Ive had several not so good experiences with this place. The advisors are...socially challenged to say the least, make interactions very awkward, but this most recent visit for warranty work took the cake. Noticed my trans case was leaking, took it in, got a loaner. All good so far. Two weeks later i pick up my baby and when i stop to put gas, i notice a nasty dent on the passenger quarter panel that was not there during intake. I call them to let them know and after a short 3 hours, they called and said they reviewed two weeks worth of camera footage and said the dent must have been there before. Highly suspect, but the advisor was more than excited to refer me to cooks collision where i would get the "hook up". One $2400 quote later i called my insurance, took it to G & C auto and was quoted $1250. HUGE DIFFERENCE. Very disappointed with this place. Zero integrity. Do yourselves a favor and go anywhere else but here. Napa Ford, Ron Dupratt, just not here. Btw my car is a 2013 Lincoln MKZ. Happy New Year!! I been coming to this dealership for a few years now. I been picking up the same car. Ford Flex. I've own 2009, 2014, 2016 and now my latest 2019. I've least my last three with Ford Fairfield. It's been smooth all the way through. The one hiccup was when I placed an order of my 2019 Ford Flex Limited from the factory. When the car should of been ready it wasn't. No calls, emails, or text messages. Of crouse I was upset. Putting more miles on my previous Flex that I didn't want. During all this stress DANIEL at Ford Fairfield was the man that stepped up. Definitely go see this guy. No bs. Tells it how it is. And truly helps out as much as he can. They charged me 1 hour labor just for the check engine light on the computer + 1 hour labor for replacing the part (a quick and easy job: fuel evaporator filter...) + the part itself. Over-priced! They should have charged me only 1 hour labor, in other words: throw the check engine light on the computer as a courtesy. Purchasing a vehicle from them seem to be a good experience and offered great rates (wish they did 0% like other brands do). Fast forward a year. I run a business and scheduled appointment for my vehicle because my trailer lights werent working and that the issue was with their connectors. They promised they would be able to diagnose within a day if i took the earliest morning appointment available. So i scheduled no jobs for that day and dropped it off. At the end of the day they said they did not figure whats wrong with it yet but brakes are almost time to be changed. They said they would need to keep it another day for diagnosis. I said fine so i moved appointments around to figure this situation out as i didnt want to come back again and figure they can start even earlier. I told them to figure it out and fix that first. If there is time then do the brakes. If there isnt i will bring it back for repairs just figure out whats wrong first. Well the next day its close to 5p.m. again and i ask if its finished so i can pick up my vehicle. They tell me they still havent figured out the problem yet. I tell them forget it i will just pick up my vehicle, they said they cant do that because my brakes arent done and waiting for rotors to come in tomorrow. I said forget it put my vehicle back together as it is a business and i need to get back on the road. They told me they cant because the brakes are too worn out it is unsafe (even though they told me previously it is close to being time to change not that its overdue). I get angry and demand to speak to someone higher up that can help me but they said everyone left the office and to call back tomorrow. I call the next day and i left a voicemail for the branch manager. Branch manager calls me back within an hour (happy to see the promptness) and asks me about the situation. Needless to say he is unhappy and said that is unacceptable as they know business cant just keep closing unexpectedly. Said he will get to the bottom of it and call me back. Surprise surprise i get a call by the end of the day from the service advisor and branch manager stating they found the problem (A relay was broken). The part isnt available for a couple days but the brakes are done! I have my suspicion that since it was a relatively easy part and fix that they forgot to look at my vehicle for the past couple days. The manager apologized and said that wont happen again. I picked up my vehicle and came back a couple days later for a 5 minute repair. Saw the service advisor that helped me wasnt working. I asked the workers there and they said he was let go. I didnt ask for him to be fired but i cant say that im sad. They didnt offer me any discounts on brakes or anything for inconvenience but i just wanted my vehicle back to work. Well coming back to the dealership because there is an issue with my diesel system and its popping error codes. I call them again and schedule an appointment for early in the morning. They take a look at it and they called me back by 11:30a.m. this time and say they found the issue. Its covered under warranty but downside is the part wont get there til tomorrow morning. I was fine with this response and repair because they said they will get my vehicle out and ready by 10a.m. they delivered as promiesed. Not sure if the first repair was a 1 off because of a bad employee but i will continue to use this dealership unless they slip up again. Will update read more

