The strut cane down on the axle shaft and ruined the axel shaft.

The upper control arms were installed per the employees at your company and has nothing at all to do with a lower ball joint. I would not have installed these aftermarket parts, but your team said I needed them to get the alignment correct. This car has never been in an accident. It has only had one door ding as I take care and park as far away as I can. You should do a better job with your visual inspection especially when a customer says that there is a handling issue. I let your employees know that the car felt like I was driving on ice. The ball joint ruined the lower control arm due to the nut missing or that was lose and created the cone shape in the lower control arm to become large due to the ball joint nut being either loose or missing its nut and allowing the ball joint stud to move up and down If your guys would have told me that they don't test for loose suspension parts I woujd have gone to another shop that takes the time to look for safety related issues. Shame on you for not doing this. This could have led to my or other people dying if this had happened at a high speed. Therefore, I wonder if your alignment equipment is calibrated correctly. This car is stock except for the aftermarket upper control arms. It has been aligned at other shops and the camber has not been out of spec. Camber, as you know, on this car is not adjustable in stock form and since I have had this car aligned at multiple other shops over the 20+ years and never have had camber that was incorrect I tend to think that your alignment equipment may need to be calibrated. I take the car in every six to 12 months for an alignment and camber has always been within spec. If you want a shop that only aligns the car this is a good shop to go to, but I am not impressed that the team doesn't look for worn parts.

Recently installed some coilovers and was overdue on a much needed alignment. Also had been hearing some clunking in the rear and wasn't sure where it came from. I reached out to Fremont Alignment and was helped by Michael and the team. The entire process was quick and easy with the alignment done in about 30 minutes. They also addressed the clunking issue! Would highly recommend coming here for an alignment to anyone. BMW G87 M2

Brought my lifted honda Pilot in to get an alignment. Took about 30 minutes, well priced, and they started work right on time when my appointment started. Overall I was very pleased with the experience. 2 days after the alignment, my car started making a squeaking noise above the driver side front wheel. Since it was the weekend I waited until the following Monday to call the shop. They told me to bring the car in to check out and confirmed it was making a noise. 15 minutes later they fixed the issue and said there was a loose bolt which could have happened from them. I appreciated their honesty and owning up to their possible mistake. Really reassuring this shop does things right and honest work. Will def be coming back for any alignment work i need. read more

First time here but definitely won't be my last. All the 5 Star reviews don't lie, this place is the best. Came here early Saturday morning. Got my car on the left and corrected my alignment in less than 20 minutes. Fast service great price, only paid $89.99 and did a really thorough job of explaining what was wrong and why the alignment was so off. Honest and fair all around. Great shop. Purchased new tires for my Honda at a spot that doesn't do alignments. I know I've kissed a curb or two since my last alignment, so wanted to get one done as soon as possible. Lots of coupons floating around but the reviews for those places are mixed. So looked for a better alternative and found Fremont Alignment. I don't know what else they do (they share a garage with BNP Foreign Auto), but they do 4 wheel alignment using the Hunter HawkEye Elite system that seems to be state of the art. And fast!!! I had a 4pm appt, went in at 4:01 and was back on the road at 4:15. And their price was lower than the 'discount with a coupon' places I was considering. They have a 6 month warranty, but assuming I don't kiss any new curbs, I expect I'll be good to go until my next set of tires. read more

2011 BMW 335i - Alignment Adjustment w/ (Luis) Once I arrived to the shop I was approached by Luis, extremely professional and welcoming. Before anything he asked what problems I had with my car. With no hesitation he answered with alternative solutions and possibilities based off my description. My cars steering wheel wasn't straight where I need to turn more left to straighten out, but also pulls to the right whenever I let go of the wheel. My car is low. Without having to say anything Luis handled my car with care. All around he was very observant and careful with my car. Great attitude with genuine mastery and confidence in what he was doing. In roughly 30 minutes my car alignment was done with a exact report of the initial problem followed by what was fixed for my exact situation. Within the first 5 minutes working on my car, Luis displayed technical precession, specific procedure, but most importantly ensured my trust knowing that my family/friends will be taken care of. The finalization was driving afterwards. I was so glad my steering wheel was finally straight and the drive was so smooth. Luis mentioned that if the pulling is still there it's the front tires because the alignment was corrected. Great place, thanks again Luis. read more

Lowered my Tesla Model 3 Performance with Eibach springs and needed an alignment afterwards. These guys know what they're doing and their lift is lowered-car friendly. ***My original review got flagged for some reason, so reposting*** I brought my 4runner in on 2/5 for a front-wheel alignment after I installed new suspension, and they were able to correct the camber and toe. However, I did some repair work under the car earlier this week and noticed the driver's side steering rack boot twisted up and cracked. I highly doubt regular driving would have caused this and a bit surprised since they have a lot of satisfied customers (me previously being one of them), so maybe I'm just an exception. Now I have to spend a weekend replacing the boot and getting another wheel alignment. read more

I did some front end work on my 03 Tacoma, tie rods ball joints etc, and the front end was out of alignment a good bit. I took it here hoping they could help me out. I can highly recommend Fremont Alignment! Made an appointment through Yelp. I got a response from Michael within minutes (even before opening hours) and was able to schedule an appointment same day. Next day driving to work I noticed that the alignment was better but the steering was slightly off center. But that was no issue, I was able to come by again and they fixed it within minutes. Most people don't really think about wheel alignment for their cars, they usually only think about it when they are being upsold something at a national tire place, usually offering "lifetime alignment" if you buy the tires from them. Those places are usually NOT using Hunter Hawkeye machines. Took our van here and will be bringing my other car in here too, which is lowered with aftermarket suspension. Super friendly and professional service, responsive via yelp chat. Was able to get an appointment for the same day, in and out quickly. read more

