Everything I have tried has been wonderful, especially the poke bowl which they customize with the things I like the most. We were at work and looking for Chinese for lunch. While looking through DoorDash, their food pictures caught my eye. Everything looked so good and I was right! If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered food and got it delivered and was missing an item so I called fusion and try to get something worked out and this guy that said he was the owner literally told me that I was not his problem and he would do nothing about it and then hung up on me. I have been in the customer service industry for 10 years and CAN NOT BELIEVE this guy. Telling me "HE NEVER MAKES MISTAKES" I will never be ordering from them ever again not only that after my daughter ate just a couple of bites of the food she got extremely sick. Really enjoyed this place. Portions were small compared to the normal American fill my entire plate portion which was actually nice. Just meant no leftovers. Had beef and broccoli and teriyaki chicken. The beef was extremely flavorful, you can tell they take the time to marinate. Chicken was tender and sauce was amazing. Really great new restaurant. I had the Tonkatsu Ramen on my first visit and the pork was perfectly tender and flavorful. The both was spot on and all the ingredients seemed fresh. Went back the second time and had a fried pork dish. Unfortunately it took a long time to come out, but without even asking for it they refunded my money for the meal. Again the food tasted great. It just opened within the week of my first visit and it is overall very pleasant. Clean restaurant, polite employees, very sweet owners. The food is good for the value. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen. I am a Ramen Veteran so I can say the broth is is well made. Balanced taste, they spiced it just right for me. They don't seem to have real soup spoons (yet?) So do be prepared for plasticware. All in all nice place. Seems perfect for first date type atmosphere or somewhere to bring a family that wants decently priced Asian Fusion in a quieter side of the Northeast Mall. read more

This is my first time here and I am impressed. Most of the Asian places around this area that I've tried are either just good, ok, or edible, but the food here is really good. I got the kung pao chicken that has carrots, celery, and peanuts in it. I ask for extra spicy and while nowhere near the kick I like (added 2 of their side containers or hot oil for more kick and nose barely running). Great flavor though and of course I get it with steamed rice to mix in with the entree. It came with an egg roll which isn't the best, but still good. I also got an order of kyozo/dumplings/whatever they are called at this location and they are really good as well. All of that for $14, after tax? Not a bad deal for a place that knows how to cook. Will def return. Was hesitant about trying it, since so many disappointments in Asian places around here, but after a few times of picking up for Uber Eats, I broke down and tried it. read more

The four stars are solely for the sushi. We had the shaggy dog and the crunch roll. Both were DELICIOUS, and you could tell they were rolled fresh to order. We did not care for the ramen at all honestly. But the staff was very kind. I wish I would've taken a photo of the rolls!!! read more

I love the place has great service and I adore the food too! The lo mein was amazingly prepared and so was the orange chicken (but not loving the sauce). I was astounded with the crab rangoon because it HAD REAL CRAB MEAT and that's is pretty uncommon from what I am aware of, but there is one thing that I think they could improve on its the sweetness, I believe that it should contain less sweet and more savory flavors. The shrimp and the dumping was excellent, I adored it and I'm not a big shrimp eater so that says something! Now as a "picky eater" I love the place and I would highly recommend this place if you want any Japanese or Chinese food! Good job Fusion! read more

For that amount of food for that we paid is not worth going. The egg drop soup was blain no noodles comes with it. Egg rolls mushy. On tray had 1 scoop of rice, few green things they call a salad and main item had no taste and 5 pieces of chicken in it. Save you money... read more

Didn't like what I ordered so we asked if I could exchange it for something that was 1$ cheaper than what I got, but they said no and made us pay for the other plate. I do not recommend this place if you've never been. Also the food tastes okay not too much flavoring. read more

The best Asian food I've had in a very long time and I am a trucker so I've been everywhere in the USA and tried many different Asian restaurants. Mongolian beef was excellent it actually had flavor which is rare. Now I don't eat fish never cared for it especially sushi but I decided to try the spicy tuna roll out of curiosity and I must say I could eat this all the time if it was nearly as good as this restaurants! read more

We were also impressed with the soup bowl size. We shared the orange chicken with brown rice; both were very tasty. We ordered extra egg rolls--they were really good. We ordered spring rolls, gyoza, teriyaki beef plate and a bento box with teriyaki beef and volcano roll. To start with, the spring rolls were cold. I can't really comment on this because I am used to them being fried and it's my fault for not reading closer that they come cold. I did try it, but I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor. The gyoza and flavor of the teriyaki beef was amazing, and that's why I'm giving this place two stars. The portions are quite small though. Very little amount of rice surprisingly. The volcano roll was not good at all. Had a very odd smell and taste, almost like smoky or burnt.... Couldn't tell for certain, but I absolutely love sushi and this was not good at all. Lastly, the customer service.... The person who took our order wasn't exactly friendly. He just looked at us while we ordered, and when finished, asked if we wanted our change (about 30 cents). KELLER LOCATION - I've only eaten at the Keller location but don't see it listed on YELP. Positive comments first...My family and I would definitely order the Orange Chicken, Kung Pao, and Pork Bulgoggi again. The Pork is BY FAR our favorite because it had plenty of veggies and some heat. The Orange Chicken was crispy, not overly sauced and not too sweet. The Kung Pao Chicken was tender had good amount of veggies, but lacked heat (in my opinion). The steamed white rice was nice and sticky, and the chicken egg roll delicious! The only issue when getting To-Go entree's is the crispy egg roll is in the plastic To-Go container with the entree and it softens. I now order it on the side and they place it in a cardboard Chinese takeout box and it stays nice and crispy. The restaurant is clean and the staff very courteous. The only negative comment is when I placed an order around 8:15 pm one night (they closed at 9:00 pm), and I arrived at 8:30 pm. I ordered the General Chicken, Sesame Chicken and Pork Bulgoggi. The General Chicken and Sesame Chicken were both prepared with a batter and fried. It was my first time trying them, so I didn't know what to expect. Both were so tough we couldn't eat them. I'm speculating but it almost seemed as though they could have been fried ahead of time to accommodate someone coming in near closing time, and then 're-fried' to order. I cook a lot and the only way you can get chicken 'nuggets' that tough is frying it twice, or way over frying it, but it didn't taste burnt at all. I'm so glad we ordered the Pork, it was so tender and flavorful. I hate we had to throw away the other two entrees. I won't ever order anything after 8:00 pm again. Like I said, I've had the Orange Chicken and it was fried, but not at all tough. So, maybe they cleaned their kitchen and shut things down in order to leave by 9:00, and I ended up getting pre-cooked things. I only live about 2 miles away from the location, so it wasn't even that it got tough on the drive home. I wanted to drive back up there and ask them to remake it, but my family talked me out of it. It hasn't deterred me from going back, I'm just not placing orders late in the day. Since we enjoy the Pork Bulgoggi so much, we want to try the Steak Bulgoggi next time. read more
