My mother had a terrible and deeply upsetting experience here. She booked a body massage with Jason because her usual woman massage therapist wasn't available. She had previously only received foot massages from him and thought she could trust him. During the session, he touched her inappropriately near her private areas. She was shocked and unsure how to react in the moment, but after reflecting on it, she realized how wrong and violating his actions were. We are going to report him and take legal action and want to warn others -- do not book with Jason. This was an unacceptable and traumatic experience that no one should ever have to go through. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures the safety of all clients. read more

I've been coming to Four Seasons Spa for a while now. It's close to home, and for the most part, it's been a decent go-to when I didn't want to travel far for a massage. The services were sometimes a little too soft, sometimes missing the muscle groups I needed, but convenient nonetheless and the staff was always kind-- so for that I can give it an extra star. Unfortunately, tonight changed my view entirely. It was the most painful massage experience I've ever had. I booked a 70-minute combo massage with my partner. From the beginning, there were small red flags--my partner's masseuse thoughtfully elevated the warm foot soak bucket for comfort, while mine left it on the floor. I'm petite, so this left my neck strained at an uncomfortable angle as I sat in the chair. When we moved to the massage table, the experience quickly became overwhelming. The masseuse noted the tension in my neck, then immediately began applying intense pressure with his thumb and knuckles--so forcefully that I couldn't even breathe to speak. I felt him dig into the base of my neck and jawline with a force that felt more like aggression than therapy. As I write this, I can still feel the soreness where his thumb pressed into bone. I'm genuinely worried I might bruise. By the time the session ended, I was in tears. Maybe it was from release or relief--but mostly from actual pain. My partner kindly let the staff know that I was in distress, as I was too embarrassed to speak for myself after crying. The masseuse's response was a flat "It hurt?" and then asked again towards me, "Are you sure it hurt?" I don't want to be unfair--up until this experience, I thought this was a decent neighborhood option. But what happened tonight was physically and emotionally upsetting. I've never left a massage in worse shape than when I arrived. I hate to give this place a bad review. I hear it has definitely improved over the years, but whoever this man is-- that continues to over-do the pressure on clients, should take these reviews into consideration. read more

I walked into this business randomly and it looked like a nice place to have a massage. They were charging extra for using a credit card so I decided to go to the ATM and get cash. When I came back, I asked if they could give me a receipt for cash and the lady shook her head and said no. There was a language barrier but they understood what I was saying. I asked again if she would give me a receipt, they said no. I asked to talk to the manager and another lady came out. She said no receipt only for credit card. I said OK can you write it on a piece of paper. She grabbed a sticky note and wrote $60. I started to write more info on the sticky note then I realize what am I doing? This is too hard. She said call the manager. I wasn't gonna call the manager and then I got a look from the lady that was gonna do my massage like I was causing too much trouble. At that moment, I thought I'm not gonna get good service if I continue with this so I started to leave. I noticed as I was leaving a QR code that was sitting on the desk for yelp reviews so I scanned it. That's when they started to scramble. I was literally followed out of the store. They were putting a phone up into my face so I could talk to the manager I continue to walk away and said no thank you. I got followed by another woman who had a receipt book in her hand. None of this felt good. It's unfortunate because obviously they needed the business but I really didn't feel like I was gonna get the service that I was gonna pay for. My advice to the owner manager of the space please make sure you train your people to be nicer in situations like this. It was very uncomfortable. read more

