I ended up using their Lomo to make the charcuterie "roses," along with chorizo, black truffle salami, Sierra Nevada Smokehouse cheese, Manchego, another cheese, olives, dried apricots, and fresh baguettes. I added a few nuts and chocolate-covered almonds I already had at home, and that was really all I needed. Everything looked beautiful together and, more importantly, tasted amazing. The black truffle salami was especially popular with our guests. I also loved that I was able to get almost everything I needed for the boards in one place. If you're putting together your own charcuterie board for a party or event, I definitely recommend stopping in and asking the staff for suggestions. And if you don't want to make your own, their ready-to-order boards are beautiful too. I just wanted an excuse to finally use mine!
