They knew every sauce that had gluten as well so there was no guessing. The dinner was cooked and seasoned well and they offer a huge menu full of hibachi and sushi options. Joe was our hibachi chef and apparently he's very popular here. He was a good cook and had a great personality. Portions were very generous and every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful.
