Both my daughter and I have somewhat severe gluten issues. This delightful place was heaven for both of us. Once you figure out how to order the food choices are spectacular. All fresh as the name says and I haven't had a bad meal yet. It's a bit pricy but worth it for both of us. The young people working there are helpful with questions, needs a bit more attention/cleaning in the seating area but we are looking forward to our next meal there. Craving a meal that was gluten-free, dairy-free, meat-free, low in salt, and delicious, I turned to Fresh Kitchen. The managers are well aware of my dietary restrictions, and Russ, the owner, automatically put together a delicious bowl that I could safely eat--rice, chickpeas, kale, red pepper, almond slices, and more. This time, I took my bowl home, added fresh avocado and peach slices on top, split it into two portions, and had enough for two meals. It was awesome. read more

I had heard about how good Fresh Kitchen was and they just opened one up in Winter Garden. My wife and I just went and everything was very good, I had the salmon and the noodles with the house sriracha and mushrooms as the vegetable. I LOVE Fresh Kitchen! I'm so happy that they opened in Winter Garden, a place I don't have to ask questions and speak with a manager to figure out what is gluten free. They also shine a light on how eating gluten free is not just tasteless, bland and weird textured food - it's whole foods that are delicious and fun to eat. I usually visit for lunch a few times a month when I want to treat myself during the work day. They have a 4 or 6 bowl, and I generally get the 4 bowl (2 bases, 1 veggie and 1 protein plus a sauce). I'm pretty consistent in my bowls but i've never had a bowl that was less than great when I do change it up. My preferred bowl is either steak or salmon (an upcharge) with sweet potato noodles, cauilflower and avocado rice, spiced chick peas (idk what they do to the chick peas but I would call this one of my fave items) or lemon roasted broccoli and one of three sauces: coconut Sriracha, creamy ginger or herb vinaigrette. Sometimes, I add pico, feta or parm cheese (also an upcharge). This time around I got the citrus chicken, sweet potato noodles, cauilflower and avocado rice, spiced chick peas, coconut Sriracha, and feta cheese. read more

I absolutely love the fresh kitchen location in downtown Orlando - yesterday I went to the fresh kitchen in winter garden village and have been throwing up all night with the worst upset stomach. I get these things happen but about 2-3 weeks ago my friend also went to this location and got sick as well. This FK location is by far my favorite that I have visited. The food is always incredible, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. I stopped in to grab a quick late lunch as I was in town for business. I was looking for something quick and healthy. This place met and surpassed my expectations. The food was so tasty and the service was awesome. I enjoyed the food so much, looked it up and found there is a location near me. I am definitely going to make this my go to spot for lunch when I am in town. Delicious healthy food works for me every time. Loved the chicken and glazed sweet potato the most. From the atmosphere to the guest service they always know how to make you feel warm and invited. The dining room and restrooms are always clean and stocked for you to use. The lighting, music, and overall ambiance of the establishment is always on point. Employees are extremely knowledgeable and ready to help with any questions you may have, I'm lactose-intolerant and it's refreshing to know what options are the best for me. No matter what you choose to add to your bowl there's no wrong answers. The food is always so fresh and delicious, it's hard to believe that it's all 100% gluten-free. You would have to search far and wide to find anything that can even compare to the level of quality you'll receive here for the affordable price.
