My husband's dish was equally disappointing and lacked any real flavor. Having lived in France, he commented that this was the worst French dining experience he has ever had. What made the evening even more frustrating was that we had recommended this restaurant to friends and were genuinely embarrassed by the experience. Based on the food quality, service execution, and overall dining experience, we cannot understand how this restaurant has earned such glowing reviews. They talk too much and don't serve food in a timely manner. To wait an hour and a half is ridiculous. In general, the food preparation is ok. Fresh, but ok. My suggestion would be to dress up the presentation more than just putting it on the plate - it's an art that makes good Sushi special, and this doesn't do it for me! While it's decent, for Montana, it's not west coast Sushi and service staff needs an overhaul. Less gossip, better staff service with attention to the customers order, more timely service, more accurate orders.
