This place is an over priced tourist trap. The food is so expensive and not because of the quality. The cheese curds were soggy because of the grease. We never got plates or anything for the appetizers. The waitress had a hard time keeping glasses full because they were so small. Chicken Fingers were supposed to be tossed in sauce but they were not. The sauce was brought to the table before the meal got there which is odd. The atmosphere was crazy as there are signatures and writing all over this place. We got our menu and initial drink very quickly and that's where the food stopped. The fried gator was very salty, and the alcohol was weak at best. After reading other reviews, I must add this place is definitely meant to be part entertainment along with being a restaurant. If you want a gastropub restaurant experience then this isn't the place. If you're ok with a restaurant that's part silly, a little eccentric, a long time Destin establishment and a mini gator zoo- then this is the place. Perfect for families and anyone who wants a little silliness. The food is typical bar type and tourist seafood type food. I had the coconut shrimp and thought it very good. We viewed the alligators in the Gator Beach portion of this building, then we came up here for lunch. Our server (Grace L) was wonderful, the food was good and the place was very uniquely decorated. We subjected ourselves to fried entrees platter that included fried pickles, chicken tenders, onion rings, hush puppies and of course, we ordered a side of fried gator.(yes folks, it tastes like chicken), we enjoyed it. We came to see the show and not to eat so I can't comment on the food. However, they do have a great show and you can feed the alligators. This is great for children and not because you can feed them children but because they can experience the strength that an alligator has once it bites. The establishment is very spacious and lots to do. For a place that seemed like a place for kids actually had amazing food and great service. We will be back!

This was our first stop in Destin. We had a party of 6 adults and 2 kids and were seated as soon as everyone in our party arrived (they will not seat you until everyone is physically there at the front). We ordered several different menu items and everything tasted great! We especially loved the gator bites. Jason was our server- he was very friendly and gave great recommendations.... He even let us "vandalize" the wall. While you're waiting for your food you can go see the live gators they have in their pond or you can go to the gift shop. read more

We had dinner at Fudpucker's while visiting Destin, and overall, it was a solid 4/5. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries -- both were delicious and hit the spot. Classic, well-prepared, no complaints. My 5-year-old had the shrimp with a side of corn. He wasn't a fan of the corn, but that's pretty typical for a kid when it comes to vegetables. The shrimp was cooked well and kid-friendly. My husband got the Seafood Nacho Grande. He liked it but said it could've used more queso -- the chips felt a bit dry in places. He also had a cup of sausage, alligator meat, and shrimp gumbo. He thought it lacked depth in seasoning, mostly tasting like straight Creole spice without much else going on. We split a Big Blue Margarita -- fun and tropical, great for vacation vibes. The food was good, but what really stood out was the atmosphere. I think it was the sweet sauce on top that three off the flavor for me. Hubs got the shrimp po boy and it was also ok. Kids loved the mac n cheese. It's a wait for a table but once you check in, head to the bar for a Father Fud in a bucket. Then explore the gator tanks with the kiddos. Oh and shop! They have the coolest things. Interesting place for a family dinner. Lots of things to see & experience while there, such as the graffiti walls (add to it if you have a sharpie handy) & the gift shop. The outdoor area offers giant sized games (connect 4) & live alligator shows (pending the weather & temperature). Once our entire party of 10 was present, we were seated at a long corner table in a busy room. Our server, Austin, was great, keeping our table well-hydrated & satisfied with our menu choices of fried shrimp, burgers & lump crab soup. Even a minor spill was handled quickly & efficiently.
