I am so happy this place opened around the area. This has become my favorite fried chicken sandwich place and I can't wait to go back! The fried chicken sandwich had a thick piece of chicken (bigger than any piece I have had in a chicken sandwich) with a nice crunchy exterior and a moist interior. Another person in my group tried the chicken tenders and those were some of the largest tenders I've ever seen. I was told the tenders were very good too so I can't wait to go back for that item next time. If you're a fan of fried chicken, you should come try this place! Note that there is a wait here when you come order as everything is cooked fresh upon ordering and it does not have waiter service. To order, go to the front of the restaurant and after you place an order, you will wait and a staff person will call out your order when it's ready. The folks here can be INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful, the service is always quick, and it's ALWAYS delicious. If you're getting some heat, get the standard sandwich because the coleslaw and pickles cut through what can be really intense spice. The honey butter sandwich is terrific if you're wanting something a touch sweet. The waffles, with a bit of bacon, are sweet/savory delight. I wish there were more sides on offer but the mac and cheese is super creamy with the right amount of cheesy funk. The potato salad is VERY mustardy... so make sure that's your jam. The fries are DELICIOUS but can be a little bit dry. Weird thing. If you're dining in, the booths have these blowers above them and they blow around anything that's not secured to the table. When I went here for the first time, I had the Nashville chicken sandwich and I was then confident to try their hot level of spiciness but when I eat it I was not able to taste it better because it was too spicy for me and I ended up not eating it. So, I came back recently and had the same order but chose the medium. The level of spiciness was perfect for me. The chicken is cooked to perfection and it was flavorful. I would complain because of it's price but for a good and decent burger like that it was totally fine. I love it and I ill definitely be back again. I would say this is definitely not your average chicken sandwich place. It all starts with that Clucker, but then you can personalize it the way you want. You want regular fried chicken, fine, you get regular fried chicken. You want chicken waffle, bam.... Here's your chicken waffle. Want to eat chicken in between a donut? Of course, yes, why not. Now, let's talk spiciness! I like chicken spicy, but some people don't. On the other hand, some people like it much spicier than I do. They have I think 5 or 6 levels of spiciness, so you can pick whatever is right for you. I got a chicken donut sandwich spiced medium, and it was a little spicier than I expected. The combination of fried chicken, a little spicy, and a donut somehow taste great. Then I got a hot level spicy chicken sandwich, and it was much hotter than I expected. Still good, but I realized right away their definition of Hot is not the same as mine. I think there's still a couple levels of spicy above what I got, so I know there are some daredevils out there that are going to try those.... But I offer caution right now to start slow and work your way up as it may be hotter than you think. I've seen some reviews people complain that it's expensive for a chicken sandwich... Every visit leaves me more disappointed. This is what I received when I asked for seasoned fries, seemed like they just dumped it on. The last time, they forgot my seasoning altogether. Another time, the tenders were oily, not crispy. It's dirty inside. Before eating, I tried one of the bathrooms-- no toilet paper. I tried the other bathroom-- the toilet was disgusting. No napkins in their dispensers, they just left the brown package out to grab from. Barely any ketchup was out. The cashier is really quiet, couldn't tell if he was talking to me or drive thru (he was taking drive thru orders at the counter register). It's hard to get a worker's attention if anything else is needed, as there is a wall separating the kitchen from the counter. The fries are soggy, literally maxwell fries, the coleslaw is maybe 6/10 rating in my eyes, nothing crazy. The flavor "Hot", is FIRE hot, take it from me I love spicy foods and obsessed with chilies, this is some hot sauce they use that caused my stomach to hurt. I just got the sandwich and that was plenty of food for me! My family each got a small fry but they were HUGE portions even as size small and worth splitting. Because their hours are so limited now and dine-in isn't an option, they get long lines and heavy traffic via the drive-through; however, they have their system down to an art. The Spicy butter chicken sandwich is SOOO good! I have also tried the chicken and waffles. It was good but the waffles were just ordinary and it only came wish two chicken strips. The price is a little outrageous for the serving that you get. I have tried the regular fries and the seasoned fries. The downside to the fries is that they come in a bag and get soggy really fast. Also they don't offer smaller sizes so you pay a good price and get a good size for the price, however for one person the fries are just too much so I often only order a sandwich because I don't want to waste half the fries, I just don't think it's worth it. The Mac and cheese is subpar at best. Overall I like their sandwiches but due to the expensive price I find myself not going there.
