During our conversation, we discovered that we're both originally from New York and both small business owners, which made for such a nice and unexpected connection. He was genuinely kind and welcoming, and interactions like that are one of the things I appreciate most about supporting local businesses. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere. The space was relaxed and quiet without feeling empty. There were people enjoying their food and drinks, working on their laptops, and simply settling in for a while.
