    BBQ chicken and fries

For years I wanted to try this place, and I finally did. Came here after a visit to The HIP. Actually, I liked it so much I came back the following week. The people who work here are very kind and the location is very clean. My food was very tasty. I will definitely be back again when I am in the area. Next time I will try something different, but overall I am very happy I visited.

I stopped in because of the cute sign. As I walked in, the place was clean, and I loved the vibe. A little train on the signage inside the place I see why they have been in business for 60 years. I could tell the staff really got alone joking and laughing. I ordered the 2 hot dog special and it didn't disappoint. The hot dog was beefy in flavor with all the topping fresh and crisp. The fries were done perfectly. Crisp on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside.

Possibly the end of the spit? This is not the quality I'm used too.

I've been coming here for years but the quality has been declining. I purchased a gyro plate amongst other things for the family and the gyro meat was not like over the years. It was very thin and crispy. This has been the 3rd time this year with this quality.

I treue their gyros. It was good. Heard this pleace has good food and they do. I was here quick coz had an emergency call. Would comeback to try their hamburgers, sandwiches and dinner variety.

Got the chili dog and it was not a lot good to it. The dog tasted like something you get from the store and the chili had huge beans in it which is a big no-no in the world of chili dogs. The fries were fairly cold and not very good either. Overall the place kind of sucked

No thrills, hot dog and beef place. Both were spot on and fresh. Order at the counter and seat yourself. Large parking lot for a Chicago place.

Their Greek offerings are better than Greek Town and no traffic or parking issues. Prices are very reasonable. Love it

A neighborhood staple with great hot dogs! It's a typical greasy spoon with good food and a friendly staff.

We started with an enormous pretzel with yummy cheese and mustard dips. All of the food was as absolutely delicious and nice big portions. I think we could have shared one plate but maybe next time. The good: The pretzel was amazing, hot and buttery, salty and soft. It's presented on a hanging wire and was at least two feet high. The cheese curds were light and cheesy and beers were everything you'd expect from a German restaurant (including a 2 liter boot of Spaten). People we were with enjoyed the cabbage soup and potato pancakes. The not so good: The jaegerschnizel pork meal was not good, it was hard and unflavorful (I've been to Oktoberfest in Munich where they fed 3000 people and it tasted better). The spaezel and red cabbage were good sides but a bit on the small side. We sat in the bar and service was fine, a bit slow but friendly. The final bill was not exorbitant for the amount of food and beer we had.

We talked long with the bartender and a young man that worked there. Order a few drinks and talked with these two guys for fifteen minutes or so off and on before we even ordered anything. Just felt right, small conversation great atmosphere. We each ordered the three taco plate. I had one fish taco, one elote taco and one Arrachera taco. My wife hard three pork belly tacos. Hard to say which was out favorite because they were all equally as delicious and bursting with flavor from the fresh ingredients. We will be returning soon the March to try their corned beef and leprechaun margaritas before it's over. A must try restaurant in Norwood park.

The vibe was very comfy, not too upscale- think "chillaxed" vibes. I came with 2 girlfriends and we each had a different type of margarita. I got a pitcher of the cucumber margaritas and it was my first time having a cucumber margarita, and it DID NOT disappoint! Very might recommend! The bartender, Sean/Shawn was amazing! I also got to try their seasonal blood orange margarita, which was also delicious! We had the flautas appetizer and for my entree, I ordered the chorizo taco and the pork belly taco. I didn't even make it to the pork belly taco because I was full off the flauta and chorizo taco lol. The hot sauces that they bring to your table in the squirt bottles were bomb dot com!! Spicy enough for some "flava" but not burn your bottle hole spicy. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for the vibes (I requested they play Bad Bunny and they obliged- zero questions asked and no pushback) and the food! If you're ever having group get together or small party, this place would be great! They also have brunch on the weekends which I will bring some moms back for, for some "Momosa" Dates! Americanos- you may as well give me a special discount code or something, at this point.. you'll never get rid of me!