I have zero problems with the door not being closed TIGHTLY, but the door was pushed wide open by the same girl that offends me and always interrupts my massages making conversation with the masseuse. I video taped the other rooms while coming out & nobodys door was wide open. NO massage parlor has people getting massages with their backs exposed for people walking by to see. And to be coming their YEARS many months on a weekly basis and zero complaints by me w/the male or female masseuses & zero complaints from them, she thinks she needs to tell me MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR PANTIES ON??? It did not work with the person I initially booked it with and had to wait some time , but the person in charge of the front sincerely apologized and had someone take care of me... I got a deep massage / Swedish massage by a guy named Jason , the experience was very relaxing and soothing !! I enjoyed every single minute. So worth it!!! Although I've been to Four Seasons many times in the past, January 29 was my first visit back since the pandemic. It's easy to book an appointment, the greeters are friendly as always, and the facilities have always been clean and calm. But at this visit, once I'd gotten ready and lay under the sheet, suddenly all the lights went off and a new-to-me masseuse entered the room in the pitch darkness. He immediately started working on my back, in the dark, with no introduction... Nothing "wrong" with this per se, but it put me on edge during a time I'm supposed to be relaxing. My experience over the next 60 minutes alternated between "Oof, that's roȗgh but my body needed it" and "THIS MAN IS ACTIVELY TRYING TO Ƙ!11 ME!" I cried out in pȧin a number of times, told him several times that he was hurting me, and asked him to go easier, but somehow the message never got through to him. I wish I'd had the guts to stand up and stop the experience, but you know... Fight, flight, or freeze are common trȧųma responses. And I froze. My attached pictures demonstrate just how roȗgh this massage was. It hurt significantly for almost a week. There were other uncomfortable/awkward parts to the massage that might not be a big deal on their own -- touching certain body parts, pulling underwěȧr down too low, exposing my chĕst, his clothed pĕƞis resting on my hand for a moment, etc. -- but in combination were too much. I asked myself for several days if I experienced an ȧssȧult? Or something else? I don't really have a category for what happened that Wednesday. I know that management sees these reviews, and hope that they'll take appropriate action. I wanted to come talk to you in person, but I'm feeling super-vulnerable and nauseous to think about walking into Four Seasons. I got a Groupon for a head/scalp massage. The lady walked me over to the room where the service would be and it's was very dark looked very much like a closet. Very small room. There was a full body massage chair and a sink and then a storage rack with random things on it. Another lady walks in and gestures to sit in the chair, but then starts fidgeting with it. There was about 10 mins of her setting everything up. The chair was supposed to have seat covers and other padding and her supplies were all over the place. It was very very unorganized. Once she got it all in order my service began. The whole time she maybe massaged my head for about 10 mins. It felt like she was just playing with my hair and brushing it occasionally. I also felt like she didn't know how to use the hose that was attached to the chair to rinse off the shampoo. All in all it was very bad. They absolutely do not know what they're doing for this service nor do they do it often. At the end they said everything was paid with Groupon, but they still demanded a tip. My friend gave me a $50 certificate as a gift so it was my first time visit. I actually was going to make an appointment but the gentlemen told me that I can walk-in anytime so I did. When I finally had a chance to go, a lady greet me with a smile. I asked for Combination A (foot - 30mins. and body - 30mins.) but she suggested Combination C (foot - 30mins. and body - 60mins.) so I decided to follow her recommendation, which I'm glad I did. My masseuse was an elder gentlemen and he really spent every minute with great care. He definitely knew exactly which spots need to be treated. He checked with me on how I'm doing time to time, which was nice because in one point I felt a pain on my shoulder (not his fault because I had a shoulder problem before) so I told him the pressure was a little bit high so he lower the pressure immediately on that area. After everything was done, he wiped all the lotion and oil he used on my back, arms, neck and legs very clean. And, offered me a cup of water, which was refreshing. All in all, I had a wonderful experience. After the massage, it felt like my blood was circulating well again, all the stress is gone, my skin was very soft and silky and the stiffed muscles loosened a lot. read more

My husband and I went in for a couples massage and was assigned to 2 male massage therapist. My husband and I both had pain on our body's due to the severity of the massage. We had to tell them it was too hard although they were noting to relax but it was more painful than enjoyable. I paid for a 70 minute massage with a 10 minute lymphatic detox which was NOT provided at all! My massage lasted less than 60 minutes, with nonstop interruptions. The man massaging me had to manage people coming in for services with his phone vibrating constantly. How can a masseuse provide services with also having to check in customers at the same time? Very unprofessional! Once we were done I ask why we didn't get the extra time & lymphatic detox due to a language barrier of communication he was not understanding my questions. Very very mixed emotions about this spot. I might be wrong but not sure but the owner must have changed. Place looks more private than open like before. I used to come here often when I lived in Fullerton and since I was in the area it's a pretty decent price I decided that my daughter here also. As we are getting the massage we hear a man moaning to the point I had to get up in middle of my massage and asked them hey what's going on here?! They felt super uncomfortable and said of his maybe feeling a lot of tension?! After they started talking in Chinese. Remember my 16 year old daughter is here listening to this nasty noise. I'm not sure if they're doing illegal things here but definitely suspicious and questionable activities. The massage is good, they have different types of massage but I usually get the deep tissue. Care of the quality is good they listen to you needs in the area you want them to put more pressure. Staff members here are really nice and even the front desk lady she's really nice compare to the old lady that used to be in the front. I went in today for a 30 minute massage and added a body scrub... what they decided to do was combine the massage and scrub into one service! So instead of getting a 30 minute massage and the body scrub after, my masseuse massaged me for about 15 minutes and then gave me the scrub. I informed the front desk that my massage wasn't 30 minutes and that the scrub lasted longer. At first the front desk apologized and then she said "next time you tell me you want longer massage... body scrub and massage combine." One star for adorable kittens in the front. When I walked in, I was greeted by a sweet lady in the front and she let me the pet their kitten. They were very adorable. A friend recommended this massage parlor. It was clean and tidy inside. Each customer got a new set of supplies. When I went there, I saw the staff cleaning the room. The last customer had just finished. The lady at the front desk who had just finished her massage enthusiastically suggested that I let the staff who had just massaged her do it for me.
