My wife and I tried the Birria tacos, Chilaquiles, and tacos de papa. All of them hit the right spot! The salsa is both spicy and full of flavor. I don't eat out as much but what a coincidence I felt like eating out on a Friday night, this place is probably one of my new go to taco spots when I'm here in the Buena Park area now. Meat is not dry and has flavor. I didn't even have to add the lemon cause the tacos are good as is. The torta as well, bread soft to the touch and loaded with all the sides that come in it. As well with the seating very open since there's no other restaurants in the plaza to share with so a lot of seating which is no problem. Top it off the staff and service is top notch. Been meaning to stop by and try Fuego Cravings as I heard nothing but positive remarks. Would come back just for the service alone as Francisco was great and gave me plenty of recommendations on what to order. Left with a chilaquiles burrito (red), birria quesadilla, chicken enchiladas and this new chicken protein bowl that I believe isn't in the menu yet. Everything was delicious but the stand outs for me were the chilaquiles burrito and the birria quesadilla! The burrito was huge and the asada added a great touch over the rich egg and flavorful tortilla chips. The birria quesadilla is definitely the best I've had in BP as I didn't find myself relying on the consome like I do with other brirra spots. Chicken enchiladas were solid, but the rice and beans they add on the side stood out the most. I usually double up on the rice as I am not the biggest fan of beans, but I'd highly encourage you to at least give it a try as it was sooo good! The chicken protein bowl is a sleeper and what I find myself gravitating to the most if I needed to get something to eat during lunch. Simple, fresh and delicious; Moving forward, I'm taking this over a chicken bowl from Chipotle easily. Tried the quesabirria plate and my family had an enchilada plate, classic burrito and the birria plate. Presentation was good especially for the plates that we ate in person at the restaurant. Courtesy was well. Looks like the owners were there and greeted their customers the right way. The only negative is that it looks like the one that taking orders was new and lacks experience as he wasn't providing things that are obvious (utensils, napkins, etc.) The quesabirria tacos were very good. The consome helped so the birria didn't taste dry. The enchiladas were good as well. The birria plate and the burrito were not that great. The birria was dry and without the consome, just didn't taste well. The rice and beans on all plates tasted very bland. We went during the 50% grand opening dates so prices were more than reasonable. I actually wish this place well as I admire when business owners take risks like this to draw customers in. Because of the positives I outlined and my appreciation of their 50% offer, I am open to give them another try when I'm in the area. read more

I had a terrible craving for chilaquiles. After looking for a place we saw this establishment and thought to try this place out. The location is pretty difficult to find if you're looking for it. Ordering through a tablet is not ideal because I wanted to specify certain things for my order, I dealt with it. We ordered a breakfast burrito, an order of potato tacos and my chilaquiles with CHICKEN (extra charge) and I could've sworn it came with beans and rice (I will never find out if it does). I brought it up to their attention I got the chicken but not the rice after the young man said he'll bring it instead of clearing it to me I never saw him also the chicken wasn't appetizing. It wasn't cook with any flavor so it made my food taste bad. Also the location is in a place where it looked like a food court so it's lonely and sad. I can't say that I will be back there but, I always give second chances. But I do recommend to double, triple check your order if you plan to go there. read more

Omg! We we're so hungry leaving Knotts Berry Farm and we wanted some Mexican food. We google Mexican food and Fuego Cravings was one of my first options, and it was just 5 min away from knotts. We got here, is a small kitchen that has the vives of a fast food place, but Not at all fast food!! We did not get disappointed!! OMG!! The food was so delicious! Our kids order the bean and cheese burrito, we ordered fish tacos and the Chile relleno burrito. The flavors are amazing! Our kids loved their burrito! We ofcourse loved our food too! The salsas are really good too. The kids got Mangonada, churros! The owners are very nice people! The service was great! We come to knotts every 2 weeks.
