Went to the deli at Frys last night around 7:45PM. The gentleman was slicing cheese for a customer ( took at least 2 min. to put the cheese in the bag). When finished he gave the other customer his purchase and when I asked for my order he stated that they were closed ( even though it was not yet 8PM) I stated that to him and he pulled down he pulled down his mask and very rudely stated that "we're closed" and just stared at me . He was the most rudest person I have ever encountered at this store!. If your hours are say 8AM to 8PM and you have a customer come up at 7:50 then you should serve them!! I have been shopping at this location for over 3 year and the service has always been poor , however it is worse today. I am in management at a big bank where we stive for employees satisfaction. It appears most of the employees at this location are very unhappy and it reflects on the customers. I was serviced by a young lady by the name of Cam. I didn't see the name tag but asked her name. She offered I don't care & rude service. She removed the discount tag on my product because it wasn't scanning and made me pay full price. I didn't even get a discount on my membership.I over paid. I was to tired to complain. What bothered me the most was she made me feel low class. What a sick manager. This lady stood out front of the place at 12 till close barring me from grabbing formula for my 7 month old on Christmas Eve. She bothered asking someone looking for cigars, but didn't bother to ask me, then finally said. What are you doing, waiting for someone? So I told her what I needed and she got all snarky and said, sorry we have families. Then don't work this job if you can't handle it, because I can't get formula on Christmas. My son will not be able to eat tomorrow because of this incapable woman. The older lady with white hair and a bob cut at the customer service counter has horrendous customer service. She is ridiculously rude with customers on the phone and has a constant attitude. If someone needs her to repeat herself, she will yell. She has no patience and a hot temper. I rented a rug doctor, which she did not properly inspect before giving to me. When I got to my house to use it, both the clean and dirty water tanks were full of cat litter, and reeked of cat pee. There was also large chunks of cat litter caked on the underside of the machine. When I went to return it, she checked the underside and said extremely loud and rudely," The underside is absolutely disgusting." I had to then explain to her that she actually gave it to me that way, and I wasn't happy that I paid full price for a rentable product that wasn't even clean to begin with. She begrudgingly gave me my 15$ deposit back but had a terrible attitude during the whole interaction. She needs to be fired or moved to a position that isn't called customer service. read more

This is regarding the Clicklist: they are the worst department to ever be brought to Frys. I only ever have problems with this service. I placed an online order for $15 for Mochi Balls & i attached a note in the substitute bar that i can not have strawberries due to an allergy... when i show up & waited patiently for 45 min to finally have someone come up to me they bring me STRAWBERRY Mochi balls... Pathetic honestly & the service rep didn't even apologize or offer to fix it. just spent another 10 min trying to refund my money but wasn't able too so I got a GC to go purchase the items in the store myself... i waited almost a HOUR for them to tell me they couldn't get me what I ordered & needed to go inside for it... i got out & found the item i ordered inside no problem! went to check out & they GC they gave me didn't work... there was a long line so i paid again & found a manager right away. the manager John helped me & apologized but didn't seemed at all surprised by clicklists mistake... a hour and a half later i finally left the store for some damn ice cream the employees weren't capable of doing... don't offer a service & staff it with people who can't do the job. if i wanted walmart service i would've gone there. treat your customers better like chik fa le read more

