Please don't come here. Please. I been coming here for over 10 years and now the owner is so nasty of a person. She makes it so complicated to book an appointment and when you get there she pretends to be busy only to have you come pick up your dog at the time she wants and not when your dog is actually done. And I agree with the other google reviews when they say she doesn't respect or care to follow the desire cut. She does whatever she feels in the moment. But what's worst is that she leaves them with some cuts like in their belly area. She's NOT GENTLE. She also changes the price and seems to be increasing it for no reason. Last month I took my 2 maltipoo to this location and one of my dogs nail was cut in half and he was dripping in blood when I arrived and I had to take him to get his nails cleaned and covered . I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOG TO PUPPY STYLE AGAIN. They butchered my dog Gracie on Saturday. It was my first time there, so I spent ten or fifteen minutes showing her the cuts I wanted for my dog Gracie, and Bella (neighbor's dog). When I returned to pick them up, I was horrified. I would always take my puppies here for full grooming. Loved the way she would cut my dogs hair. However, the more I brought my dogs they would be scared of entering. My dog once peed inside her store. Should've taken that as a sign. After a while, I found a dog grooming place near my house and took them there. My dogs looked happy coming out. They weren't even scared entering the grooming place. Anyways, recently I brought them back to this grooming place because I still love the way she cuts and styles my dogs. Worst mistake ever, my dogs were scared to enter once again and my female dog even growled at her. After they were done with the full grooming, my male dogs ears where cut uneven. I didn't care much because they grow back but my FEMALE dog has an infected ear now. Every time she shakes her head I hear water. I brought my dogs in with no infections. They're healthy home dogs. I know it's this place that infects my dogs ears. I had to pay for medicine to get it treated the last time it got infected because of this place and now I have to pay for the medication again. I KNOW ITS THIS PLACE that infected my dogs ears because the first time my dog ever got an infected ear was coming out of this grooming place. However, because I would also groom my dog at home I thought I did it to my dog. But after a while of not bringing her to this grooming place literally like half a year of not coming. I went to take my the time to notate that I have been to this establish at least 4-5 times before & never had a problem until today. I took my dog Michael Jaxson (yes he is named after the Iconic Michael Jackson lol) in today 9/18/22 @ 9:45 a.m. I came back to get him around 12:15 p.m. after being informed that he was ready. I got to the shop & was greeted by the groomer (I failed to get her name) whom spoke broken English. She then began to start telling me about Jaxson's ears and was telling me that I need to take a Q-Tip to wipe his ears from what she showed me were evidently cuts in each ear. She informed she put medicine on both ears and informed me to clean in 3 days. I looked at both and saw that some oily medicine was in both ears and what looked to be dried blood. I of course paid for services rendered in the amt of $70 with a $4 tip because the grooming part was done correctly. I did leave with a bit frustration because I couldn't understand fully what transpired while in the care of the groomer. I personally just wanted to notate my events here due to not thinking of videotaping the conversation while there due to being frustrated. If any problems where I have to take him to the vet, I have the day notated here in the case this escalates into way more problems with his ears. To be continued... -Disappointed read more

Terrible Service. They tried to give my dog a haircut and gave up. Called me and had me pick her up. When I got there she had two streaks taken off her. They claimed she was biting and it was too dangerous of a job. First off, my dog is not dangerous at all. She may have little playful bites, but has never been malicious. Also, as a groomer it's your job to handle that kind of thing. They asked me to bring a muzzle if i wanted to bring her back. I brought my dog here a couple of times when I believe they were under different management and they were great. Unfortunately, cannot say the same for the new management or the new people there. I tried bringing my dog and as soon as they saw him they said they will not groom him because he is aggressive... as if they know my dog? I never had an issue with ANY groomer about my dog being aggressive, he actually enjoys getting groomed and never gives the groomers a hard time. However, it's been very difficult and a bit frustrating for me to communicate with the person who answers the phone. I've called twice recently trying to make an appointment and have called with questions but they don't speak English very well and so do not understand what I'm saying nor do I understand them.
