Tacos 10/10: I'm going to be honest, I was skeptical at first ordering tacos from this location just because it's not known for them. It's mainly their Burgers and Ribs. Once again I took a chance and WOW!!!... Carne Asada & Chicken were my favorite and been ordering them since. And of course add that green salsa for a upgrade taste Mac n Cheese 9/10: I already knew this item was going to be good here since they sell ribs lol. I've tried the Bacon Mac and Rib Mac... AMAZING! One tip... eat it as soon as it gets delivered to your table or else the cheese will get to stiff. Buffalo Strips 10/10: Very selective on strips since some location feel frozen and just not great. These were soft and tender and pretty big size of strip. If you get them with the salad you will not be disappointed as well. I have been here multiple times and I really tried to give to place a chance but to a total disappointment. Why are so many restaurant's food not flavorful. Owners... please start tasting your on own food... ok let's get into it. My server was so friendly and she tried everything to make us happy. I ordered a Coke Cola and it had too much carbonation and lite Coke Cola syrup. I let my kids taste it and the both said, it don't taste right. I ordered a lemonade it didn't taste right. The food omg no taste at all... I ordered pull pork nachos, the pull pork had zero taste. I pick over the nachos mainly eating the chips, cheese, black beans, tomatoes, sour cream. Fronk's popped up in our maps and we decided to give it a run and try out.we got there and the hosts was very energetic and settles down right away. Waitress was checking in on us and making sure everything was right and perfect for us We decided to go for hamburgers but any any time hamburgers this Burgers were humongous ! Lots of juice and flavor. We both got medium rare and potato fries. Fronks is always a good time! Hugely known for being the locals sports bar, it is packed if a game is on. We usually sit at the bar because bartenders are super friendly and the drinks are great. We've even tried a new cocktail or two that they were soon to launch. As for food, I've tried a good amount! I have to say everything has been great BUT the pizza. A few notable items- They have a delicious salad that's blue cheese and bacon. Wings are great, asada fries are bomb, fried mushrooms yum, fried pickles drool, burgers are HUGE. In fact, everything is huge there. The amount of food you get for the price point is pretty great and I would say for the most part, if you're a small eater, everything here is shareable. So I'm a #boymom and it's March Madness . We went to one of my favorite spots in my neighborhood Fronks. They have a special on Thursdays $2 tacos and $5 margaritas . Ya girl always thirsty and appreciates a mid-week or end of the week cocktail. $5 say less. I had my boy with me so I had to drink responsibly (next time I'll Uber). The fish and chips is always cooked perfectly, nice steak Fries and fresh home made beer battered onion rings hit the spot. Was just there 6/13/25 and I was seated in patio by street. I just wanted night caps and to watch the games. After my first round of beers were brought for me and the wife I never saw the waitress again. After over 30 minutes and an empty glass for another 10 minutes I went to the bar and cashed out and asked the bartender if I could open a tab with her (it seemed like a smart move to get service quicker) and she said yes. Good tasting Burger and fries. Ordered be Fronks burger and fries combo. Delicious tasking burger. I arrived 1 hour before closing with a party of 7. We all got our food pretty quick. My only gripe was that we received an order of under cooked sweet potato fries. We did notify the waitress but the kitchen was closed and could not cook them thoroughly so they were removed from the bill. Great for doing that but sucked for the guess that stayed hungry. This was my first time trying Fronks, my boyfriend has been wanting to go here for the longest. We decided to stop by this Monday evening and it was surprisingly not busy in here. We walked in and they let us know we can choose wherever to sit. They had QR codes for the menus and if you don't have service they provide free Wifi! Food was pretty great and service was very friendly and attentive. We probably spent around $48 for two meals and an appetizer and two non alcoholic drinks. Not bad at all! Ordered the sweet potato fries and the bacon avocado burger. Right away was told they were out of the sweet potato fries. Really? At 5pm on a Wednesday? Hubby ordered the fish sandwich only to be told 10 minutes later they were out of fish. My burger was described in the menu as having a scoop of smashed avocado, but when I opened it up to add ketchup, there was only one small slice of avocado. I highly recommend the food in this place. Please try their mac 'n cheese as it is so good! Servings are very generous and good to share. Their pulled pork burgers will give you the meat sweats. The staff were really friendly and accommodating to our needs. This is a sports bar so if you're looking for something mellow, this may not be the place for you. We were just there to grab a bite to eat. The hostess sat us down at a table. I then moved to a booth. I told that host I had moved and she said we couldn't because the booth was for 5 people. The only reason I moved was because there were two ladies sitting at a booth so I figured we could too. With that being said I then proceeded to tell her there's two ladies sitting at a booth she answered with yeah well they've been there since 12. Mind you it was 5:30. We love Fronks, the food has only gotten better over time, but the flies are getting ridiculous. Every time food comes out the kitchen more flies appear in the dining room. Makes me wonder how many flies are in the kitchen. Service has gone down too. You come in and the newer servers are eating, on their phones, behind the bar chitchatting you have to call them to get your order taken or food removed from your table or your bill. They've gotten extremely comfortable and unprofessional. Maybe Fronk's should only be open in the evenings on certain weekdays because there's more servers in there than customers. With all that being said, the food is consistent. But definitely getting more and more concerned about those flies. read more