So the first time I took my truck to Ford Fairfield they worked on a coolant leak, that was a hard line from the block to the right Turbo. I kept getting the run around that the mechanic was off or parts had to be ordered or the mechanic was behind. They had my truck for about 2 weeks and weren't sure when I was going to get my truck back. After I got my truck back I noticed something wasn't right. Eventually the engine check light turned on. I had a local Firestone check the engine check light code and it came back that the waist Gates were fluttering. From there I take it back to Ford Fairfield. Once again they had my truck for two weeks plus with the same issues I had before with them. The runaround continued with parts on backorder, the mechanic being off, and the mechanic running behind. After I got my truck back again as soon as I drove it off the lot the wastegates were fluttering again. From there I called Ron Dupratt's fleet service in Dixon and have them look at my truck and turned out that a vacuum line was not where it should have been. Ford Fleet Service called me back the next day and I told me what was wrong and that my truck was fixed and ready for pickup. The reason why I took it to Ford in Dixon was a process of elimination to see weather if I had bad parts when stock or if it was bad maintenance from Ford Fairfield. Turned out to be bad maintenance I don't know how something so small gets overlooked from mechanics who are supposed to be certified an overcharge for labor. I know Ford Fairfield will probably try to get a hold of me for the inconvenience that was caused, but honestly I really don't care and if anything they would probably just give me more runarounds. So he'd my advice and avoid Ford Fairfield and take your vehicle to Ron Dupratt in Dixon their service and customer service was outstanding. read more

I wanted a bronco , I got called that they have it available , and they'll sell it on MSRP , but when I reached the location , I find out that there is a 5K markup . This would have been disappointing once but it happened to me twice !!!! I was in Livermore when I got the call , on call I clarified that I'm looking for MRSP sale only , they said ok , When I show up ... another sales rep says "oh no ... there seems to be a misunderstanding.. let me get help for you" I got left waiting the manager "Cody" comes out .. very rigid and says " we obviously can't sell it for MSRP " Why the fuck not when that's what was advertised ?! March-2023: My experience and failures by the Fairfield Ford management. I purchased an Audi, Q3, and I requested the price was important, however, the service of my Q3 after the purchase was much more important to me. I was reassured by the sale manager who said he was previously an Officer, so honesty should be important, I felt. A few weeks later my mechanic discovered where someone had attempted to buffer out scratches on the driver-side of the Q3. Upon taking the Q3 to the Ford management for their inspection, I was told by the purchasing manager that the upper management would be contacting me. I was told this on three(3) different occasions, and as of today, I still have not received any response from Ford Management. I also advised the parts manager, I would have requested a discounted price if I had noticed the scratches upon my purchase. I also purchased a 3-year warranty, and I now fear the response, I will get from Ford management due to the ongoing current issues, I am still experiencing due to a lack of professionalism from the Ford management. read more

I've never experienced a dealership that goes so above and beyond in customer service! The bar has definitely been raised in my future vehicle purchase experiences. I have never been to another dealership that comes close to this level of courtesy and customer service. Communication was transparent from my first phone call. I knew which vehicle I wanted when I called, and Lucas was more than helpful. I appreciated his patience and honesty over the phone/text throughout the initial process, and when we came in to meet him, everything went smoothly. Financing was a breeze - no back and forth "let me check with my finance manager" routine - the prices and options were laid out for us to decide which route we wanted to take. For me, this eliminated the anxiety and awkwardness I usually feel when negotiating the purchase price of a vehicle. For example, all the extra add-ons like pre-paid maintenance, extended warranty, etc, were all laid out for us to review and compare what final cost/monthly payments would be. We were then given enough space/privacy to discuss what we wanted, without feeling the last minute sales pressure that usually happens during the final finance portion of a transaction. This dealership is a piece of work. Between my father and I, we've purchased 4-5 cars from them and their sister Mercedes dealership across the street. Over a year ago, I brought my car to have the trunk latch looked at because it was not opening with my key fob. They quote over $1,000 with no guaranteed resolution, which sounded bazaar. Therefore, I decided not to pay it. Fast forward to today, I discovered that Ford finally announced a recall to fix my issue. The dealership claimed that there is a "part" needed and it would take several months for the part to arrive. Clearly, they didn't want to deal with it because it's a recall repair, which I'd imagine doesn't bring them much revenue. Well, after finding a video on Youtube, it's simply a clipped wire that needed to be spliced and repaired. It took me 10 minutes and about $5 for the wire splice kit to fix this. Moral of the story is to be careful taking your vehicles to these dealerships for repairs. As you can see in other reviews, they find ways to overcharge you any way they can. A dragged out 4 hour oil change can lead to them "finding" unnecessary things to fix. They will also overcharge you for simple fixes. Some of their mechanics clearly don't know what they are doing because I was able to figure out the issue by searching Youtube. read more

We posted our car on Craigslist and received a call with an offer that was pretty decent. We both agreed to the deal, and decided to move forward. I had to jump through hoops to get this deal done. I left work early, drove two cars, and lugged my two little ones during this pandemic. We worked with Jacob, and in the end he stated because of a light that popped up on the diagnostic that they ran they could only offer us 58% of our original deal. On the KBB value that Jacob provided us , it showed that this "light" devalued the car by $144. Overall a horrible experience and would never recommend this company. I know... They're in used car sales, so I shoulda known better. Lesson learned. Do not use this company, they will bait and switch to try to take advantage of people in need of money during this pandemic. I had turned to the dealership in Santa Rosa. I had not done business with this dealership before due to hearing rumors of poor service. My experience was that they were not like my relationship with the previous dealer I was used to Working with. They provided me with a number which included a trade in value that I felt was low. In wanting to think about it and do further research, the pressure I received was beyond uncomfortable to sign. I left determined never to go back.
