We ordered our food and one of our colleagues didn't get his food (wings) until after the rest of the party had finished. We shared our food so he didn't go hungry but they did finally brought the food out. We asked the waitress if we could either get them comped out at the least discounted and the reply was "well we have two large parties here and I can't take them off or discount unless we take the wings back because it's the managers policy." Totally blew our mind with the response. We have a story to tell and so this guy when he goes back to his hometown. Really disappointed.

Instead of remaking the dish, they took the same fish back, removed the toppings, left the tomato residue and brought it back out with the same side; including cold rice. After I clearly stated an allergy, serving the same fish with the tomato residue is unacceptable. This was careless and disappointing. If a customer mentions a food allergy, the dish should be remade, not modified and sent back out.
