The pizza here is awesome. I'll preface by saying that. However, the waitstaff was completely inattentive to us. I had to get up twice-once for a refill, and once to get our check. It also took us an hour and a half to get a pizza on a Friday night at 8:30--and the room was half full. There was no one that we could see who was waiting for take out. We paid $31 for a large plain pizza, large Caesar salad, jekyll island beer, and a fountain drink. So not bad. Not all the staff is bad, but ours was awful. read more

Well worth the drive down through Stone Mountain and Snellville. The owner Danny is a real classy guy that serves up some of the best Italian food I have had since leaving the NYC area some years ago. I had the Shrimp Fra Diavolo entree, which was prepared to spicey perfection and the crisp and tasty Fried Ravioli appetizer. The subtle tastes and aromas take me back to the memories of amazing food, not over presented or overpriced, but exceptional in quality. I believe who I assume was the manager walked by our table in passing saying "everything okay" in a hurry without even waiting for a response. So we wanted something fast while we were grocery shopping so we ordered online. We wanted some pizza from a "mom & pop" type of place. We chose this place bc of the reviews. They sent us an email stating that our food would done at a certain time. We get here 15 mins before the time that it was due and sit in the parking lot waiting for the food to be ready. Fratelli's is a nice neighborhood Italian restaurant, you can tell its family owned. The service is always very nice. I'm not a big fan of the pizza, it's ok but my husband prefers it over commercial pizza restaurants. I love the fettuccine and lemon pepper chicken, the wings are pretty big and it's kind of scary so I only eat them every once in a while. So when we go here it's not just about the pizza, it's everything else too plus the service. read more

Will not be going back. We recently moved to the area and were hopeful that Fratelli's would be our new go to spot. I went online and ordered off their menu on their website for pickup. We ordered 3 pasta dishes and 2 orders of wings. The address on their website was wrong (old address from several years ago apparently). Had to go past the location by several miles in heavy traffic. Wasted 20 minutes circling back to the new location. When I got there I did not even get an apology from the staff member who helped me. By the time i got home the food was ice cold and they forgot to include the ranch/blue cheese dips. The lemon pepper wings were so over salted that they were virtually inedible. Decided to try this place with the family since Enzo's was shut down. I had several problems with Enzo's customer service and the food being okay at best, but felt with new management, this location deserved a chance. I've gotta say they don't fail to impress, it was a fantastic experience. The employees were constantly on top of our needs, very friendly, and the food was amazing. We were even given free garlic rolls since our bruschetta was taking a bit longer to make. I definitely plan to tell my friends and go back for more! read more

Stopped in on Sunday for takeout - had a large cheese and one of the specialty pies plus a pasta dish... Very pleasing. The pizzas are extra large which is great for my big family. My children say it's the best pizza they've ever had and were "fighting" over the leftovers the next day. read more

Cool family run NY pizza joint. I ordered a slice and the red clams over linguine to go. The owner gave me garlic knots or they come with pasta dishes, either way cool =) The pasta was too light on the sauce so dipping the bread was impossible. Unlike i've ever had, the clams were actually in the shell and tasted fresh, but you have to scrape the clams out yourself. I'm used to a sauce with chopped clams and more spice, but this version was unique. It had chunks of mild garlic and the flavor was simple and good, just needed more sauce. I was surprised that a $12 pasta dish doesn't come with a side salad like most Italian restaurants. I wish they had pictures of all the pasta dishes to save any surprises. We've been here a few times and never had issues with menu confusion as some recent Yelpers mentioned. Glad of that. We've been here for lunch, took home some take-out, and came back for the Sunday brunch buffet. Food has always been hot. Not over-salted (as is my usual complaint), prices are reasonable, and the wait staff is awesome. I love that they don't add jalapeno to their ranch dressing (some places do amazingly enough). Seating hasn't been an issue. The owner speaks to us when we come in or are leaving, depending on how busy he is. Very nice people. Love that marinara is used in the spaghetti and not the customary tomato sauce. The garlic knots are yummy. Pizza is above and beyond what I expected. Flavorful - love the cheese. A garlic lover's paradise with copious amounts of butter. Sublime. I hope this eatery does well at this location. The name of the pizza place next door escapes me just now but I would only suggest that Fratelli's do something to the outside of their building as to over shadow that next door pizza place. And to erase whatever bad memories people have of what this location used to be - Enzo's I think I've heard, or maybe it was Hooter's, Not sure but some changes to the outside may be something to consider. I went to Little Caesars (I know I know) and LUCKILY they messed up my order so I yelped this place and I ordered the half Meatlovers half Fratelli's pizza, BBQ pizza, half lemon pepper and half Thai sweet and spicy wings, and garlic knots. Not a great location, it's a bit hidden and the trim from 78 comes up quickly. The place looks clean, it's quiet, not loud. The hostess was very polite but it took a while for the server to come to our table. Decor is lacking. The grape pergola is meh. Now to the food...the zucchini sticks were delicious. The garlic rolls not s'much. They were a bit hard/dry, some undercooked. The food took a bit to be served. They are in a new location now and I started going back and giving them my business, first few times things were great food was good and so was the service. How ever that was short lived. The owner is a jerk! I have watched how he interact with his customers and he picks and chooses who gets great customer service who gets average service and who gets poor service. I Ordered a piZza by phone but when I picked it up it was not made right. I asked for a refund he gave it to me but without sarcasm and subtle comments. If I was any of or looked like the customers he chooses to give great customer service to, that pizza would have been unacceptable. I'm convinced that this man is racist! Then our waiter, who was nowhere to be found, finally shows up 30 minutes later with the pizza. We asked for a "to go" box. The manager did apologize and provided a free dessert. We're originally from Pa. and this is definitely the best pizza we've had in Georgia. It is most like what we get when we visit up north. Today we tried the Fratelli's Favorite: pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, green peppers, mushrooms, onions, and garlic, Sicilian style. It was perfect! Try the Garlic Knots also, so good.
