    BBQ Pork bahn mi
    Diana C.

The bahn mis were good with properly crunchy bread. I think the tofu in mine was a bit too soggy with mayo/sauce, but otherwise it was tasty. The boba was very good as well. The server was working hard but taking orders quickly as a line started to form. We did take out but there's lots of places to sit if you want to dine in. They still have a big balloon arch and some fun artwork. It's a good place for families or a quick lunch for sure. I asked and most of their drinks are made with nondairy creamer by default which is awesome for me!

What a great lunch spot! I was walking and looking for a pho spot and came across Four Diamonds. I saw the picture of the Bun Bo Hue on the window and decided that's exactly what I wanted. It was very tasty and hearty. I added hoisin sauce, sriracha and chilli oil to make it spicier but the beef was tender and flavorful. Overall, exactly what I wanted for lunch. I washed it down with a chai boba milk tea. The service was excellent and so enthusiastic, which is always the cherry on top of a good dining experience. Also, the music really made the space feel causal but also cute and warm.

Grilled Pork Vermicelli Bowl & Beef Pho

After getting ice cream at Pastry Project and a pizza slice at DeLeo Bros Pizza nearby, we stopped at Four Diamonds for our main entree. We saw a new place in Pioneer Square and wanted to give it a try. I had the small special pho with three meats - steak, brisket & meatballs. Hubby had the grilled pork vermicelli bowl. We enjoyed our food and everything was made fresh, but thought our meals were a little on the spendy side. They have been open for 4 months. Service was welcoming and prompt.

Great food. Came here with my daughter after the underground tour and we were starving. It's near the Occidental Square. Friendly staff and service was quick! My daughter especially liked the strawberry yogurt drink.

We came here around 3 PM on a Sunday. The restaurant was spacious and clean, with a relaxed vibe. Our server was very friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for signature dishes and to-go drinks. I was impressed by the variety of dishes available. I ordered the Thai Tea Tornado and the Pork Belly & Egg Rice -- both were absolutely delicious and satisfying. They confirmed they are still in the process of getting the liquor license, so no alcohol yet. Nearby street parking was free on Sundays!

3.4/5 Actually was headed to Saigon drip for a bahnmi when I saw four diamonds across the street. I had seen them on Instagram so was excited to try them instead. Ambiance - a very large space. When you walk in it's a large room with another room with seating to your left, and ordering area to your right. Service - was greeted right away and the woman was very friendly and walked me through their specialty items. Food - I ordered their 2 specialties. The house wings and their pork belly banhmi. The flavor was on point. You can tell they stewed their pork belly, it had a thit kho flavor to it. The only issue was mine was comprised of primarily fat, so when I was eating it, it was very mushy. But when I got to the other end, that's where most of the meat was and it was good. Think I just got a bad one. The fish sauce wings also weren't bad, and the texture was on point. Stayed crispy even sitting in the box on the long drive home. Only issue was it was $20 for 7 wings! When I ordered them I thought they came with 12 (doesn't list quantity) so won't be ordering them again. Still want to come back to try other banhmis.

Yummy and warm food in this cold weather! We were walking around and found this hidden gem. All the food was so delicious and everyone was wonderful.

New Vietnamese restaurant in Pioneer Square. They took over the space that used to be a sports bar. The host can process to-go orders or they can take you to your table. They also have a self ordering kiosk. If you have extra time to browse through their menu and learn their point of sale system then go for it. I'm not a fan of kiosks but I know some customers prefer it. Their menu isn't bilingual because they're in Pioneer Square. Not a big Vietnamese population in this particular neighborhood but don't worry though, their Bánh mì is legit. Their ingredients are fresh, flavor is on point, and they use quality bread. Portion size is good too. I ended up saving the other half for dinner. Saigon Deli in the C-ID is still king but it's not as easy to get to unless you take the First Hill Streetcar or drive. They were pretty busy during the lunch rush so orders can take a bit longer. Ask the host for an estimated wait time if you're under a time constraint. It's a good place to swing by if you're in town for an event at the stadiums or if you need a good sandwich.

