Recently just lost my trust with this location, previously I've had good experiences with them but just recently I ordered a blueberry muffin for breakfast and it had mold all over it. I asked to speak with a manager about and it seemed completely disregarded as if that wasn't a serious issue. I almost bit into the muffin without looking and so glad I didn't. They offered me another muffin without fully inspecting the other muffins. I was refunded cash after paying with my card and as I walked out the workers appeared to be laughing at the matter, unacceptable. read more

I'm not the type of person who leaves reviews, but this is the second time I've had a hair in my food. The first time I didn't report it, but since it's the second time, it makes me think that it's either intentional or they don't really care about the hygiene of the place. Once I ordered some tostilocos and they all fell into the bag because most of the dish was cheese and tapatio and about 3 tostitos, no exaggeration. I'm a regular customer of this place and every time I go I spend more than $40. This may be the last time I go. read more

Love this place. They have a couple locations in the area and make healthy drinks/smoothies, salads/bowls, sandwiches/wraps, and healthy fresh food choices. First time I came I just ordered the evergreen juice. I wanted something clean that didn't mix other ingredients other than the fruit and/or vegetables. The combination was refreshing and tasted good and wasn't too sweet. I was able to see them make the drinks and food and saw they used fresh fruits and vegetable, and you can tell. I came back and ordered some food and drinks. I ordered the chicken spinach wrap and loved the green salsa on it. It added a great taste and flavor. The cool cucumber drink was good, but their evergreen is better. My buddy ordered the Lomo torta and a melon drink. She enjoyed them both and overall everything was good. The smoothies were deliciously refreshing, but I got full quick. This was my friend's first time having tortas and I'm glad he would have tried it here. tl;dr I did not appreciate being looked at by the three employees there as if I was a thief or criminal because I had a valid coupon purchased pre-Covid that I wanted to redeem at this restaurant today. Keep in mind that in California, all gift certificates and gift cards do not expire, unless otherwise stated on the card/certificates themselves. I understand it is the business' discretion to accept the coupon or not, however; they should realize that when they offer these promotions, sometimes people do not redeem them immediately or perhaps even lose them and find them much later...I merely wanted to save money with a legitimate certificate that I already bought! I came in last month with the same coupon (I had bought two). I explained that I bought these pre-Covid and that I am just now feeling comfortable eating out in public places again. The lady at the counter first said they don't have coupons and that I had an old coupon. I explained that the certificates do not expire. She said she hadn't seen one like I had and then she took a picture of my certificate, called the owner, and they approved it. I told her thanks, I appreciated it, and that I had one more that I wanted to use for another time. She said that was ok, bring it in next time. Well, this time I felt as if they thought I was expecting them to give me everything for free. They looked at my coupon, took a picture of it, and they texted the owner, but they didn't reply back. Then they pointed out that it was bought in 2019. I explained again why I didn't use it until now. I told them about what happened previously. One of the ladies just kept giving me a dirty look. They took down my number and said if I am able to use it they will call me back. Yeah...I'm not gonna hold my breath. The coupon was $15 off a $30 purchase or more. I intended to buy much more. I think their food, smoothies, and coffee are above average in quality and taste. But unfortunately, after today I don't think I will be back. read more

Our family hasn't been here in a while, but noticed that their menu has since expanded so we decided you give it another try. We were pleasantly surprised by the outcome. Disregarding my husband's initial interaction with the first staff member, who was not very pleasant, his interaction with the second was much better. We ordered the Nutella French toast, chilaquiles, and an açaí bowl. When hubby came home, he had a cup of cafe de olla (my favorite) with him, that apparently came with the chilaquiles. I was over the moon! The chilaquiles were tasty and my daughter loved her Nutella French toast. Hubby said he enjoyed his açaí bowl so basically, it was a winner in our book. First time here! Customer service was great! They were super friendly and did their best! To top it off their coffee tasted perfect! I ordered "Horchatlatte" and "White Mocha." I also order a "Turkey Wrap" and it was delicious. The chipotle mayo mixed with the queso fresco onion fresh green lettuce tomatoes was just perfect! Price-wise it was a bit pricey for food but the coffee/latte prices were typical. The only downfall on their business flyers the lattes were pictured with fancy art and I mainly came here with a girlfriend for that reason... to get a perfect social media photo to bring more customers in. However, I felt that it was false promoted because the workers said the coffee actually doesn't come that way. I'm actually really impressed by this place! I know there are a lot of "healthy" joints, but everything I ordered here was spot on and not too terrible in pricing. First of all, there's a free smoothie when checking in, which is always something to look forward to. I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich and salad combination, and that's around $9. It seems like a lot, but I managed to save the other half of the sandwich for my sister. The standard salad has fruits and a delicious vinaigrette that I really like, and much better than a regular mixed green plain salad. I'm very picky about açaí because I like when it's thick, and this place's açaí bowls are actually in line with some of my favorite places! The only thing is that they don't add blueberries to it. Me and my husband came to this place for a light morning breakfast. We've seen it in our neighborhood before and have been wanting to try it for a while now. It was so disappointing. Even tho they had teas advertised o the menu, they said they do not serve any teas. So we order an acai bowl for my husband and two coffees. After about 20 minutes of waiting and everyone behind us getting our orders we asked and realized they forgot about our orders. Once they finally came out, my husband acai bowl was more large ice cubes than anything else, literally ice cubes, and the iced coffee I got so watered down you could actually see through it. It probably didnt help that some of the staff were so busy taking pictures of their kids posing with seasonal drinks in their pjs. They were too busy fixing the cups filled with whipped cream and sprinkles to remember how to make a coffee and acai bowl. read more

Today I ordered the tuna sandwich with a side salad. When I ordered I asked what the ingredients in the salad were. She did not mention pineapple, so I asked her if it contained pineapple to ensure it didn't have pineapple. I then informed her I have an allergy to pineapple, she told me there was no pineapple. I get my plate and the salad has pineapple. I asked them to take my plate because it has pineapple and I'm allergic to pineapple. They took it and never brought me another plate and/or side salad. So I ate my sandwich on paper. I say this to inform customers to be careful. This level of disregard can kill someone. Which would also lead to a lawsuit for negligence. read more