I went to the grocery store tonight to get a few things that were much needed. Some of the items are basic non food needs that I have for the next couple weeks. When I got up to the cashier all of the items went through except those basic needs. I was surprised because I just received my new card and it wasn't processing correctly I even double-checked my account to make sure all the funds were there which they were. I was pretty embarrassed because there were quite a few people behind me so I stated that I would come back for those items. Claudette came over and took the items off. I was about to leave with all of my other needed items I had paid for when the she asked me to come over to another register. I thought she was going to try my card again for me but she surprised me and she gave me those two basic need items for free with a receipt. I gave her a hug and said thank you. She said just remember when you're in front of the cash register it's your turn you just ignore those people. It was really cool to receive such an amazing act of kindness and my embarrassment turned to warmth and appreciation. It made my weekend. I didn't tell her that today had been a rough day because I had just gone to a funeral for a family member and learned that another uncle of mine is on the way to heaven soon too. This store is packed all the time so they definitely could afford to have more cashiers and baggers. This review is based off of the pharmacy. We made an appt and ended up waiting over an hour. Due to their system not being able to find my insurance, I paid $45 for a flu shot. The lady checking us in was super soft spoken so I had to ask her multiple times to repeat through a plexiglass shield. She never spoke up or made an effort to communicate. The guy who was calling names to the back was soft spoken as well, including a mask, so even harder to hear. My hearing is fine-so that's not the issue. My child was getting her flu shot and he didn't explain or say A SINGLE WORD when we went back. Didnt ask me to confirm date of birth, or ask who was even getting the shot, literally not one word. I do not see the Tully girls working this Starbucks (they did an excellent job with Tully's), what I see is very young baristas who clearly are not trained and make horrible coffee. WORST FRY'S IN ARIZONA! I've shopped at Fry's for many, many years throughout the Valley of the Sun and can say without a doubt that this Fry's is the absolute WORST! Their customer service is nonexistent and no one you complain to cares. They don't stock the same products as other Fry's, or can't keep them in stock. And DO NOT waste your time going to their deli! The clerks move at #TurtleSpeed and the wait is ridiculous. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they were "in a meeting." From now on, I'll travel further to a Fry's that actually cares about customer service...which will require me to buy more insulated bags, but it will be worth it. read more

I am a Neurosurgeon working on the front lines during this epidemic and I go to work at 3am and don't get off until 7pm if that happens at all. I have gone to this store for the past 3 nights and I want last night and I was told that the deli closed at 8pm which I missed by thirty minutes. So, I went tonight and mind you I was speeding all the way to Maricopa and got there at 7:30pm and I went to the deli for a third day in a role and the lady told me that they close at 7am every night which I was told 8pm the night before. Now, I am irritated . I ask a worker for a manager and I explained to her what was happening and I told her that this was a disservice to me and I'm sure to other health care workers as well. I have been working non stop since the COVID happened and the one time I get off early and try to grocery shop and get meat at the deli so I can make my lunch "IT IS CLOSED". With that being said, I have no food, no TP, no wipes, no paper towels, and no service. This is very sickening and frustrating at the same time. The time I go to work all stores are closed and when I get off I barely catch a store open. This has to get better for health care workers. I am out there doing my job in saving lives which I took an oath and yet I can even get meat to eat. Now I know how a homeless person feels. read more

I had to drive around the parking lot several times to find a spot, I had to park in the last row. Just went in for a couple of things and some fried chicken from the deli. After waiting 10 min. and noticing there was no fried chicken in the case I asked the server how long it would be. She informed me it would be 30-45 min. until the next batch was done. Couldn't someone have made an announcement? I even noticed a manager there at one time. I left my cart with ice cream in it and walked out of the store, and headed over to Bashes. This is about Click List only!!!! I've used click list before and love the convenience especially being pregnant and have 2 little ones that I would have had to drag with me. However I had a bad experience previously (they were backed up on orders, wasn't notified, had to get it the following day, still waited an hour to receive. Could have gotten it myself in that amount of time) and thought I would give it a try again. One thing I don't like is I try to order a rotisserie chicken and every time it makes me take it off my list when I KNOW there are rotisserie chickens there. I had to have my husband make a special trip just to get one at the same time I was picking up. Another thing is I accidentally requested the wrong type of dry food and instead of running in to make a quick exchange they just took it off my list and gave me the credit. I understand if it's not their job to do that but that would have been great customer service that would have exceeded expectations. Kind of disappointed they didn't because now I have to go back to the store today to get that item. The last thing is... one of my items was missing when unloading groceries and I definitely was charged for it. It happened to only be 1.50 so I didn't have the energy to call and deal with them over the phone about it, but is something I need for a recipe so that gives me another reason I need to go back to the store. I have been going to this location for over a year now. Very friendly staff! I have noticed the same people over the past year which says a lot. They must treat the employees well. This location is always clean and organized. My only complaint is they need more cart corrals. 4 doesn't cut it for how busy this location is.
