After reading reviews for favorite flavors, I was able to easily order two dozen on their website- picking diverse flavors. I was also able to order a bunch of cream cheeses of different flavors (and some vegan!). I got a text letting me know the order was ready in the scheduled time and was able to quickly pick it up in the shop - sidenote: the staff was incredibly friendly for 7:30am!!. The boxes were nice and warm, so they were super fresh, and came with wooden knives and napkins. One thing I wished is that the cream cheeses had labels because it was tricky to figure out the flavors, but truly it was a HUGE hit! I'll definitely be ordering again!

I understand that mistakes happen, but combined with the lack of basic customer service, it made for a frustrating experience.
