Thank you Kai for helping us tonight to select some of our donuts. Our friend recommended this place and it was a fun place to visit. Unfortunately I truly wouldn't recommend the churro mochi. It was so dry and hard and had a weird taste. I think this place has a huge assortment of unique donut and it was fun to see that but I think they should really take that donut off the menu. read more

Staff members were super polite. Although the doughnuts are high end, they are pretty good, I love how soft and fluffy they are! My fav doughnuts "maple" were so good and melts in your mouth how soft they are. My 3 year old daughter loved her sprinkled doughnut, she ate the whole thing in one sitting. Hehe. Dear friendly donuts, We have been here 3x. They now have merch! Thank you for the friendship. Choices of sweets are amazing. Our favorites are; the french cream sandwich donuts, something with guava, peanut butter flavored, and mochi donuts. Service is good and quick here especially being a sweet shop they are kind and helpful. Parking is terrifying even at night, small lot so be safe and careful coming through. read more

The donuts here are soooo good. Services is wonderful. The Dubai chocolate donut is a must get, so much texture and right amount of sweetness. Dont forget the French Cream donut, like eating vanilla ice cream that doesnt melt. They have so many varieties of donuts--I wish I could try them all but my stomach would grow and my bank account would cry unfortunately. Still this place is worth saving for! read more

First of all I want to say WOW! The presentation itself of this shop is so unique, I love it! I was looking for a place near me to try the popular Dubai chocolate strawberries and was utterly surprised upon our arrival with all the other sweets they had. The strawberries themselves were pretty good a little disappointed by how simple they were. By no means was this the shops fault just expected more since it's a trending new item. But the donuts , that's what took my breath away. Every single item was so unique and beautiful I wanted to try everything. The staff was super nice, the girl who helped us out picked and suggested their top items and we were not disappointed. I've been coming in since freshman year of college now to post grad work life and nothing has changed. The quality of donuts, amazing customer service, and creativity remains. I sampled their monthly flavors and the berrylicious and dubai chocolate was absolutely to die for!! I originally stoped by because I wanted to get dubai chocolate covered strawberries and it did not disappoint. They don't skimp on filling or strawberry so it was so decadent and worth every penny. The BEST vegan donuts in Southern CA. They are a family owned donut shop since 1985 and have perfected their donuts. It's our last day in Southern California and after getting breakfast from Carrot & Daikon we visited Friendly Doughnuts in Orange County. Starting with the maple bacon donut, it was a decent take on the sweet and savory combination. The maple glaze had a pleasant sweetness, but the bacon wasn't as crispy as I would have liked. Still, if you're a fan of maple and bacon it's worth a try. The flan donut, on the other hand, was just okay for me. The flan flavor itself was nice, but there was too much cream filling, which overpowered the delicate flan taste. Overall, Friendly Doughnuts offers a decent selection with some creative spins. They're worth checking out if you're in the area and craving something sweet. read more

Admittedly, on my 2nd visit, I got it adjusted to 75% sweetness and did not love it as much but that is all on me. This one is best as it comes, full sweetness! Even at more known places known for their boba charges max 0.90 Only positive is the texture of the drink is good. They've lost me.
