Multiple people recommended fusion so had to check it out myself. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! We were happy with every item we ordered ( garlic edamame, chicken dumplings, Singapore noodles and multiple sushi rolls). I was so excited that they had a special vegetarian roll ( the sunset) in addition to the usual vegetarian rolls. The setting is very casual and the place was packed on a Friday evening, but the team works fast and we had our food out very quickly. I'm so excited to have this restaurant so close by!

Loved the food here! I feel compared to other locations, the filling in the sushi is pretty plentiful and not just rice with a little bit of filling. Noodle dishes are pretty good too. Would definitely recommend as a good dinner spot to take a date or your family/friends to. Service is pretty good too despite it being so busy during the dinner rush!

I am not sure why this restaurant takes reservations and then completely ignores your request. When we arrived, the table I asked for when I made the reservation weeks earlier was occupied. I really do not think they even reserve tables. We were just taken to an open table in the main dining room. Their attitude was: this was a Friday night and they were busy. Advice: don't take reservations for dinner if you are not going to honor them! Thankfully, our server, Eileen, was upbeat and friendly and made up for the rudeness of the hostess. This is not a restaurant that you can take your time in; they want you in and out as quickly as possible. We had to slow our server down. I decided to try the Sushi Grade Ahi seared Tuna salad with avocado, cucumber over spring greens and romaine with a soy-wasabi vinaigrette. It was very tasty, however, I would have liked more greens on the plate. My husband had the grilled salmon with tomatoes over spring greens and romaine with a citrus-miso dressing. He had lots of greens on his plate. He was happy that they cooked the salmon well; as he had requested. Our friends enjoyed two orders of the Japanese Dumplings, the Shrimp Tempura and a Spicy Tuna Roll and Spicy Shrimp Roll. The bottle of wine we ordered cost more than our dinners. All in all, we enjoyed our dinners.

WORST SUSHI EVER! Ordered takeout from this place on a Saturday night. I got the "Poke in a Roll" and one California roll. The "Poke in a Roll" was terrible -- the tuna on the inside was brown and the roll tasted like it was expired. It literally tasted like it had been sitting out on a counter for a few days. Additionally, the seaweed gave the roll an intensely fishy flavor that was not expected. Like, I understand sushi is fish (so by nature it will taste fishy), but this roll made me feel like I was going to throw-up. It was so bad I couldn't even finish it and had to throw most of it away. The California roll was so bland, and again, it tasted expired. Even the sushi rice tasted like it had been messed up. We also ordered Pad Thai and Mongolian Beef. Both of these dishes were alright, but again nothing to write home / rave about. The Pad Thai tasted bland -- it could have used some spicy sauce and didn't even come with lime. The Mongolian Beef should actually be written on the menu as "Vegetables (peppers, onions, etc) with Just a Bit of Mongolian Beef." There were infinitely more vegetables than beef in the serving that we got.

I come here all the time and I've been coming here for years! My food is always consistently delicious. I've had everything on the menu at this point, so here's what I think are the best: Fried Tofu, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Crispy Tuna, Sweet Potato Roll, Chicken Fried Rice, Pink Lady roll, Chili Beef and Wonton Soup. Everything else is delicious -- I just think these aren't favorites. The portions for the entrees and appetizers are large (maybe meant for sharing?) and are reasonably priced. Even the drinks here are pretty solid. I love the sushi here and it's one of my favorite places to get it. Even takeout here is a breeze. Definitely check this place out if you've been wondering about it.

Fusion's reopening has been readily anticipated by my folks and I from the time they closed. Fusion's quality is as great as ever; fresh fish, beautiful presentation, multilayered and complex flavors. From the looks of their restaurant, they are taking the utmost precautions when it comes to staying COVID safe and well-sanitized. I will continue to return to fusion again and again, so happy they've managed to stay open during this difficult time!

