I would have made it a 5 star review if it wasn't for the bad customer service by the Manager! The food was excellent--served hot and with perfection. The server did a good job (with the exception of never offering to refill our beverages). But, the Manager (I use that title loosely) did not manage or do what he could to make the customer(s) happy. We had a large party and the seating was split to two tables, with a small table with another party in between our tables. The party occupying the small table between our two tables finished their meals and left, but the Manager refused to move our party's two tables closer together so our large party could speak to each other. read more

Wow super busy as expected 5 shopping days before Christmas and during the lunch rush. No accessible parking available but they went above and beyond by allowing me to park in their carry out parking and even placed a sign next to the parking spot to ensure no one parked me in. After only a short wait we were seated. Our waiter, Tim couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. The patty melt and chicken tenders were wonderful. You can't go wrong with the burgers here. The service was fast and the drinks kept coming without being asked. THAT is excellence for sure. The only issue was their ranch dressing. I usually love ranch and the first portion that came out tasted warm and spoiled. The second portion, our waiter stated it came from another container and it was cold but still something was off. I thoroughly enjoyed our meal except for this. Overall during the busiest time of year, this Fords Garage was outstanding in service, and food. Everything you could want in a restaurant! I went with a long time friend who suggested Fords Garage. I was fascinated with the Model A's on the property and inside, LOVED it! My dad would have loved this place too. We used to restore those cars years ago. He's gone now so it's special for me. Anyway, the appetizers and food were very good. I had a steak that was cooked just the way I wanted it... no mooing. My friend said his food was excellent also. The service was good considering they were busy that evening. Just wish the noise level was lower (people today are much louder in restaurants than years ago). Other than that I'd definitely go back again since my friends and I don't live far from there. Had a great experience at Ford's Garage! The food was absolutely delicious -- I had the brisket sandwich and the pulled pork macaroni, and both were packed with flavor. For dessert, the Brokie Sundae was next-level -- rich, gooey, and the perfect sweet finish. We sat at the bar and the service was excellent the entire time -- friendly, fast, and attentive. In town for business and just happened to stop at the Viera Ford's garage. The food was great and the restaurant was super spacious, clean, and very comfortable. However the main reason I am leaving this review is due to the best service I hands-down have ever had. Alyssa waited on my table and took the time to explain the menu, make excellent recommendations, and had the most uplifting and refreshing personality I have ever met. First of all, our server, Jaxen, did a good job. It was the kitchen we had a problem with. My husband specified NO TOMATOES on his salad, Jaxen verified the request, and the salad was brought to my husband with small cut-up tomatoes all over. My green beans were pretty but so raw they were inedible. We sent back the salad. I asked for broccoli, well-cooked, to replace the inedible green beans. By the time the broccoli arrived, I had eaten the rest of my meal. The broccoli was well-cooked but so over-seasoned with pepper it was not good, either. If I had a problem with spicy food, as many do and who expects broccoli to be spicy besides?, I would have sent it back, too! The meal was disappointing. read more

2nd Vierra restaurant on our list. Fords is a novel themed restaurant that is as interesting to look around as it is to eat in. Happy hour gives you $4 beers and $6 dollar wines but if you eat at the bar you can get a burger and beer for $10 beat that McD's. We sat in the restaurant and had the burgers. Both were excellent, freshly cooked and tasty. The wife had the brioche bun i had the pretzel, i would go brioche next time. One other thing i noticed as an eagle eyed brit. The fish n chips here is actually one big fillet not those mangy little 3 pieces they serve in PNW. So hats off to fords it looked pretty good too but the chips were french fries which was a shame but the fish wins so no moaning C J. Nice place. We're here during lunch and the lunch break specials were good. I had the 1/3 lb Roadster burger cooked to my liking. My wife had the lunch break fish sandwich and boy the piece of fish was big. The chips were fried here on site. Overall a good place. Not sure why this place is all the hype. Went after work to meet up with some old coworkers for drinks and apps. Maybe an entree if the drinks got to us. Which it did. Lol. No reservations. 2 of us walked in around 5:10pm and the other people walked in about 5 mins apart after us. Seated right away. Greeted and seated. Parking lot seemed full and thought service was going to a bit slow. Turns out. It wasn't too shabby. However our waitress must've forgotten her listening ears because 2 of our orders came out wrong and my margarita came out frozen when I asked for it on the rocks. I got the Ford's Signature WITHOUT tomato and onions. What does it come out with? Tomatoes and onions. Burger was dry as a rock. Didn't finish it. Didn't take it home either. No thanks. Someone else got salmon and wanted fries and veggies as sides. Got veggies and no fries. We really didn't have the energy to have to wave her down and correct all this. I could easily take out the onions and tomato. And I shared my fries. She kept coming back and asking us what order was what. This place is really loud. Minimal noise. Fine. But the atmosphere and environment doesn't make for a good catch up spot. I'm disappointed in the food. My burger was not good at all. Was asked how I would like my burger. I said medium and it came out practically all the way cooked. My drink was frozen instead of on the rocks. Idk our waitress made it for a bad experience I didn't enjoy it at all. For working near here and driving by to go to Wawa or Chic-Fil-A I'd rather have gone there. Will not be back. Not for a long while at least. Lastly, we didn't ask for the check to be split multiple ways. Just to be split 2 ways and we some how got the check and it was split into 3 ways. One of the tabs was split in half. Twice the tax I'm sure. So ridiculous. 2 stars for service or messed up orders and the tabs. The staff are so friendly and we were able to get seated in 5-10 minutes, party of 8. That is not the norm though. We have heard wait times to be around 45 mins averaged from friends who have also gone. The whole vibe is great. My son really liked their door handles and their bathroom sinks. Tony (manager/owner)? We didn't ask his title. He was friendly and personable. Kelsey our server was great too! She was so kind and knew the menu and had fantastic suggestions.
