told him I was driving from Santa Rosa and I needed to make sure it was there. He said "it is here, I just saw it." I made an appointment with him for 10:00am on 5/16/19. I took the day off from work to go buy the car. My son and I drove for an hour and 15 min. We got there and Daniel wasn't there. Another guy named John helped us. Every interaction is unique and I can only comment on my interaction with Ford Fairfield. Wanting to put in an order for a new Ford Maverick, I reached out to their Internet Department and they took down my truck build and personal data. However, a deposit was needed to fulfill the order and they said I would need to come in and sign some paperwork and leave a deposit. I asked if this could be done remotely and they said that it could not. The salesperson I was working with was going to be off off for a few days and said a file would be left so I could come anytime and take care of this. So the next day I called and asked if it was okay to come in and sign the paperwork and leave the deposit. They said it was okay to come in. Upon arrival, the person that they wanted to work with me on this was busy. After waiting for more than 30 minutes in the lobby, I gave up and returned to work, unable to leave a deposit or put my signature down on a piece of paper. Of the myriad of staff walking around, there was no offer of assistance. On my way out, they did take my name and number, but there was no follow-up by staff. A few days later, I called the Ford dealership in Dixon on my way to work and was able to complete the payment and signature for deposit electronically and my Ford Maverick is now on order! read more

Ive had several not so good experiences with this place. The advisors are...socially challenged to say the least, make interactions very awkward, but this most recent visit for warranty work took the cake. Noticed my trans case was leaking, took it in, got a loaner. All good so far. Two weeks later i pick up my baby and when i stop to put gas, i notice a nasty dent on the passenger quarter panel that was not there during intake. I call them to let them know and after a short 3 hours, they called and said they reviewed two weeks worth of camera footage and said the dent must have been there before. Highly suspect, but the advisor was more than excited to refer me to cooks collision where i would get the "hook up". One $2400 quote later i called my insurance, took it to G & C auto and was quoted $1250. HUGE DIFFERENCE. Very disappointed with this place. Zero integrity. I've least my last three with Ford Fairfield. It's been smooth all the way through. The one hiccup was when I placed an order of my 2019 Ford Flex Limited from the factory. When the car should of been ready it wasn't. No calls, emails, or text messages. Of crouse I was upset. Putting more miles on my previous Flex that I didn't want. During all this stress DANIEL at Ford Fairfield was the man that stepped up. Definitely go see this guy. No bs. Tells it how it is. And truly helps out as much as he can.
