Todd is a very good man... He is not a "rip off" at all. I called him for Aircon maintenance, he's the only one who responded so quick, came as planned - check the whole system, show where the filter is, clean it, and added Freon - and to my surprise he didn't charge me a single penny... He keeps telling me that my system is pretty brand new and he didn't do much... This guy deserves more than 5 ratings - I can't believe that there's still a Good Samaritan out there... Frosty's was exactly what you would hope for in a heating and air technician. He enjoyed educating his clients, wanted to make sure they were taken care of and at a fair price. I had actually called another company that same day who came out and did $500 in repairs, but my air was still not working. I decided to call Frosty's. Are ac unit fan wasn't working and I called western air conditioning and came out right away. My ac unit fan wasn't working. Todd explain to me that the capacitor wasn't working and Todd replaced it within minutes. Ac unit works great after replacing the capacitor. And I explained to Todd that are heater wasn't working for over 10 years Todd help me fix that for free. I am so grateful he did that for me and my family. Dishonest, said need new compressor which didn't need when I got a second opinion. Said 5,000 plus to fix. Second opinion only charged 500.

Todd was wonderful. I informed him what another company quoted me and flat out told me that what they said was unnecessary. He went ahead and took the time out of his schedule even if my phone call was impromptu. He came and helped us out with the leak and even showed us proof that what he said was true. Of course our a/c goes out when it's 102 degrees outside. I called Western Air Conditioning and no answer. Todd C. actually returned my phone call shortly afterwards, even though I didn't leave a message. I think it's awesome he made the effort to call me back. Every other company was fully booked but Todd was able to come out the same day. Todd came between the time frame he gave me.
