I've been a patient here for years. The wait is usually short, Melissa and Tara are the best! They are always so nice and answer all my questions and concerns. The dentists have worked really well with my kids as well. The ladies always remind me of my appointments and work with me if I need to make any changes. And they always let me know exactly what's covered and in case my insurance doesn't cover something, they give me great deals on services. I drive 40 minutes from my house to come here (and I can go to any dentist I choose) but it's worth it! They only accept my Anthem PPO plan. My job covers 100% of HMO but I choose to pay a premium for the PPO plan just so I can get to come to Fresh Dental! I have no complaints. Keep up the good work guys! read more

My husband and I went to Fresh Dental to have our teeth bleached. What a pleasant experience all around! We were greeted in a friendly manner and had only a short wait. I was escorted into a room which was clean and ready to go. The procedure was explained to me and we quickly got started. After about an hour, I could see a noticeable difference in the whiteness of my teeth. I was told that my teeth would be sensitive for awhile after the procedure, but it really wasn't uncomfortable. The only reason that I'm giving this place one star is because the people were nice. Too bad nice people don't always = good dentistry. I waited in the waiting area for over an hour. They finally called me back and I was x-rayed by a guy chewing gum, LOUDLY.... AND he had to continually redo x-rays, sometime because he forgot how to use the computer program and sometimes because he couldn't figure out how to point the machine at my face correctly. Next, they had me go into another room where the dentist would "be over in a few minutes". 30 minutes later he came in and asked me 3 questions and randomly walked out for another 30 minutes. By this time I was starting to get a little frustrated. He came back and had me sign some papers before we started my cleaning. Let me start off by saying that I've had my wisdom teeth pulled, cavities filled, caps put on, and I'm sure other stuff that I just can't think of right now. But this particular cleaning was so BAD and so FRUSTRATING (cherry on top after everything leading up to this) I had to give this review. This dentist was not gentle. I had to physically move his hand and take a breather because of how rough and forceful he was. If I can be of help to anyone looking for a dentist... PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

I had an Ortho appt with Dr. Robert Anthony Bobic. I was literally shocked at his recommendations. He advised that he could remove some teeth to make my lips look smaller. Advised that I had a certain type of chin (stage 2) that is probably genetic. Recommended to remove some teeth to make my chin look thinner and then I could possibly look into plastic surgery if I wanted it corrected. I just laughed at his recommendations because I was so shocked at what he was advising. I told him I was fine with the way my face looked and I just wanted to get my teeth straight again. Dr. Bobic then advised that I had to much crowding and I would need to remove two from the top and two from the bottom. I've had braces before and have never been told that teeth needed to be removed other than my wisom teeth. He advised to get a second opionion. His exact response was, "Get a second opinion, because I obviously don't know what I'm talking about...and left the exam room. I asked the Dental Assistant if he's always this rude and his response was "Try working with him." I had a second opinion done yesterday by Dr. Grey, Upland, CA. The Dentist gave similar recommendations. However, he referred to it as jaw surgery. After a thorough examination, I was told that I could not remove two from the top or two from the bottom due to the width of my tongue. If 4 teeth were removed that would make my mouth smaller and make the airway smaller as well. The second opinion dentist took x-rays, profile pictures, and then a thorough examination to consider what would work best. I'm glad I got a second opinion, due the the fact that they spent the time to explain every detail to me. I found out that my airway are very narrow and that's why I snore. The surgery will prevent sleep apnea and my overbite would be corrected. read more

THE WORST DENTIST I HAVE EXPERIENCED!!! Staff is so irresponsible, never gets back to you. Had 2 follow ups (where they only did x-rays 1st time, 2nd time talked to doctor) with a wait of 1 month for a Saturday appt, for a cleaning and fillings, which ended up getting cancelled because they didn't get authorization from my physician for okay for medication to calm me down, due to my other meds I am taking. Mind you I had been calling every other day since May 3rd. And on top of that their dentist, which didn't even properly introduce himself, spent like 5 minutes TOPS with me, he was rushed because he wanted to leave right away in the evening. Ohhhh and hygienist that was taking X-rays was coughing/sick, disgusting. I am so insulted, upset and disappointed. PLEASE do not waste your time. Horrible place for kids and they gassed my son then said they didn't need to remove his tooth and I was fighting to get my money back and a blonde lady I think the owner arguing with me about the wrong tooth had no idea what she was talking about and wouldn't let me talk to the dentist was still trying to charge us so we are suing them so good luck if you go here other than her the staff and the dentist were very nice. They offered a partial refund had a paper for me to sign so I wrote not excepting paid as in full then we asked for a copy of what I signed and they copied the paper having what I wrote removed and I said I'm going to call the police and they brought another copy with what I wrote and they added to it after I signed so they altered a signed document after the fact so now you know the integrity of this office and I have both copies so beware!!! read more

This Dental Office is horrible! I had a cap put on about 2 years ago and it's come off twice. They want to charge me for a new cap, I already paid for the first one. It's not my fault they did crappy work. After arguing with the office manager she told me they were going to replace it for free because I work for a major retailer from whom they get the majority of their business. When I went back in 2 weeks to get fitted for the new crown, they informed me they were not going to replace the crown that had fallen off until 2016, but that they would be replacing another crown that I had done about 10 years ago from a different dentist and have never had a problem with. I told them they were not touching that crown, got up, walked out and let them know my family would never be back and that I would spread the word at work not to go there.
