This place is everything right in the world. They use local, organic products, make amazingly delicious foods/drinks, and always have the nicest, most friendly staff. I highly recommend visiting if you want a healthy treat or good, positive conversation. There's a comfy couch to chill on, and a nice, new seating area to dine-in with friends. I was going to be in town for a couple of days and was trying to find places that make fresh juice since I wasn't planning on bringing my juicer. I found this on Yelp and also in a Chico local paper. I was excited to go. Once I got there, it looks like a fruit stand one side and a café on other. Cool, idea! I love the fact they offer gluten free and vegan options too! It was busy that day as people were ordering fresh juices as well as food. They had samples of some of their drinks, which was cool. I love the fact they are super helpful as well as all their produce is juiced fresh, unlike other around town. I'll be back when I am in town next. I wish they were in downtown though. read more

I have never had a bad experience at Fresh Twisted Cafe. Their food, drinks, and service are always amazing. I love their bagels with cream cheese and bacon, it's my go to after a long run in the park. Today, I witnessed an extremely rude, unfriendly customer order from one of the Fresh Twisted staff members. This rude- holier than thou- woman spoke so lowly to the staff member and accused her of giving her cold soup. The staff member immediately checked the pot to see if the burner was on and then sampled the soup herself - she burnt her tongue! I was so impressed with how she handled the situation, she remained calm and friendly and dealt with the customer perfectly. I would have been much more "vocal" had it been me, but that's why I don't work in the food industry :) Thank you Fresh Twisted Cafe for always going above and beyond. And to the girl who was working today and had to deal with that situation - you are awesome! I appreciate you and your great customer service skills! read more

Fantastic food, atmosphere, and drinks! I have had sandwiches here as well as wraps and some of the teas. I have enjoyed all of these immensely. The lavender tea is AMAZING. The food is always very fresh tasting and just has an overall healthy taste to it. It does not feel as though they have cut any corners in making it or substituted something great for something easy and quick. They are consistent every time. The atmosphere is fantastic, usually busy yes, but there is art everywhere inside the seating area and it leaves you really happy looking at it all while you wait. I will continue to go here. Amazing cold brew!!!!!!! I stopped for a coffee on my way out of town and was helped by Claire who was soooo helpful! I took one sip of my black cold brew and said, "oh my god that's good!" I turned around and grabbed a bag of beans and chatted with Claire about how to make my own cold brew at home! They had some cute swanky items to shop through. And the vegan carrot zucchini bread that she suggested was delicious!! If I lived in the area this place would be a staple for me. It wasn't the most attractive coffee shop I've ever been to but I can't imagine a full remodel would be cheap. I didn't have any other food there. I have thought this many times over the last year but tonight was a perfect example: They were closed, he is loading his daughter into his car and he sees my 16 year old son try to open the door. Best place to get fresh juice, I love that I can call ahead and have a gallon of juice waiting for me. I picked up a couple of gallons of juice the other day and when I got home I realized one of the gallons wasn't the juice I ordered, when I called to let them know what had happened, they apologized and gave me another gallon of the correct juice free of charge.
