So I'm super new to the area . I wanted some really good pizza. Fratellis was at the top of the list . The pizza is so good! The crust, cheese and sauce are perfect! The rolls- i liked the rolls but wasn't a fan of the fresh garlic on top. It was a bit too strong but the rolls again were great! I just scrapped off the garlic. The rest of my party liked it though. The fries, hot and crispy. They have a hint of garlic. Greek salad. So good! The creamy greek dressing set it off. Reminded me the dressing for the Med salad Noodle and Company. My mom ordered a sub and liked it alot . Mh fave is the pizza . Will be my go to carry out pizza spot. read more

I was so excited when I read someone affiliated with your restaurant was from Staten Island!! I thought finally some authentic NY pizza & Italian food! Wrong! Apparently you lost your NY flare. One of the best Italian Food places in the area. This is my go to for New York style pizza. I've tried the rest and well...you know... The chicken Madeira is delicious and the Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo is the best I've tasted in years. Go in and make a night of it with the family. We were a table of 20 which is hard to do. They only had one server waiting on us. She was awful and rude. Most of us got our food pretty quickly. 2 people got their food 15 minutes after most of us. One person didn't get her food until everyone was finished eating and getting Togo boxes so she just took her food to go. The best part is hearing the server bad mouth us to her other tables. Slowest place I have been to in awhile and im not soeaking of the staff IQ. Had 2 or 3 people trying to figure out where to sit us while I held my baby, then speaking of IQ had the hostess ask if we needed a baby seat. Finally sat and enjoyed the 3 tables who were sat after us get waited on. Gallic rolls were all crust no roll, basically oil with very little chopped garlic and for some reason they fill the bowl with oil so the crust on top gets no oil or garlic. I've been in the mood for Italian quite a bit lately. Authentic Italian that is. Fratelli's did not disappoint. I was torn between getting deliver or take out and decided on the latter. I order quickly by phone. The person that took my order was nice and said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived I chatted with a regular at the bar. They were also getting take out and said I would enjoy it. After all they said hey ordered from here twice a week so that was a glowing recommendation. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and it was quite good. The portion was much more then I expected. It also came together six garlic rolls which I didn't expect. They were also very good. I decided on the pasta e fagioli soup instead of the salad. Because if the portions I haven't had a chance to t try the soup yet but it the pasta is any indication I won't be disappointed. I think I've found my new Italian restaurant. read more

Moving to a new area has many challenges, one of which is finding good food. I drive past Fratelli's, Yelped it, and decided to try it. I ordered a large pepperoni and medium all meat. The pizzas were larger than what you would get at Roundtable or Pizza Hut. The pepperoni pizza could have used a few more slices of pepperoni, but the all meat pizza was great! We also ordered a Caprese and house salad which were plentiful and good. I would recommend Fratelli's if you want good New York Style pizza. read more

Weird place! Their pizza is ok. NOT NY pizza but the closest you'll find out here (not sure why they don't just call it Georgia pizza). In any event, they have a tendency to become quickly overwhelmed when they're busy. I've ordered online multiple times to only have the order cancelled after the fact citing "being busy" as an excuse. It's frustrating when you've already been waiting awhile before they cancel it. Also, I have waited considerable amount of time even when I order at the restaurant. The to-go person always seems like they don't know what's going on. Word of advice, find a more efficient way to handle heavy traffic because you are actually losing business because of it. Oh and... clean up in there!! read more

