I was looking to find a place that could service my 2014 Q50 since the dealership in Elk Grove closed down. I came across full throttle performance and the reviews looked great. I booked my car in for an oil change, coolant flush and serpentine belt change. Charlie set up my appointment and gave me a quote super fast. When I took my car in I was welcomed by Charlie. We went over the requested items for the service and he answered all my questions. The service took about 3 hours and Charlie completed my service before the time he gave me which was great. When I picked up my car everything went great and I was very pleased with how Charlie took care of everything and took care of my vehicle. I recently bought a 2004 350Z and it soon developed a misfire in one of the cylinders when it was cold. A guy at my insurance broker's office highly recommended Full Throttle Performance so I made the hour-long drive to give them a try. Charlie, the owner, was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. (Nissan 350/370 & the Infiniti variants are their main focus, but I think they're open to some kinds of work on other makes as well.) Anyway, he thoroughly tested my components and fixed the issue. It was an easy fix, but it still required over 3 hours of his time, yet he only charged me the basic diagnostic charge. I'm sure I'd have paid twice as much for the "convenience" of taking it to the closer-to-home Nissan dealership - but from now on, Full Throttle will get all my 350Z business. I've been going to him for years and my z runs a1 until this day( owned for 3 yrs) . Skip the dealer and come here! Charlie is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. I had multiple techs, over months, look at my 370Z and no one could pinpoint what the issue was; They recommended costly repairs that seemed irrelevant to the issue.
