This is not the auto shop for minor repairs or for people who have to watch their budget. My car stopped. I thought it was my alternator. The battery didn't seem to be holding a charge. I had taken out and had it tested and the auto parts place had told me I needed a new alternator. I had Pheonix come and get it. They were quick and responsive and all I needed was a new battery that ended up costing me 782 dollars after towing and the 149 dollar diagnostic. I would use them again for any MAJOR issue, but I'll never return for anything I even suspect is a minor repair. Nearly a thousand bucks for a battery seems excessive.

The shop was busy. There was another woman that got there before me who also got a nail in her tire. The phones were ringing, and people were coming in to get their cars.