We came here for my birthday a couple of months ago after finding out that another local Italian restaurant that was our original plan was closed for the day. They weren't busy when we arrived, but I don't think they were staffed for the rush that was created by the other restaurant being closed. We started off with cheesy garlic bread that was pretty good and some basic salads. But then my pasta dish came out but Josh's pizza did not. The waitress checked on us once, and he inquired about the pizza. She then came back to let us know it was coming. By that time, Josh didn't want it anymore and I was almost done eating my pasta dish (which was fairly mediocre). Found this place on Yelp, and I'm glad I did! Sometimes I get a hankering for some 'za, but don't want an entire pie. I also want a nice variety of toppings. Fratelli's gives me both! Nice local pizzera I didn't sit and eat I got my food to go. I got the fried ravioli the cheesy garlic knots, the 14 inch buffalo chicken pizza and the spicy fried fish Poboy. The service was pretty fast it was ready to go by the time I got there from Decatur. The fried ravioli was OK. I didn't really have too much flavor to it. It came with marinara sauce so that added a little bit of flavor. It wasn't too bad The end was kinda crispy while the middle was soft, so it was kind of difficult to chew the ends. The cheesy garlic knots were pretty OK as well. The pizza didn't taste too bad not really what I was expecting, but it tasted OK taste like buffalo chicken. It wasn't too spicy the fry fish. Poboy was a little disappointing, the fish wasn't as crispy as I would like and the creamy, Cajun aïoli sauce was so watery. I hate giving bad reviews, but what I hate even more is horrible customer service. It's sad when a waitress can't multi task or evenly distribute their time between tables. We spent almost 2 hours in Fratelli's with water that was never refilled, had to wait 30 minutes each time we requested anything (straws, bread, check, to go containers). I mean it was ridiculous. I actually ordered the Salmon Michelle and a pepperoni large pizza for the kids. But they brought the Salmon out with fettuccine instead of mashed potatoes. At that point I'd already waited forever on it and I knew it would be another eternity so I just cancelled it and had a slice of the pizza. The pizza was good. Large slices but nothing special if you'd had real pizza. It was like a slice at Johnny's pizza. I tasted the Salmon that hubby ordered and it was cooked nicely with jumbo shrimp and some smaller pieces as well. The sauce was more like an Alfredo with spinach so it wasn't bad. Garlic knots were buttery and warm, but hard on the bottom. Like they needed a little less time in the oven. If you're dining in note...the service ruined the entire experience for me. I mean to the point that I wouldn't return. Not all factors are the servers fault...I get it. But have enough decency to apologize to paying customers that have been more than patient and nice. Ordered pizza to go, upon arriving they upcharged for a larger size being that it's not available in small even though it's on the menu. I saw a coupon for free garlic knots with Togo orders, so I ordered the knots. The owners say the knot deal was discontinued for years even though it's available on their yelp page, so I canceled the knots. Time goes by and I ask about the pizza I'm told it's been canceled. I go back to my car, an employee tells me that it's ready and to try it. At this point I'm frustrated, I pay for the Pizza and leave. Kimberly made some kind of comment when I looked at the pizza but I left it alone. Ok could have been a bad night, but the pizza was pretty good, not gonna lie. I enjoyed the margarita pizza even though it was almost 20$ I'm glad I tried it. My advice would just be to delete the coupons on your yelp page or honor them. I wanna come back but my first experience wasn't the greatest, the pizza is good though so we'll see. Also update the pictures of the menu to your new prices. read more

Casual Five stars on the food. We ordered curb side pickup and it was a little chaotic as to be expected in uncertain times. Thankful for all of our restaurants being open. Unlike a few other local Italian restaurants near-by the food is well cooked and not greasy. Their assorted cheese sticks are creative, and they have a great anit-pasta. Went for a quick lunch special as I was running errands and ordered the 1 slice 1 topping pizza and caesarvsalad. I called ahead and was told 15 minutes for readiness. I waited about 15-20 minutes before going in and it was not ready. I went to the bar for pickup, and the person that was supposed to be prepping it was at the bar with friends looking at the game. Apparently, it was ready because all he did was go to the back, prep it, and walah....it was ready! Because I had time constraints, I did ask how long AND advised them of that. Trust...would not have stopped if I timing was og9nnna be an issue. The food is 100% great...however the pepperoni has a bot of a bite to it in spicy. Unfortunately, I can not order that again due to severe heartburn...but again....it is good. Customer service needs improvement.
