Cute like shop. We were just looking for a basic breakfast..... a bagel or breakfast burrito. But most places have kaluha pork in everything. So we came here for a bagel, make sure you get an extra cream cheese. The blueberry scone was not good, I took a bite and tossed it. It tasted a lil too healthy for me, maybe wheat flour or maybe gluten free, not sure. We also got a chocolate chip cookie that was very good warmed up. Lots of random knickknacks and snacks

Very convenient location connected to the Hilton. Service - Very nice and helpful employees. Products - They have all the needed items from food, drinks, and also souvenirs. Prices - Vary fair and not over priced. Reason for low star review is that the cafe was closed and they didn't have food or coffee available.

Whew. Finally a place that was not an ABC store. Lots of prepared food like sandwiches, chicken and rice, salads, and baked goods. No lunch counter from that I could tell, they do have a coffee bar that serves beer and wine. It is attached to the Hilton Garden Inn lobby. There is a little seating area if you buy prepared food, or order beer/wine. We found several items half off. A 6" deli sub ($3.49), pint of fresh fruit ($1.99), slice of cake ($1.99), and medium salad ($3.49). All the employees were quite nice and helpful.

This cafe and market was connected to the Hilton Garden Inn which is where I stayed, so it was my breakfast spot all week (breakfast was included with my reservation). My breakfast was a choice of a drink from their two left menus (huge variety) and either a hot breakfast (wraps/burritos) or cold breakfast (yogurt, fruit, etc.). Every morning, I got an iced macadamia latte (my go-to in Hawaii) which came in a large size and a turkey bacon burrito which was the perfect size (smaller than most which was plenty for me) and super flavorful. The woman that was there every morning (I think her name was Rika) was super friendly and funny. The food/drink came out quick and I was able to sit at the tables in the market and enjoy my breakfast. The market itself, its like a mini supermarket with a huge ABC store influence (lots of souvenirs). There is a small hot food to-go area, I wish that was bigger and had more options. I would just go across the street to Mitsuwa to get a larger variety of to-go hot foods.

    Pineapple stuff!!!

I wanted to play tourist so bad that I actually wore a pineapple shirt and carried a big floppy Hawaiian print bag. All that was missing was the straw hat, the sandals with the socks and the white nose sunscreen. As I walked by this store, the pineapple tote bag and all-things-pineapple reeled me into the store, much to the delight of my husband who was on the verge of a massive kanak attack after eating at Duke's. He slumped off into the back of the store where there were lots of clean, modern looking chairs for their cafe area (completely empty). I want to give a huge kudo (kudos?) to the buyer of this store. The merchandise is a shopper's paradise! All manner of things can be found here: gifts, pineapple shark plushies, make up, lip balm, Hawaiian soaps infused with good-smelling fruits, snacks, candies, jewelry, foodstuff and even the cutest booze! I blame my husband for not purchasing anything because he was bored bored bored and ready to fall asleep. Next time I'm coming by myself.

I like this place. You can shop for good souvenirs and food. You can also get a beer, wine, and coffee at the Holoholo Cafe. Very good prices compared to San Francisco tourist trap stores.

Holoholo Cafe and Market is located on Kuhio Avenue. The store is within walking distance in the Diamond Head direction of Aqua Ohia Hotel and pass Marukame Udon. While my mom was in the hotel room I opted to go to the store to see what type of merchandises, snacks, or drinks that the establishment had to offer. I browsed through the clean store and walked towards the cafe section where I seen some available tables. I seen a sign with Bubbies mochi ice cream on top of the counter. I asked the male employee if they had any lychee mochi ice cream in stock and he said that they were out of it. I then explored the rest of the store and spotted the packaged beverages. I grabbed a bottle of Pepsi 20oz and Diet Pepsi 20oz. I took the two bottles up to the register to purchase. I waited a couple minutes since the female employee was helping another customer. The employee greeted me friendly when it came to my turn. I paid for my transaction and left the premises. Holoholo Cafe and Market sells alcohol as well as tobacco. Reminder a customer must be 21 years old with a valid identification card in order to purchase alcohol or tobacco.

    Take note happy hr hours.

Dropped by to grab coffee. The service was good and the coffee was good too. I was surprised that they had a bar there. And had happy hour.

Located in a hotel called The Romer on Nāhua Street in Waikiki off of Kuhio (closer to Ala Wai Canal) it is a smallish unpretentious looking building on Diamond Head side of Nahua. They have valet stand in front and validate parking for up to 3 hours. The valet wasn't very friendly when we walked towards him and usually they hold the door open but this one did not. We realize he's probably not part of Lei Stand staff but it doesn't make a good first impression. Walk into the lobby and directly to your left is the Lei Stand. It is brightly neon but dark if that makes sense, and very small. If you're a fan of when it used to be on Bethel St downtown then you'll be disappointed with this venue. No view to be had, dark drapes cover the windows (we were there at 6:00 pm) and no cute little lanai or garden. Tiny tables either high tops or rounds - maybe 10 total and a small bar. There was one tiny corner booth. The lost star was for this set up but also another lost star for NO MUSIC. Music is such an important part of a place especially a bar so we were disappointed and appalled there was only silence. Bartender said the music was "broken" so we turned on our phones to get something on our table. Then two girls brought in something to light the place up with some tunes so that helped. The final lost star was it is called The Lei Stand yet there wasn't a lei stand inside the place. When we asked the bartender where it was he didn't even know what a lei was. Then we explained to him and he said it is in the hotel lobby but you have to go to front desk to let them know you wish to purchase one. Another disappointment. Thank goodness I bought her a lei from downtown in case they didn't have any. The good stars ... Star 1 goes to the drink menu and how delicious they tasted. "Rub up on my belly" was beautifully prepared and so delicious I had to have another one lol I mean how could I refuse a second guava jam infused Tito's vodka??? Bartender prepared with cute little garnish and an ice stick to keep it cold! He was very nice and took good care of us. My friend opted for the "Clifton's Curse" - yes there's a back story to this drink- and enjoyed the cognac, absinthe, bitters and sherry concoction! Ono! Star 2 goes to the food or "nibbles" as they call it. Taro chips and crack dip were yum and a nice handful of chips not too much and not too little. Hurricane fries - to die for! Plenty of furikake, parmigiano reggiano and spicy aioli. The girls who brought our food were very nice and made sure we had what we needed to enjoy, bringing us waters too. They also had a smash burger for $25 but we had dinner rez later so didn't want to indulge but it looked good. It might be cute if you wanted to do a private party here and I noticed a room across with a beautiful large table set up for a private dinner - not sure if part of hotel or bar.
