When I left my dog here at 8 a.m. today, my dog didn't have any stomach injuries. However, my dog had these big scars after grooming. I can't trust this place anymore, and the attitude of the female groomer was very rude. Male groomer got annoyed with me and told me that my dog won't have to go to the hospital because her wound will heal in three days. How do you know when you're not a doctor? I want a refund and will ask for my dog's medical bills as well. I really hope you everyone can avoid going through what my dog and I went through. Called Friday afternoon to try to schedule a bath and puppy cut appointment on Sunday. A male staff picked up the call and answered all my questions patiently and friendly. We were happy that they were willing to take our teddy bear at 8am the next day. We arrived 5 mins passed 8am at the shop on Saturday morning, a male staff met and greeted us. The bath and puppy cut took about 2 hours. They did a good job and my family and I love the cut ! They pay attention to details and even told us our baby had a little irritated / minor infection with one of her ears so we needed to pay attention to it. We truly appreciate that they let us know about the minor ear infection! We will come back and hopefully they can keep up the quality ! If I could give 0 stars out of 5 stars, I would. I have been a loyal customer for the past 5+ years, however, the services are becoming horrible as the years pass. The moment I enter the shop, they take forever to come out and doesn't even greet their customers. I understand that because I am a long-term customer, they might think that they can be "friends" with me, but that does not mean by using informal language with me. The male worker that ALWAYS uses informal language to me as if I'm a child; treats me as one. They always do a great job grooming my skittish pup. I don't know how they do it cause it's always a battle to even trim his nails myself. Been going here for over 5 years. The grooming team is super detailed and my dog always ends up looking super cute and clean. He's never been nicked or hurt. The owner has been grooming dogs for a long time & knows what he's doing. I ask for the "puppy style" trim & from my experience, is the best looking cut on small dogs. Besides the styling, they include anal gland expression, ear cleaning & nail trimming. Also the shampoo they use smells nice and fresh. They can get booked up, so call in advance. Small parking lot in front in the shared lot with other businesses. Street parking around the side streets. They accept card, but bring some cash to tip the team. According to their window, they're open Mon - Sat 8am - 7pm. Closed Sun. I believe the hours still remain during COVID. Side note: my dog tends to have a lot of loose fur after a haircut, ask them for to brush off as much as they can, it helps. read more

BUT I LOVR this PLACE, took my dog her overall cut and nail trim. The haircut was perfectly well done now she is super sweet and pretty. I think they are the best pet grooming shop in k-town, but they are also the most expensive too! People say my dog looks so cute, only after i groom her here. I never got compliments when going to other places. As long as I am in ktown, this is my go to spot for my dog. They speak Korean, so i think it might be hard to make appt in English (my guess). I've been bringing my schnauzer here for almost 2 years and they do a great job each time.

We brought our pup here for grooming for the first time. Immediately after being brought home, her entire body was inflamed with red, from head to paw. After days of vomiting and diarrhea, confusion and shortness of breath, we brought her to the emergency vet, and the full scan/blood work revealed chemical irritation inside and out of our pup. It is incredibly heartbreaking to think that what once was a healthy, lively dog has become lifeless. (And no, she did not eat anything off the ground that has toxins, as she is very well mannered and almost too lady-like to do so.) read more

I took my senior dog here for the first time. The lady was really nice and they groomed my dog perfectly! I asked for her face area to be cut very short because her face gets all fluffy and messy when it starts to grow out a little. The service was quick too on a weekday. The grooming was okay, unevenly cut fur all around and saw some areas where the fur was shaven after i specified not to shave. Im only giving this place 3 stars because when she got home from this grooming place, my dog had red, irritated areas around her butt area and was bitten by some bugs.. my dog is an indoor dog and only takes walks around our house. She started itching after she got home from the groomers and i was able to see the bug bite on the neck area and side.. This is one of the most extraordinary places to take your dog for a hair cut. My dog, Gongju, is always nervous about going to places to get her hair done. But whenever she comes here she never gets scared. I in fact appreciate their business so much I buy all my dog treats here. Coincidentally, Gongju has a picky taste but she loves their treats. Just called to drop my puppy off here. I called ahead to see if they could take me, they said yes and to bring my pup in. I did and when I got there the Korean woman said in Korean (I'm Korean so I understood) did you know another dog was coming?! She seemed annoyed. Then the man came out and said what kind cut do you want? I said a puppy cut. He said nope can't his hair is too tangled we have to shave him. I feel they just said that to get me out of there because the man got chewed out by the wife for taking another dog in without her knowing. Never coming here again. I am telling you this guy the groomer who works here is totally psychotic and unprofessional to my dog. My dog is Maltipoo and her hair is white.. okay for human the hairstylist usually refreshes the client's yellow, grey or white hair with purple shampoo or conditioner. But my dog is very small like 5lbs and she gets her grooming once a month which means she doesn't need the refreshing job! Additionally my dog is very sensitive with harsh products. Guess what? My little dog is still suffering of itchiness and irritation from that product the groomer used on her and he doesn't know he did the wrong job!!! He should've asked me before he uses any product because my dog was the new client of him. I had to pay $55.00 for grooming service plus with $30.00 ear cleaning medicine he insisted me to purchase and $25.00 tip!!! What a rip-off and bad service to suffering for almost 5 months!!! I don't recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for decent pet shop!!!! read more