Brought Alexis (a Lexus) in for an alignment. At first I was a little annoyed that no one manned their counter. I waited no more than 5 minutes for a tech to check me in tho lol. I came in on a Saturday early morning and noticed two techs. They took turns aligning the cars they pull in and test drove the vehicles after. That is the reason why no one was there to greet my highness when I arrived. Lol. But for reals though, you'll probably experience this cruelty if no one is there to welcome you in lol. Oh and I forgot to mention that Alexis is now aligned and no more weird rumbling while driving the freeway. read more

Alignments are easy to do with the right equipment. Automatic 3 stars. This is a 5 star establishment because they finished my alignment in 20 minutes to spec, priced at $60, AND provided excellent customer service. All the workers are pretty soft spoken but they did their best to make sure I got in and out as quick as possible. One guy ran my credit card while another went over my suspension adjustments. I really appreciate the attentiveness and efficiency. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again. read more

Unfortunately that crack probably grew over the week I was gone, and it was large enough that I needed a windshield replacement. I started through GEICO, and was quoted $669 through Safelite. However, online research told me that safelite uses an aftermarket glass that isn't as good as OEM. Because of that I decided to search on yelp and I found KV Auto Glass. I reached out on a Sunday (when they are closed) asking about OEM glass and heard back Monday morning. Because I was using insurance, they requested me to go through GEICO to send the work order. The claim work is still processed by satelite but once it was approved, it was smooth sailing. I did get a bit nervous because it seemed like the crack kept growing, but whoever is in charge of KV auto glass yelp page responded and provided reassurance to me that my windshield wouldn't shatter even if the glass grew. Once the claim was approved, I made an appointment for Thursday and showed up at their location. Process took about 45 min to an hour and they even tucked in the wiring for my dashcam (which I sloppily did myself when I first put that in)! Really appreciate it! Overall very smooth process and really nice people! Would definitely recommend. I paid out my deductible and was on my way.

When I pointed out the damage, he was dismissive, and after a frustrating argument, he finally admitted they were responsible. He promised to get a paint patching kit and call me, but that never happened. To make matters worse, he charged me for cleaning up the broken glass, yet I can still hear pieces rolling around inside my doors whenever I drive or open and close them.

Tried calling back today to get it re-aligned. I scheduled an appointment for 4. 4:30, no one. I called them back and they said the technician called me. He didn't. They said he texted me. He didn't. I asked for a refund on the install so I could pay someone else to fix it (I'll pay for the glass) and was told they won't do refunds. Then I was told it's my fault for missing the appointment because I couldn't schedule the next day. So I gave up. If you want your windows done right, maybe call someone else.

After struggling with alignment issues for quite some time, I visited several other alignment shops in SF Bay Area, but none of them could accurately diagnose or fix the problem. However, from the moment I stepped into Fremont Alignment, I knew I was in capable hands. Their team of skilled technicians meticulously examined my vehicle. While I was an early-morning walk-in, not only did Fremont Alignment identify the problem, but they also swiftly and efficiently resolved it. Their attention to detail (making sure your steering wheel is level within an acceptable tolerance level) and commitment to excellence truly impressed me. The staff at Fremont Alignment is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They took the time to explain the diagnosis and repair process in a way that was easy to understand, which I greatly appreciated. There are chain shops in the area that promise "lifetime" alignments. In my experience, they hold their lifetime guarantee, but none of it matters if they get your alignment wrong every time. An honesty business is rare to find nowadays and the owner Michael is one. My van just had rotation/balance done a couple weeks ago at Costco but vibrate a lot when cruising above 40-50 miles. I thought we might need an alignment. Booked an appointment with Fremont Alignment. Michael is precisely very honest with us saying that it could be a balance issue. After the alignment, Michael found our van is definitely out of alignment and he corrected the alignment issue for us. The whole process in and out was less then 30 minutes(just like he told us before hand). The vibration is better but still there. Will see if Costco can do their balance job better this time. Michael is amazing! My first wheel alignment experience with Michael was so fast and efficient that it was over before I realized it. A couple of months later, my car got into an accident, and after repairs, I thought I'd bring the car back in for a re-alignment. Michael did the same thorough check as the first time, then declared the wheels are still aligned. I was ready to pay, thinking that Michael had already done all the work, but he waved me off and did not want to charge me a cent! I was glad that he was willing to accept a small tip before I left. Owner Michael at Fremont Alignment is as good as it gets with a specialty mechanic/shop! Brought my 2015 F150 4WD here just after installing fresh leveling struts/shocks, and new wheels & tires. He quickly dialed in the factory alignment specs, and my truck was ready in less than a half hour! Michael is an outstanding craftsman. this guy aligned my GMC Sierra in Mar 2015, and still stands by that alignment today Aug 2015. he checked the alignment for free, and confirmed it's still good. i tried to tip him, but he declined. this dude is humble, honest, and somewhat of a perfectionist. please use him if ever you need to have an alignment. i will go only to Michael wherever he is in the Bay Area. read more

I read the reviews and decided to take my car in for an alignment.
