An old fashioned yogurt shop with creamy frozen yogurt in all kinds of fun flavors. A nice stop for a sweet treat if you're around La Jolla.

Service is above and beyond. Crepes are delicious! I like "Amazing sweet crepe" and Hawaiian delight smoothie with dole whip pineapple yogurt! It was refreshing and super tasty.

Limited yogurt selection but extensive toppings list. The yogurt flavors offered during my visit included: original tart, blackberry, salted caramel, peanut butter, chocolate, vanilla, dole whip and cake batter. Toppings were not free but the owner was generous with the scoops. The yogurt was unfortunately icy and grainy. The chocolate and vanilla were mild and unremarkable. I also got a toasted marshmallow chai and the chai was undetectable. The entire concoction was sugary and I struggled to finish my drink. The tables were dirty and in need of a good wipe down. The staff were friendly but the quality was bad poor. Considering the dessert and drinks weren't cheap, I wouldn't come back for a sweet fix.

The amazing crepe came with strawberries, Nutella and bananas. We also got the free froyo offer by registering online their website!! Service was nice and friendly, I had no issues there. The store was a little cramped but they made use of the space!

    Amazing

We were looking for a sweet treat at night and a friend recommended this place to us. It's open late till midnight. We got to try the amazing crepe, the Lj crepe, and the cinnamon roll crepe. The amazing crepe is the classic strawberry, banana, and Nutella crepe. You can't go wrong with this one. The lj crepe is brown sugar and lemon crepe. It was pretty good, I wanted to try this one to breakaway from the standard crepe. I recommend this one if you want something warm/cozy, and def lemony. The cinnamon roll crepe was the one we were most looking forward to, but overall it kind of disappointed us. It was just a little bland for what we think of a cinnamon roll inspired crepe. It kind of just tastes like dough with cinnamon roll on top. We think it would have been better with more brown sugar spread and a sweet cream cheese spread drizzled on top. Overall, I'd definitely come back and keep trying more of their crepes and their frozen yogurt. I'd especially want to try their savory crepes.

I wanted to try this place and unfortunately I regret it. The flavor was mediocre nothing special. This place was Not what I expected and the upsetting part was how dirty and dusty the place is. Service was whatever.

This is a great place with great service! They have great choices and they have a combination of sweet and savory foods.

Amazing ice cream the employee was really nice to me and help me and give me instructions on how to sign up to their reward system, even though it was my first time I'm going to come here and get all the time now since because due to their kindness and respectfulness the ambience is beautiful the decorations around just help show that there's frogs and that it's part of their community. There's a huge community here. Kids come here all the time. I've totally recommend it. They have new flavors every single week and their music is also fabulous.

From delicious food, to fresh produce, to the most gorgeous and vibrant flowers, to beautiful pottery, to unique clothes... you name it, they have it there! Make sure to come early as parking can be a bit tricky, especially if you want to park closer to the farmers' market. Once you get parked though, everything is a breeze. They even have tables and chairs around for people to eat at. There's also a playground for families who have little ones! I could never go to a farmers' market and leave without fresh flowers, so of course I had to pick up some from Hidalgo Flowers. They always have the most colorful and stunning arrangements, and for a decent price too. This time, I got a bunch with the prettiest sunflowers. We also picked up the sweetest and reddest strawberries from this one vendor. I highly regret not getting their name, but I will definitely be on the hunt for them the minute we go back. We got a cup of strawberries with some dark chocolate sauce from Strawberries and Chocolate. That was sooo good! We devoured it so quickly, we didn't even get to take a picture of it. One of the standouts for me was the Pork Sisig Rice from Baryo Eats. It was AHHHHMAZING!! It's the best kind of pork sisig that I love to eat--the taste was so good and nostalgic, it took me back to my college days back in the Philippines! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We also got some Paella from Driana Catering/Taste of Spain. It was so flavorful and the rice was cooked to perfection. We were just sad they ran out of shrimp by the time we got some, so we were left with chicken only. We got some goodies from It's Cafe Thai as well--Milk Tea with Boba, Taro Thai Coffee, and the Mango Sticky Rice. All of them had just the right amount of sweetness and hit the spot for us. Lastly, we had some of the watermelon and the cucumber lemonade refreshers, and the chicken and pork tamales from Gourmet Tamales. They were so good, we even took some home for later! Overall, I'm already looking forward to the next Sunday we can stop by this farmers' market!

(Warning: this review contains a large amount of pupusa content)…read more What a treat! This Farmer's Market (and more like mini-foodtruck fest), is a foodie's dream! I went over the lunch hour in the first week of school opening and was met by a bustling and bussing crowd of fellow student food connoisseurs who were ready for a yummy treat! Altogether the lines were pretty manageable and as expected, you could tell where the good food was from the lines. One thing caught my eye expeditiously and that was the Pupusas stand! Y'all a stand whose sole dedication is to make sure you get freshly cooked, never frozen, filled with flavor and cheese pupusas. The central theme in all the pupusas, of course was the cheese - the options were chicken and cheese, spinach and cheese, pork and cheese and bean and cheese. As someone who could literally roll in pupas, I found the 2 that I ordered very filling (they're wider than your typical pupusas). They were so good! I definitely was almost pulled in other directions though with some pretty interesting contenders such as the Caribbean-themed stand with jerk and barbecued meats with some key Jamaican staples, the 'Torpasta' stand, which is a toasted bread FILLED TO THE BRIM with pasta and sauce, tonnes of burritos and a sambas stand. It may have been luck, but we found somewhere to sit despite the place being quite packed (probably people scarfing down their yummy food causing high table turnover - but who knows). I found the prices overall very fair and 'student-priced' - confirmed by the super long lines of students. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for yummy cooked food, but if you are hoping for rows and rows of locally-grown produce from your local farmers, this isn't quite the location for you - this would be the only potential downside - otherwise, I was a very happy camper and left with a belly full of pupusas and a new lease on the day! The shell itself was nicely warm, had a soft texture with a thin layer of crispiness, making it hold together well, while still being easy to cut through with a plastic knife and fork. The filling was a thick spreading of Nutella, crumbled bits of Oreo Cookies, and mini-marshmallows heated until they were gooey. It was then folded, drizzled with more Nutella and sprinkled with powdered sugar. To add to the artistry of it, a single marshmallow and larger cookie chunk were placed on top. All in all, a beautifully well-made dessert. With my experience limited to the sweet side of the menu, I start with a fairly positive view of this place. The only downside I experienced was the wait for a single crepe to be made. It appeared to be only a single employee behind the counter, making the length of time between ordering, cooking, filling, and plating, a good 12+ minutes. If there had been a line, that could easily have stretched upwards of a half an hour or possibly affected the quality of the final product and tarnished this review. Coming down to UTC is not something I do often. Still, the chance to try something else off this menu is enticing enough to eventually try.