So, we arrived early on Saturday to meet friends for a 6:30 PM dinner time. This is a small restaurant with 8 tables total with seating for approximately 27. The restaurant is charming and cozy. We were lucky there was a table for 4 by the window. It was a rainy evening, and the restaurant was chilly. It is a BYOB with no corkage fee, which is very nice. Our friends arrived shortly after we did. They served us water right away, and we asked for wine glasses which they brought as well. Because I was cold, I ordered decaf hot tea. Their menu is quite extensive. My husband decided on the Grilled Salmon with the Terriyaki sauce. He was not thrilled - he did not feel the salmon was fresh. I had the Shrimp Stir Basil, which was decent size portion of stir-fried onions, bell peppers, fresh basil leaves, carrots, string beans, zucchini, and snow peas in a brown sauce served with white rice. I did ask for no spice on my dish. Our friend ordered the Wonton Soup, which looked nothing like the Wonton Soup she was used to - the dumplings were completely different looking - she did eat them, but she did not eat the broth as she did not like the flavor. I tasted it, and it was not good. She did enjoy the order of Spicy Tuna Roll she ordered - she did say it was very spicy. Her husband had the Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura, which he said was very good. I have to say the service was just okay - they certainly did not make you feel very welcome to be there - we probably will never go back.

It came with spring rolls, tempura veggies, fried tofu, shrimp and chicken paired with three different sauces for dipping. I especially enjoyed the cucumber and sweet chili sauces. My favorite from the sampler was the tempura veggies and the spring rolls. The chicken pad Thai was delicious and coooked just right. There are about 8 tables in the dining room. It's a small family owned restaurant with accommodating and attentive customer service. The prices are right and definitely a nice spot for solo dining, family outting of even a date night.

This restaurant is pretty large - there are several dining rooms and spaces available. They sat us pretty fast considering we had a reasonably sized party. You could definitely bring a party here - they have many rooms available. Next, service was quick and prompt. You have to order steak and ramen through your server. I recommend both! Both were of good quality and my aunts in particular loved the seafood ramen. Of course, the main draw of a buffet is the food! The food here is pretty good! They have a good amount of variety and keep the quality good as well. They offer a lot of sushi options, and some hot food options as well. Their crab was excellent too - I haven't seen any good buffets recently with crab offerings. They also offer milk tea in the fridge and ice cream for desserts. The milk tea is pretty good - the thai tea was my personal favorite. Overall, a nice place to grab some sushi at an affordable price.

For us, this is reserved for a special occasion. We decided to go for our 45th wedding anniversary which was in a very cold January. We were seated all the way upstairs. I noticed that someone said they went through the kitchen and that's not true. The kitchen is off an area on the way upstairs. You see it, but I've seen food being cooked at my local Carrabba's....didn't affect us in the least. The upstairs was definitely more peaceful than downstairs which is pretty loud. If you are celebrating something, I'd be sure to let them know if you are expecting a more peaceful experience. It's a lively atmosphere in most areas of the restaurant. As for the dining, in a word it was stellar. We were not disappointed. Our waiter was amazing and everything was timed perfectly. We really enjoyed all the dishes were were served. Regardless, the seating did enable us to have a window which wasn't horrible. Our drinks were tasty although no Guinness on tap or by the bottle (-1). Our Oysters Avery appetizer was amazing (+1). We split the Bibb Salad and it was smallish but pleasant. I ordered the LOBSTER TAGLIATELLE which was delicious smothered with lobster, caramelized onions, tomatoes and some truffle sauce (+1) although my bride got the filet and scampi which was reminiscent of a tapas plate (-1) and you get one shrimp for $9....(-1). The dish was good but honestly, the Victoria's Filet @ Bloomin Brands arguably has a better steak at their restaurants. We flirted with a desert idea but all in all we didn't feel the value for the price was worth it especially after seeing the steak and shrimp. Overall, the restaurant is beautiful and service was pretty good although I hate when your server takes your check when you haven't left the table...this made us feel rushed and personally it's tacky (-1). We're one and done at the OG....although I hope your experience is more positive.
