Cruz is the man! I've been struggling to find a groomer that's patient to cut my baby's hair! I took my puppy to Petco, petsmart & others & no one wanted to because my boy is hyper! I gave Cruz a call early morning he said come back later on the day, not only am I satisfied with the work, but the fact that he was patient enough to do it was good enough for me! This groomer cut under the ear of my golden retriever. I did not find out the cut until 4 days later since the cut was hidden under her big ear. When I called him, he rejected it and blamed on something else not him. My dog is my baby I give her a massage everyday and use ear drop for her ear so I know how her ear was. If this groomer was honest and said sorry I may not leave a review. At least my review will remind him to be careful with next dogs that he will work on The safety and happiness of your dog are most important not only just cheap price, it is better to find a good groomer for your dog. My Jack love it there. It super clean and they have staff to watch the fogs at all times. Great people. The grooming is great also.

Our favorite groomer in town! We love that it is a family-owned business and that the rates are affordable. Our 20-lb dog gets everything done *except teeth cleaning, I believe* for $45. Not bad! I'd rather come support local and a family than to go to a large retailer and feel exploited at higher costs. There is a parking lot in the back and some street parking as well. When I picked up my dog after a haircut, I noticed blood on the top of her head only to discover the groomer clipping her ear. Every time she shakes her head it opens up the wound again. My dog has been acting strange for a few days which lets me know that this experience was traumatic. Over the last few days I noticed BOTH of her ears are scaring very badly. OK if your dog needs to be shaved, but mine is double coated. A responsible groomer should not shave a double coat without consulting the owner because it removes their protective layer from the sun and it will not grow back the same. Her fur was not matted and her coat was very healthy, therefore there was no reason for her to be shaved. I am extremely disappointed. read more

Found this spot since my other groomer moved to a new location and this place is walking distance. It's right off Sunset and Lucile next to Echo Bark. It was really easy to get an appointment, and then even accommodated me when I had to switch up the times the day of. Very affordable and good turn-around time as well. This review is long overdue, but I have a timid long-haired kitty who has a heart condition and I always get a little nervous taking him to a new groomer. First of all their prices are incredibly affordable, which I appreciate. I only needed to live my kitty for 2 1/2 hours which was also nice for me because I don't like to leave him all day somewhere. Inside was nice, and the check-in was quick and easy. When I picked him up my kitty was totally calm and normal, and they mentioned how good he was during the grooming. His cut wasn't the smoothest, but it doesn't bother me that much as it's mostly for his comfort in the hotter months. I only mention that because I know some people can be picky so FYI. I'm just happy that someone took care of my kitty, made him more comfortable, and treated him kindly! There is a parking lot in the back, or street and metered parking if full. read more

When I got there the workers were super nice and asked all the right questions about each of my dogs .When I was called to pick them up all my dogs look super clean and happy with this little cute bandana.