    Special Broken Rice

Came here for an early dinner and had no problem getting a table. Got the special rice plate, thai crispy chicken rice plate, lemongrass tofu rice plate, fries, tastea drink, oreo cake milk tea, and the tropical sunset drink. Everything was super good! Typically with viet places I feel like their pickled veggies or fish sauce aren't up to par with what I'm used to getting at home. But it was great here! The broken rice plates were all good, I'm partial to the classic special. But would also recommend the thai crispy chicken, even after packing the rest it was still crispy. The tofu had great flavor as well. The soup it comes with is yummy, but more of a gentle flavor. Fries had a good flavor as well, when asked they said they use truffle oil. The tropical sunset was refreshing, not sweet, but more tart/sour. I really liked it along with their tastea drink. Those two were light and refreshing. The oreo cake milk tea was more on the sweeter side, but my partner loved it. Overall great new restaurant with friendly service! Definitely going to come back and try more of their items. I loved the space as well, close to everything making it easy to pop in.

really great hidden gem in pioneer square. i would highly recommend hitting this spot up for good food at a decent price! it's spacious, one side is for to go/drinks, and the other is for dine in with a few tables, probably better for smaller groups. we got the egg rolls, chicken wings, and the dry pho. all of it was delicious. we particularly enjoyed the fish sauce chicken wings, so good we had to order a second round. it's perfectly savory and sweet, its got really good crunch, and the chicken comes out piping hot and so juicy. the egg rolls are good, pretty standard. and the dry pho was also good, came with a good amount of brisket/meatballs and a side of hot pho broth. service was kind, and food came out fairly quickly! definitely a good spot to check out if ur in the area or before a game at the stadiums!

Pics don't do it justice, really solid serving size

This is Dangerous lol Just got a job in Pioneer Square. Looking for something "quick and cheap" for lunch on a Sunday Randomly saw these guys The Banh Mi was great. Classic Gilled Pork Their House Sambal/Chili Oil/Spicy stuff is great $12 for the sandwich I need to come back for drinks/happy hr/etc A+++

    Chicken pho
    Nicole H.

Solid choice for pho. I got chicken, which comes in chicken broth. If I had it to do again, I would get the beef broth, but it was good. Service was good and quick.

My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Seattle, definitely better than many overhype places. The foods were amazing, I'm extremely picky about Vietnamese food, especially pho. This place totally exceeded expectations. The drinks are also exceptional. Service is also top tier, very friendly and helpful staff. The reason is clean, spacious and modern. Definitely making this my regular place.

He offered great menu suggestions and shared the story behind the restaurant--his brother designed the space, and he built it with the help of friends, which made the experience feel even more special. The décor is gorgeous--an elevated, glamorous tribute to the water buffalo that feels bold yet refined. We ordered the Miang Kham, Crying Tiger, and Mango Salad. I always order Miang Kham when I see it since it's such a rare find, and this one was excellent. The Crying Tiger was tasty but came out more well done than the medium-rare we ordered. That said, we still finished it because the dipping sauce was fantastic and the purple-and-white sticky rice was delicious. The Mango Salad was beautifully prepared with shredded mango that had just the right crunch and tartness. Generous portions served. Even during a busy late afternoon, the chef handled guests with ease and a big smile, serving beautifully executed dishes and cocktails. Very impressive. We'll definitely be bringing friends here next time we're in Seattle. Tip: They do true Thai spice levels here--proceed with caution."

In fact, the interior is so unique that you wouldn't immediately guess it's an Asian restaurant. The staff were friendly, though service was a bit inattentive; I found myself waiting longer than expected for basic things. Interestingly, when I ordered noodles and asked for chopsticks, they told me they didn't have any. It was quite a surprise to find an Asian restaurant serving noodles without chopsticks. As for the food, it was fine, but nothing memorable for the price. I've had better Asian food elsewhere in Seattle for less. If you're after a stylish, brunch-aesthetic spot to try Asian-inspired dishes, Di Fiora fits the bill. But if you're going purely for the flavors, you may leave underwhelmed.

These weren't your typical fries though. They were Dutch-style, coming topped with mayo, satay, onions, and chili sauce. A mix of Dutch and Indonesian flavors. This probably was my favorite dish. The combination of pungency, fattiness, crispiness, and spiciness was very good. It kind of reminds you of a plate of nachos, but the fries themselves have a better taste than a bed of chips would have. They manage to stay crispy almost until the end. The main dish I had was the South African Bunny Chow. This was a chicken masala curry inside a bread bowl, spilling out on either side. This was very solid as well. The curry tasted similar to a butter chicken - lightly spiced and creamy, but the chicken inside was quite juicy. The act of putting this inside a bread bowl was very cool. It made it easy to get both the bread and the curry in a single bite with a spoon I didn't like the dessert much, though. What I had was the chocolate malva, but the apricot was way too forward and the sweetness was missing. I tried the Danish cake as well but found this similarly disappointing. The price ended up being somewhat expensive, at around $45 per person after the meal, despite the deal. Portions were solid though. Overall, it's a cool avenue to try different street foods, but I wouldn't say anything special. 7.25/10
