Very cozy, quiet and clean place. The food was very delicious too. We had a meatball bahn mi and it is not exactly meatballs but lots of ground meat with lots of good flavors in it (fresh jalapeños, cilantro, carrots, cucumbers). I had a shrimp tempura roll and a soup and they were very good too. The star of our meal was their fried gyozas... super delicious! We liked that the place was very relaxing and quiet... definitely a great place to enjoy a delicious and peaceful meal.

The rare beef and brisket pho was very good . Excellent broth. The spring rolls were very tasty. However, I prefer my spring rolls in one piece. Service was very good cute little Restaraunt tucked inside of a strip mall.

Small place, but amazing service. I was in the mood for sushi, it was very fresh and came out fast. I will definitely be back.

The food was delicious! Reasonably priced. We ordered shrimp pho and a sushi roll. The sushi roll was my favorite. Everything was very fresh! I also found the service to be attentive and polite. Will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend this place!

It was my first time at this little cute restaurant. I came here with a friend, who occasionally comes here to eat. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by our server Long. Even though my friend hasn't been there in a while, he remembered exactly what she liked food-wise and immediately asked her if she'd like to order her usual. We ordered sushi and 2 different salads. Food was delicious! Sushi had a very thin layer of rice, fresh fish. Salads had sauces on the side, which I thought was unusual, but I liked it. I'm sure all customers are different, some want less sause, some want more... We asked for extra ginger, Long gave us a whole bowl of ginger. Of course, we ate it all haha. It is very reasonably priced. Check had tip suggestions and conveniently calculated total price. To summarize it all - good food, good service, good price. I will be back for sure!

Fusion Cafe always has the best food! I've gone here for years and Long's food is always delicious. Hands down one of my favorite local Vietnamese (fusion) places. This off menu Shaken Beef Banh Mi was to die for. The melt in your mouth steak with the fresh bread was heaven. Don't miss out on the wonton side soup goes perfectly with everything.

Grilled Pork Banh Mi Poboy and Wonton Soup

Honestly one of the best Banh Mi I've had around Metairie. What really makes the sandwich shine is the delicious bread. I got the soup and banh mi combo which was around $11. It was reasonably priced and the perfect amount of food. I really recommend the combo because the wonton soup includes shrimp, crab stick, and wontons and was great. Second time here and the same gentleman was working the front. He was very friendly and welcoming both times. Overall, really good banh mi with great prices and friendly workers. Definitely a top Vietnamese place for me now.

I tried the hibachi grilled shrimp, fried rice, snow crab salad, and a drink ($17 for the whole thing). It was good, zero complaints! It was 16 pieces of grilled shrimp on a bed of salad. The fried rice was well seasoned. The snow crab salad on the side in a little cup was pretty good too (yes, it's imitation crab, they can't serve real crab for that price lol) One thing to note, it's very casual here, so it is mostly self-serve. They will bring the food out to you, but you will have to get your own drink and bus your own table afterwards

You order from a Kiosk at the counter which I am not a fan of and it wasn't easy to navigate. Between all of us, we tried some sushi rolls, Hibachi fried rice with Hibachi chicken and shrimp. The chicken, shrimp and steak were all cooked good but the rice had no flavor. One of us had a fried noodle and steak bowl. The grandkids had the sushi dual combo which is really a good price and they loved it. The snow crab salad was good but a bit mushy. I think this would be a go to spot for anyone nearby who loves sushi. Very reasonably priced.

I ordered from the "all you can eat" portion of the menu (which is a pretty large variety to choose from, and is not limited to just sushi). You pay one price for an adult ($33.99 on a Sunday), and can order as many items and servings as you'd like, from the aforementioned menu. In my opinion, this was a great deal, especially for the quality and quickness of the food! Because of the above, I was able to try 5 different types of sushi rolls (you can choose either 4 pieces, or 8 pieces), and I'd recommend 4 pieces so you could try just about any/everything. There are also photos on the menu to help you decide, if you're a visual person. Here's what I had: Edamame (the Cajun + garlic seasoned version, which was $1 more) - it was properly seasoned and super good! The gyozo/dumplings were good too; I'd recommend ordering a side of teriyaki sauce, as it only comes with a peanut-type sauce. The shrimp fried rice was also pretty good, and comes in a smaller portion. As for the sushi rolls, they were all delicious, but I'll rank them in order of my favorite (all of them were speciality rolls) #1 Kiss Me roll - it was so good (the best sushi roll out of all 5 I tried) that I forgot to take a photo! This one comes in pieces of 5, and the pieces are even thicker/bigger than the other rolls. #2 Fleur-di-lis sushi roll - loved the shredded crab meat that was layered across the top. #3 Godzilla sushi roll - loved the shrimp tempura within, and the sauce that was drizzled on top. #4 Lion King sushi roll - this was pretty good as well, and had the perfect amount of sauce layered across the top. #5 Spider sushi roll - another good one, and the avocado definitely stood out the most (if you're a big fan of it).

We have come here so often over the years that the regular staff knows our orders even before we do. It's nice to be remember, makes the experience a little more personal. My kids have been eating here since they were 1yr old and this is still one of their favorite to eat. Very kid friendly. Chefs span the range from a serious cook the food experience to a full cooking show, complete with train whistles, egg tricks, and lots of fire flames. My son knows their cooking show so well that he will object if they don't do the volcano or train tricks.!it's great. The chefs also accommodate each of the guests for their hibachi experience. We like LOTS of garlic butter but not teriyaki sauce. Some guests like no garlic or extra eggs in the fried rice. I've seen them make many accommodations. One hostess seemed grumpy about it; the other rolled with it. I ordered my selections, and with a two-page menu, got a little carried away.... The food came quickly, and was generous. I have to say that the sushi was better than the appetizers. The tempura didn't quite taste like what I normally get, especially the onions: they just looked like regular onion rings (and I got fake crab, instead of shrimp, but mistakes happen). For the sushi, the fish was very fresh, and the pieces were generous, but the rice could have used a bit less vinegar, and the wasabi more kick. All the rolls seemed to come either with spicy sauce or eel sauce. I can't eat mayo, so eel sauce rolls it was. That ended up being a little heavy on the sweetness, but that on me for ordering too many rolls and not enough nigiri. If I had skewed the ratio more in favor of the nigiri, that would have been more to my taste. Again, that's my fault. All-in-all, very good, and I left full, for a very reasonable price.
