Plain Pizza is not good at all. No real taste and crust is like card board. Very disappointed!

Tuesday evening..First time here. For a rather large order Pizza came out fast and accurate. The counter girl was on point. Honestly pizza was fine the spinach pie was a hit. We asked for well done got almost done, the toppings weighed the crust down. Garlic knots not the best neither was garlic toast with mozzarella. This place is not honest . I paid for one gourmet slice and one regular , they charged me for both and only put the regular pizza in. When I got home I called them , they said "we never placed that order". I told them the receipt number , then they said "oh okay, it'll be here" . My mom went to go pick it up and then they said "oh we never charged you" She showed them the receipt and they still wouldn't give me my pizza. It's not about the money , it's the fact that I called, they said it was waiting, my mom drove over there and they argued with her. Who does that ? You know what sucks ? Recently starting getting takeout from here. So far we have ordered 3 times in the last 5 or 6 weeks. Each time the pizza has been great. We have had the regular, Margherita, sicilian, the grilled chicken with balsamic and the bacon chicken ranch and enjoyed all of them. Look forward to trying some of the chicken dishes. read more

Ordered pizza today for company that I had over. They always confirm your address with your phone number and she said my correct address before I proceeded to place my order. Some time had gone by and I thought it was weird I had not yet received my order yet so I called. The girl who said she was the delivery person said she delivered it and left it on my doorstep. I told her it was not on my doorstep, that I was outside and didn't see pizza anywhere. She accused me of lying and was so disrespectful and incredibly rude. No one should be treated the way she was treating me. I asked to speak to a manager and she was just as rude. Saying the address on file was a different address. I've never given them a different address so that was a mistake on their end. I had to walk down my street and look for my order which at that point the pizza was cold and my appetizer that was supposed to be cold was now hot and melted. Worst experience ever!! I will never order from them again. I understand people make mistakes and had they just owned up to it instead of accusing me of lying and being so rude and disrespectful, I probably wouldn't be writing this review! Really good pizza. This place has been my parent's go to for a while now. There are a couple of places closer, but besides Anthony's in Beach Haven West, this is the best in the area. The pizza has a nice thin crust is very flavorful and a delicious salty cheese. I've had the chicken and the sausage. Both taste great. The sausage is great and plentiful, it's not spicy, but has a wonderful taste. The chicken is a lot more plentiful. read more

The pizza in this place is amazing and we really love it. We have also had the fried calamari which we loved. In the Wednesday before Thanksgiving it was extremely busy which I totally expected and that was not a huge deal. We ordered mussels which is something that my husband has ordered all of his life from different restaurants and were shocked by barnacles that were in the shells. Granted it's nature but no one wants to see that when eating mussels. Pretty gross. The cook should have seen that and discarded them. Because it was busy and really difficult to get through on the phone I waited until Friday to let them know what happened. I asked for a manager and the girl on the phone said that she could help me. When I told her what happened she told me that they come frozen and they would let the vender know. Frozen or not there needs to be quality control and the cook should have noticed while heating them or packing them up. I will stick to pizza and calamari going forward. This was by far the absolute worst buffalo chicken cheese steak I have ever had in my life, hands down, bar none. It was so bad that I had to come here and give a review. If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. Never have I ordered a cheesesteak that was placed on the grill, then removed from the grill without being chopped up. Either they have the worst "cook" in the world making their food or this person hates their life. Save your money and go somewhere else...literally anywhere else. I felt bad throwing it away, not because I was wasting food, but because the trash can didn't deserve to have to experience that trash. read more

Have been a regular customer for years but the customer service food quality and length it takes for the now over priced cold food isn't worth it! We paid $60 tonight to wait 2 hours for absolutely disgusting ice cold food that is now in the trash! By far my favorite pizzeria in town. Their specialty pizzas are absolutely delicious. I've ordered a variety of items from the menu (pizza, wraps, pasta, vegetables, etc) and really love their food. I was raised with Sicilian cooking so I'm a tough critic when it comes to Italian cuisine but I love this place. read more

We have given this place several chances but we are done. Ordered a simple pizza and salad for pickup. Arrived at the designated time. The pizza was ready but we had to wait 20 minutes for the salad ...not sure how that happens. The pizza was cold and the cheese congealed. So done. I would give a 0 if I could. read more

Fusaro has unique pizzas which you can order by the slice. This is a great spot to grab a quick lunch or dinner, and the variety/quality of the food is very good. The prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommend the buffalo chicken and cheesesteak pizzas! read more

They won't tell you that they don't deliver to you until the order is ready, and then they'll make a fuss when you don't want to come pick it up. So I ran in to try this place out for the first time and grab some slices. I didn't read reviews because I was starving and wanted a quick lunch with my boyfriend and our son. So my first mistake was not reading reading reviews as the first photo that popped up was a photo of SOGGY PIZZA. Could not be more accurate, the pizza was so limp...I couldn't fold it because the cheese would slide off I have to eat with two hands extremely cautiously...Not the way pizza is meant to be eaten. The bottom wasn't crispy in the least it was like they didn't reheat in the oven after we ordered....something is wrong there big time. This is a mistake that needs to be addressed by the owners because limp, soggy pizza should be a federal effin crime. Okay so I also got a slice of their specialty Buffalo chicken....it was hard as a rock, the whole dough of the pizza was harder than a crouton I tore UP the roof of my mouth eating it.
