It is located on East Colonial Drive right by the intersection of East Colonial Drive and Alafaya Trail, next to the Big Lots in a pretty remote and deserted looking strip mall. I would have to say that the demographic that they play to the most is the UCF students. Though pizza is kind of a universal thing, people of all ages love it. I stumbled upon Fratellos because I had a dash order from there. The female staff was extremely nice to me and helped me find the place due to door dash's gosh was totally wrong. I am from the north east and very anal when about my pizza. The staff said this place is good and I promised I would try. Forgive the pics, we started eating before I could take a pic. Overall the food was good unfortunately it was cold. The pizza did remind me of home in the northeast, it was cooked perfectly, but it seemed like it was sitting and wasn't made fresh for our order. The chicken wings were flavored well, but cold and fried or baked to hard. Again, I say, it was still good but could've been excellent if it was hot. I' was told about this place by a guy at the auto repair shop. I read the reviews and was a little hesitant on trying because of the mixed reviews however I tried it and the pizza was actually pretty good to my standards at least. I'm no pizza expert but became accustomed to the flavor of pizza I used to eat in NY and this came as close as I have been able to find in Orlando since my previous favorite place was little Anthony's and they sold. Long wait but happy ending! Tried for the first time tonight and placed an online order. It said it would be ready in about 20-30min. When I went to pick up my food they were super busy and a large group of customers was seated inside the restaurant. I waited inside the restaurant for at least 35 minutes past the end of my pickup window... I'm pretty sure they forgot about my order but they were super busy. The lady was extremely kind and apologized several times for the delay in getting me my order. She gave me a free soda for my wait. Still though, after a very long wait I finally got my takeout order. When I got home and tasted the first bite, it was absolutely fabulous!! Both the pizza and the garlic knots were delicious and well-made. It honestly made the wait feel worth it. I think tonight I just got unlucky and happened to place my online order at the same time a group of around 15-20 kids walked in to sit down and eat. Ordered for delivery this evening. Took 50 minutes to be delivered which was in the time frame they gave us. Pepperoni pizza, crust was nice and a very good pizza. Got the hand toast crust. Chicken Alfredo pizza, 1st time we tried this one. We added mushrooms to it. Have to admit the pizza was pretty good. Wings we order hot and wet, well they consider wet was hot sauce in a cup. This place it's kind of hidden right next to big lots and to my surprise the pizza was actually really good. I had the special two slices of cheese pizza and a can of Coke for $5.95. Reasonable prices and a very clean spot. Quick service. The gentlemen there was very kind. I have to say if you shopping at big lots and crave pizza stop by. I came here because of the few good reviews I read but I have to say after tasting their pizza and garlic knots the pizza isn't good at all. The sauce they use tastes like Ragu spaghetti sauce. I wouldn't be surprised if the sauce isn't fresh at all. The garlic knots were rolled like if they were cinnamon rolls not knots so I thought that was different but they weren't anything special that would even make me want to come back to even at least order garlic knots. As well there is a lady "worker" who was there that seemed like she didn't even want to be there. Not very welcoming to customers. Definitely won't be back to this place again. read more

Good Pizza! We have been here a few times and are always pleased with the pizza. The location is small but does have a few tables to dine in. It's located in a well lit area near a Big Lots and another pizza restaurant (unfortunately). If your looking for simple, good ingredients, non greasy pizza...Fratellos UCF is the place. They have done away with their specials, which the jury is still out on that decision...but maybe they will realize the specials worked well in the area. My wife and I were on this side of town to try out Lucky's on a recommendation. This coupled with our lack of excitement for the store lead to a costly drive. As we were very hungry, and my wife was becoming pregnant hungry, I pulled in to this place as the sign advertised "READY" slices. I spent half of my teen and twenties flipping pies, and I understand that ready typically means that a precooked slice needs to go in the oven to get warmed up...I do not expect it to take over 15 minutes for a pre cooked and re heated slice. When I checked out, I was told it would be about five minutes....it ended up taking about 15 for two slices and a soda. The slices were a mix between dominos and a gas station quality. The dough seemed fresh and the right thickness, but this was not NY pizza. It was OK, but it was not authentic NY or even great. Funny tidbit about the place. I needed a pen to sign the receipt. I was handed a pen (with another companies advertising) that had a four foot chain attached to it. It was comical as the girl kept pulling up the chain from under the counter. She claimed it was because the drivers stole the pens...whIch I get...but come on! I'll pass this place next time and try somewhere else. read more

I LOVE THEIR PIZZA!!! I however, don't love their service. The young man rang in my order wrong, claimed to have repeated it twice... he did once and had it right at the time. Not only that but my food came up as far more than we calculated. Our medium pizza was large and one of our large pizzas was extra-large. We paid just under $40 for 3 pizzas... OUTRAGEOUS! When we asked for the mistake to be corrected, the young man wanted to argue over whether or not it was correct. We pointed out the mistake to the gentleman who brought us our pizza, he was willing to fix the issue, the young man taking orders felt the need to argue with the words "Excuse me but I took the order and you asked for that pizza extra large and I repeated the order back to you twice." I have NEVER been so flabbergasted as to how I've been treated at an establishment in my life. As much as I love the pizza, I don't appreciate how I was treated and quite simply I won't be back. They did a beautiful job on their interior remodel and the place looks much better than it did, the new employees with the remodel leave a lot to be desired. I was drawn in by the aroma alone as I was out and about in the area. I got a lunch special (two plain slices and a drink) as well as the garlic knots covered with mozzarella. Both were exactly what I expected and the marinara with the knots was awesome. Definitely ask for extra! I visited again, this time ordering a pie to go, when I got home it looked a bit like the stuff you get from most chains (the puffy bread like crust). Needless to say I was a bit disappointed but it could have been due to the way I ordered. I am a loyal customer, Sunday I had ordered an extra side of fries and okay that is fine I did not get them, I call said I can get them whenever so my co worker today decides to order food so I thought it would be fine to get my order of fries, while i am on the phone with you guys i decide to also order food before I could even finish my order a gentleman on the phone does not let me finish speaking and said that it's a 10.00 minimum but he was super rude on the phone then when I get my fries the box is almost empty with maybe a total of 10 fries this was just the worse experience ive ever had and this is a place that I always order food from. I haven't eaten here (or had take-out) in at least 8 years. Pizza (Fratello's Special) is still pretty good. I think I would have liked it better with thin crust but since I wasn't the person ordering (or paying), I went with it. Delivery on a weekday (Wednesday) took about an hour; called at 8:30pm and delivery address was 3 miles from the restaurant. Pizza arrived decently warm. I am writing about the food. The PIzza is great and My wife orders there 98% of the time. The pizza is always the same and we have never been disappointed like we have been with other pizza restaurants. I'm originally from N.Y. and New Yorkers are serious about their pizza.
