On the first visit, he got all our cameras functioning again. During the second visit, he assisted us with downloading recording, a process we had never done before. Finally, he installed two new monitors and upgraded our equipment. The new monitors are incredible; we didn't realize how crisp the images could be until the old equipment was replaced. Out of frustration, I was determined not to cheap out and dug into the options. Ubiquiti had a solid reputation for quality and reliability, so I went about finding someone who handled their products. Yelp was a great resource and I narrowed down my choices to LA Wifi Guys, as their information gave me the most confidence. Made an appointment and David came out. Really liked his approach. Honest and transparent and not hustling me for upsells. He described my options clearly and it was easy to decide what I wanted. Not cheap, but very fair considering the higher quality solution and more experienced installation. It actually cost notably less than my original set up, which was done 6 years ago and had less features and most of all turned out crappy. David gave me an estimate for parts delivery, which turned out to be exact, and we made the install appointment for the day after. He came in and was very polite, careful and steadfast. He also was great at explaining how to operate my new system. But most of all, weeks after the install, I am sooo happy with it! Really great setup with excellent user interface and excellent camera resolution. I've already shared videos and stills with the neighborhood (as we are having coyote issues), and it was so quick and easy to do. A+++ experience all around! Thank you so much, David!

I sent out a request to a few networking pros on yelp to help me investigate a nonfunctioning coax…read moreoutlet in my condo unit, and George was the first to respond, and quickly understood the issue. I sent him a few pictures to see if the coax outlet could be salvaged at all, or if it would be better to run an ethernet cable through the walls instead. After seeing the jack for himself, George had a few ideas to try to repair the existing cable, we set a date, and he was on his way. George figured out what stumped the Spectrum technician who had tried out the outlet prior and the coax panel is now working in no time at all. From there, George helped me move the modem into my home office and worked alongside me in testing the internet connection to verify it's running and stable. After our victory, George helped me move my furniture back to how it was before accessing the outlets. The previous technician recommended that I solve my issue by purchasing a powerline adapter. However, for half the price and no additional equipment needed, George could get my internet wired and work in the ideal location of my home. Thanks!

My daughter's laptop got a problem and it is not booting. My expertise to troubleshoot this kind of problem is limited. Since the problem is a little bit complicated, he advise to bring the laptop with him to make sure he can troubleshoot it at his place and provide better recommendation. It's good that the hard drive still works, however, it will require to do the reset/partitioning of the hard drive to have a bootable sequence again. Overall work is awesome. The fee is reasonable as well. Good to have someone here is Santa Clarita with excellent service. Peace brother :)

I recommend that you allow him to do this, as he then sees your computer in real time while you watch him 'arrow' around, repairing the problem or showing you how to do what you had been trying. In fact, I called him today, allowed him to log in, and, in a few minutes, we fixed it at no charge. You will be extremely satisfied with Guy's expert and professional work.
