A cozy little French pastry shop that I stopped at for breakfast, the pastries look divine, but because I was there for breakfast, I decided to have a croissant. It was OK a little gooey on the inside, which I am not a fan of but because of its size, I just ate the outside. The coffee was excellent. Service was quick, efficient and friendly.

The torte Milanese was amazing. Delish layers of egg, spinach, ham and cheese...all in a pastry crust. Cute, rustic flavor for interior decorations. Attached to the La Fonda hotel. Great for a quick lunch!

Fun little afternoon treat! My husband and I both had a cappuccino! He got the Montmarte and I got the St Michel. My in-laws shared a Napoleon and each got a chai latte. Service was quick but we didn't feel rushed. Nice place to visit in the afternoon!

Being from Europe, pastries for me are a must and mainly I appreciate when I find a shop who can craft a good pastry without all the excessive sugar. The napoleon was perfect. Crispy layers of phyllo with a subtle vanilla custard cream.. yummy! Don't worry about manners and just bite into it, a fork will not do it any justice lol The black Forrest cake was also very well made. A little on the sweeter side for my taste but with the addition of the cherries inside it made for a delicious dessert. The place was packed so we took these to go, grabbed a few utensils and sat at a nearby park to enjoy them. They also serve coffee and other savory treats for your delight whether is morning breakfast hours or an afternoon sweet treats.

Starting the morning off right! We came in on a Sunday at around 10:45AM. Located right in Santa Fe plaza, the place was bustling, but we were lucky enough to get the last table. Alternatively, you can order pastries and coffee to go. The shop itself is cozy and has antique-like decorations. The staff was very friendly. We ordered the savory chicken mushroom spinach crepe and the roast beef sandwich on a baguette, along with a latte and a mocha. The coffee was your typical latte and mocha, and I enjoyed it. The baguette sandwich is also your typical sandwich, although I did enjoy the freshness and softness of the bread. But what I LOVE was the crepe! Folded like a manila envelope, the bechemel sauce paired SO WELL with the chicken mushroom and spinach. Each bite was so satisfying. From the menu items we ordered specifically, this is a satisfactory cafe which will definitely fill you up for the rest of the day. I will say -- the pastries looked absolutely phenomenal, and I would definitely order that next time to satisfy my sweet tooth. Reliable pastry shop in a fantastic location -- worth the experience!

We loved the savory items here, both the French Grilled Cheese and the savory cheese and bacon crepe were fantastic. However, the Black Forest cake was a let down, not enough cherries, hardly any, tasted more like a chocolate and cream cake.

We bumped into thjs super cute French café after we were walking around, checking out all the sites and it started pouring. We walked in, got a table and decided to stick around and drink some coffee and try their delicious desserts. We got the moose chocolate cake. It was moist. It wasn't too rich and it hit the spot. Would definitely check it out again the next time we are in Santa Fe.

Brings me back to my time in Europe. After a good meal we'd end up at one of the local cafés for dessert and coffee. Of course those cafés didn't have a 100 year history. This café is dimly lit, antique chairs, tables & benches and a well used hearth. The pastries are much fresher. It was late in the day, not much left in the case. But enough for us. It was their Opera (layers of mocha coffee, chocolate & sponge cake) a nice low level of sweetness & moist. Chai Tea - smooth & not overly sweet and a mocha once again not too sweet. Service was meh, but dessert was good.

So we came back another day for breakfast, and loved it even more! My Nutella banana crepe was incredible. And the quiche Lorraine was best I've had. Delicious chai latte too. Our waitress was great. The inside is so cozy and old school decorated. It's just quite expensive for breakfast. But that's Santa Fe in general.

We sat and had a cafe au lait and a croque madame. It was DELISH!!! I will be back to try the crepes next. I loved it here!!

This is a cute shop with lots of little tables. The service was fast and pleasant. They offer sweet and savory crepes, as well as hot and cold sandwiches. And of course, they have a great selection of bakery items. This shop is very easy to find as it's within eyesight of the Plaza. A good place for a light bite.

Great place to make a pit stop while shopping around. I highly recommend the croque madame, quiche and the French union soup. But as always we ordered way too much!

The place is popular, especially given very high quality of pastry products and the line is often a bit long (given so many locals/tourists stop by this place)...and simply..the place is one of the best pastry shops in Santa Fe. Parking is a little limited in their own parking lot and the shop is sort of crowded, but you can always park on a street outside (albeit some small parking fees). Overall, I really enjoyed the pastries here...although I think the drink (I got matcha latte...true, true, matcha latte isn't much of a western drink..so maybe I'm wrong to judge a restaurant by this drink) wasn't so much of my highlights. I would, definitely recommend this place for pastries for sure though!

The interior is classy and very comfortable. We were seated at a nice comfy corner booth. The soft music in the background was soothing and just noticeable enough without being a distraction. We were served complimentary flutes of local sparking wine and a fresh baked bread basket and butter to start. We then ordered cocktails and three starters. First was a split plate of the endive smoked duck salad with a warm bacon vinegarette. Wow...this was nice and refreshing. This was followed by the crab dumplings with fresh corn and peas and lobster sauce. Delicious! The final small plate was seared foie gras on top of banana bread toast. This was very good. I miss foie gras. Unfortunately, it's banned in California. They had a 2023 Sea Smoke "Ten"Pi ot Noir on the wine list. This is one of the best Pinot Noirs produced in California and not easy to find. This was a no doubter and we ordered a bottle to pair with our entrees. My wife ordered their signature elk tenderloin for redemption because the restaurant the night before failed at executing this. I ordered the tomahawk pork chop. This was cooked to perfection with a nice thin crust on the outside and a perfect very light pink juicy center. We ordered a side of brocolini that was pan roasted with shallots and butter. Everything was very good and Michelin grade in our opinion. Lastly we ended the evening and split the tiramasu type of desert. My wife had the expresso martini and I had an 18 year old Glen Morangie scotch neat. The service was excellent and worth the splurge. This is a must when visiting Santa Fe.
