She did try to upsell due to the fact that I was drooling and already indecisive over what I saw. I choose the raspberry cheesecake muffin and the mini cheesecake mud pie. The muffin was really good. I was a bit disappointed that the Cheesecake was only on that little portion of the muffin top instead of also within the muffin, it was chocolate oh & moist. The muffin was huge and cost $3.95. The mini cheesecake cost $4.95. It was rich in chocolate. Now this was perfection; it hit the spot. If ever I come through this terminal again, I'd definitely come back. I just wouldn't get the cheesecake muffin.

Methinks not,,,the rip off of $5, despite all the pretty pretty box, bag, piping, etc Quality of the cupcake batter is very pedestrian. As someone else pointed out, no flavor to the frostings either. i actually took a fork and scraped over 80% of it off....not a good overall texture or flavor. On the tongue, was even a bit gummy! Who likes that!? Cake batter: not moist enough, and def not big enough for the price tag. RV was an off putting "non fresh" dyed color. No thank you. This 8 month old cupcake spot at the JFK just doesn't have the wow factor for me.

Whether one is looking to satisfy a sweet craving or get an edible gift for someone while in transit, this location at JFK's Terminal 5 is a good option for all of the above, It honestly feels like any location of BBM, all with the minimalist decor and constant bustle of in/out traffic of folks ordering these minis for takeout. While I have been told the cupcakes are baked offsite and brought here, I'm under the impression / understanding that they're replenished several times daily. This makes sense, seeing as I've never come here and not found anything I've wanted. The cupcakes are just like what one would find in Manhattan, albeit slightly more expensive. The red velvet, dye are still the ones to get but the rest of their sweets are definitely worth checking out. They're available as singles, 6 packs, and ever-indulgent 25 pack. I tend to get the latter as gifts for friends, especially non-New Yorkers, who always come away impressed.

They're tiny, even smaller than the mini muffin bites you might get from Little Debbie, but I actually enjoyed them. I didn't pay for them myself, so I can't really comment on the value, but I was told the person who brought them picked them up all the way in Queens. I'm assuming they came from one of the company's Queens locations. What I liked most is that they're bite-sized. They make for a nice little treat, especially for someone who's trying to watch their portions. Eating one or two doesn't feel like a major indulgence, and you still get the best part of a cupcake in a few bites. My only complaint is that they were a little too sugary for my taste. Still, I thought they were pretty good overall. If you're looking for a small dessert that satisfies a sweet tooth without committing to a full-sized cupcake, these are worth trying.

People are coming and going very quickly and three of the staff members were just standing around shooting the sh**. I eventually went up to the counter to ask that my sandwich to be expedited because I need to go catch my flight and slowly, but surely she grabbed it out of the showcase warmed it up and handed it to me. In summary if you're actually taking the time to read a review at the airport if you're needing to move quickly, I would not recommend ordering from them.

You can order from either and it cut's down on the wait if you go to one of the screens. While the prices were insane, we are in an airport so it's somewhat expected (but still not appreciated). We spent almost $50 on breakfast sandwiches and coffee. It did take a while for the sandwich, but I will say that it was really good. It was also huge which isn't what I'm normally looking for at breakfast time but I was about to board a 6hr flight. Honestly they should sell a half sandwich for a more reasonable price. Most people could split one and be happy.

There is a variety including both classics, but also things I have only seen here. The apple pie is just perfect, apples layered with cinnamon and a flaky crust. The Salted Butterscotch Blondie was incredible. I have had their Bacon, egg, and cheese on a biscuit and it was excellent. The biscuit was flaky and is just as good as the ones I've had in South Carolina. I also really like their smoked salmon on an everything bagel croissant sandwich. The service is amazing. They are kind, helpful, and it has a very homey vibe. Paying with Venmo is different, but not a big deal, and by the second time I went there, it was just second nature. Everything on the menu sounded amazing and I decided to get the BLT on Focaccia. I was disappointed with the sandwich. For the price I was expecting a large, lush, fresh sandwich but instead it was the opposite. The bread was hard and not as soft and chewy like it should be. The bacon came straight from a container; wasn't heated up, just added cold to the sandwich and all the arugula leaves had tiny holes, which didnt make me confident it was stored safely or even cleaned properly; i took it off before eating the sandwich, which tasted very basic. I would definitely try something else to see if it's any better but I was disappointed with the product i received compared to the price.