I finally get to a recent review of this place. I had the pleasure of trying out Fronks for a sec time yesterday 7/21/24. I arrived around 630 pm and notice it wasn't that busy so that was a plus for me. I was walked over to a table and our server was right there waiting for us to ask us what kind of drinks we wanted. We ended up not getting any alcoholic drinks and stayed with soft drinks. I ended up getting a Diet Pepsi since they did not have coke products. They have a large menu but I was in the mood for a burger. I ended up choosing the Fronks burger with a side of Mac and cheese. Now let me tell you, that burger was massive and absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The Mac and cheese was not my fav. Hard to believe because I think it's hard to screw up Mac and cheeese. My guest got the battered chicken I believe with a side of fries. I was able to taste his plate and his chicken was really good. His fries not so much. They tasted old and had been out for a cool ass minute. We both agreed that the fries were no bueno. Our service tho was outstanding. Ive supported Fronks since the tiny OG location where The Nest is now. The burgers were always the showstopper and once they upgraded to a bigger area, all the quirky decor, laid back patio and HH specials made it even better. Ive had sooooo many great drunken times with friends and even reserved the patio when my husband turned 30. New owner couple years ago changed it to "just another sports bar". And during early Covid, i didnt trust them with the lack of distancing tables or limiting large groups. Ive recently returned again and it was not a good experience at ALL.. HH drink pricing is whack ($8 pints?? TF?) My all time fave nachos were so skimped out on ingredients and significantly less tasty. And $20 for 6 pieces on the shrimp platter? Nah. Im good. Didn't realize this place was a sports type of bar when we got here. Sunday 12:00 p.m. the three of us were looking for a restaurant with a variety saw this on Yelp we were in the area so decided to stop by this place is okay if you are a sports fanatic because there's TVs everywhere not just that it's extremely loud the TVs are loud and in between the DJ in this very small place with blast his music even louder which is totally ridiculous especially because it's a Sunday and most of us are getting over Saturday. My bad I guess because when I pulled up it didn't seem so bad until the DJ started that was considerably worse than what the TVs were blasting. Hoping to get through this meal and leave as soon as we could the food took way too long and all the tables were already served not sure why it took 30 minutes to get our food out but whatever, we're not going to be going back anyway. Now for the food I ordered the shredded pork with macaroni cheese, husband ordered the chorizo burrito, and g baby ordered just a bowl of sausage chili. The mac and cheese was very good and it was a huge serving I only ate half and brought the rest with me for lunch tomorrow the cheese was nice and gooey and the meat is at the bottom of the Mac and cheese and top slightly with barbecue sauce it was tasty overall, hubby got the lot of potatoes in his burrito I think more than chorizo it was mostly potatoes he said it tasted okay. Gee baby didn't really like her bowl of chili said it upset her stomach maybe because it had sausage versus regular ground beef for chili it upset her stomach. The chili is served with cheese on top no other accompaniments with it besides some tortilla chips. Outside seating is available but who wanted to sit up there in 100° weather, but there were people sitting out there and the four huge tables that they have were put on reservation, but they did offer us a table because we said we were just going to eat and leave we weren't staying for long so we were seated in a huge Booth with plenty of ample room. The flies and mosquitoes were attacking us and annoying trying to eat a meal and waiting for the meal while swatting them off. Anyway the bathrooms we're clean sort of but totally outdated and in need of repair especially the stalls. They do have daily specials and today's was a hamburger for $9.99 without any sides. So if you're on a friendly budget you can get by with just about that amount. Parking is not very good in this area especially during the meal time hours when more people are out there are a couple of smaller restaurants right across from each other here at this restaurant which had people waiting outside to be served. I suppose they found it more of a quiet setting then coming to Fronks which had nobody waiting to be seated. read more

Stopped by the other day with my kids for some dinner. We sat inside so my son could watch the Laker game. The people around us were being pretty loud but having a great time. if you want a more peaceful i would suggest eating outside because it was really cozy out there. There food was really good. Highly recommend their battered mushrooms and zucchini. I got so full from appetizers that i only order their bacon blue salad which was phenomenal. The wings were half warm, half freezer cold(not even room temp), and the sauce flavors were not even good.
