They have the biggest and best wings around. This bad boy was as big as my fist! The beer was cold, the service was great. 10/10

This local bar was recommended by friends and we briefly stopped by to check it out. We absolutely loved the atmosphere and felt right at home, (sort of reminded me of the "Irish Bar" in AC). At our visit, early evening the bar was already crowded with locals... all enjoying company and the games being shown in the different TV screens. Although, it looks small from the outside the place is quite large, divided into different rooms... Bar, dining area and recreation area; the latter seriously set up for dart competitions. There are old fashioned game machines available to make your experience here extra special! Quite affordable, their food selections is limited to hand helds. I was a bit dissapointed that they did not offer my all time favorite, "Fish and Chips." The fish sandwich was alright... Fun place, absolutely deserves a second visit.. I have heard their Sunday Brunch is a must!!

Wanted a place open late to go and enjoy a few drinks on Friday night without going into Tampa. When walking into the place, eyes were upon us. Not because we were dressed funny, but because this bar is clearly full of locals who know one another. When we approached the bar to get a drink, the blonde bartender told us to move so her regular could get to his seat and then she would get our order. This was extremely off-putting because we weren't trying to sit down, we were standing and just wanted to order a drink before grabbing a table. Once we got our drink and sat down both female bartenders were very attentive to us and the other patrons, making rounds to see if anyone needed refills and remembering what each one including us, had ordered. This bar does still allow indoor smoking, which for me as a smoker, is asphyxiating. We didn't try the food but other reviews say it's amazing.

Came for a Friday lunch. I'm a big fan of Irish pubs, and was really happy I found this spot. For a…read morefirst visit, I opted for the fish and chips and a Magners cider. The plate is a really nice portion, with two pieces of fish. I've gotten used to seasoned fried fish, so for me it was a little bland on its own. However, the firm flakes of the fish really show how fresh it is, and I loved that. The tartar sauce is creamy with a delightful lemon taste to it. The fries were crispy, hot, and very well seasoned. The highlight, surprisingly, was the coleslaw. The seasoning and the flavor were absolutely delicious. It brings a mellow flavor to the dish -- not tart, just soft and mild, the kind of thing that cuts right through the richness of the fried food and balances the plate. Happy hour starting at 11am on weekdays is a great deal. During my visit, the place wasn't busy, and sitting at the bar just felt very chill and relaxing. The playlist fit the vibe very well, too! I appreciated Evan, the bartender, checking in several times during my lunch. I read through the menu, and based on my experience with the fish and chips, I'm really excited to come back and try many more dishes.

The menus were kind of old and a little soiled so if the food is good here I will never know because I wouldn't touch the menus. Sat at the bar and asked for the name of a beer they had on tap. She gave me a generic answer and it turns out she was right. It was just called Channelside IPA. Still the interaction wasn't very pleasant and in fact was a little awkward. Definitely didn't feel welcome. Also didn't help that I am naturally a smart Alec. All I know is we definitely didn't click. I settled in on a Smithwicks Red Ale. Finished my beer and promptly left. The experience was Meh. The beer was good though.

What's unique is that, in addition to beer, they also craft their own seltzers and ciders. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They encourage you to sample drinks before buying, which is great especially since some options are quite unique, and sampling helps you pick something you'll enjoy. Bootleggers has a cozy, neighborhood bar feel, which I really appreciate. It's a spot for locals rather than tourists. They also host game nights, and I was surprised by how lively it was for a Saturday afternoon. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm definitely looking forward to coming back.

The bar is welcoming, and there seems to be an upstairs area if you want to go exploring. There is a fridge here, and single cans are available. Overall, one of the better brewery places to visit. A lot better than most, if not everything, in the Orlando area, but still a little shy of being outstanding. Not many of those outliers around, so unless you are lucky enough to live or be traveling near one, consider this place an outstanding compromise.
