In each bite there seemed to be a symphony of flavors that I couldn't really name, but that had me wanting more after I finished it. It was the most exotic tasting burger I've ever had, yet at the same time, it had all of the fixings of a traditional burger. We found it to be an absolute delight. While the restaurant appeared to be unstaffed when we entered and nobody came out to serve us until we were just about to turn around and walk out, we observed that the young man who came out had gloves on and he was probably in the back doing some sort of food prep, so the delay was reasonable. He swiftly and politely greeted us upon sight, and answered our questions about the menu. I appreciated his hospitable demeanor and the food was amazing!
